Tiffany always does a great job with Cali's grooming. Have had great experiences with all the vets too.

Canceled grooming appt twice and didn't call to reschedule, will never bring my animals there again.

Everyone at our appointment was terrific! From welcoming us at the door and getting us into the room right away, to going over Toby head-to-toe with a comprehensive exam, to explaining and recommending appropriate medications and treatments for everything the doctor felt needed to be addressed; we had a very pleasant experience and will highly recommend the practice to all our friends and family.

The staff at Bell Ridge is awesome! The doctors are so knowledgeable and take their time explaining everything regarding your pet. We are so happy to be here and know our 3 fur babies are in excellent hands!! Thank you all for your hard work and dedication!

We will be changing our vet clinic to Bell Ridge after our experience. We have been loyal customers to Alta Vista Vet clinic for 10 years, and never had the level of customer serivce we received day 1 at Bell Ridge. To start lovely Charlie, answered the phone and could hear the concern in my request ( our kitty had an abcess). She did her best to get us an appointment imnediately, 12:30pm. When arriged about 30 mins early, which they did not have any issues with, took us right back to a room. The clinic from first impressions was clean, inviting and I absolutely loved the floor tiles (puppies & kitties). When we got into our room, they wrote on a little sign "Welcome Lucy" which is our cat's name. I've never seen this done before and found it so sincere. Made me feel a bit more at ease that these people go above and beyong. Next Dr. Starkle, Kara and Charlie all inspected our baby. Dr. Starkle was so pleasant, and you can see how much she loves caring for animals. When it came down to proceedure & paperwork time, there was no pressure or being made to feel like a horrible pet owner if the price was outside of your budget. Once the minor proceedure was complete Dr. Starkle allowed us to come back to see Lucy prior to her twilight anesthesia wearing off. She walked us through the next steps, expectations, and answered questions. But we really valued the behind the scenes look as this is not very common. While they prepped Lucy to go home, we finalized follow up appointments and discussed our other animals. Finally Dr. Starkle called me to follow up the next day (again rare) and addressed some additional concerns I had. Now, our situation may be a little rare as we were in and out within an hour. But hear me out on these key points: *The staff truely care, they are transparent, and provide you with enough information, resources and reassurance so you're not just leaving confused or feeling ripped off. *The facility is clean, organized and maintained. Staff were even sweeping in between visitors. *They listen to everything, lord bless them. We ranted on about who knows what, they were patient, let us speak and made note of relevant items which were realized in their response or how they handled our requests. Overall, if I owned a veterinarian clinic, I would want it ran just like this and with these lovely ladies at the helm. 10/10 without a question.

I was a client of the Arrow location for years and had become very disappointed with the lack of customer service over the past year. (They don't answer the phone and do not return voice messages... Ever) I was hopeful that this new location would provide better service and they did NOT disappoint! Dr. Cole was professional and communicated the steps without speaking down to me or trying to order additional costly tests and blood work. Lexi was friendly and showed such compassion and care for my sweet bulldog. The prices were very fair and they followed up with me the next day to see how my dog was doing. I highly recommend this location and am so happy I found you!

Nobody could see buster this morning and I happened to call this location with my fingers crossed and I am very happy that I did! This was the most seamless and disarming visit I have ever had with my dog anywhere. I genuinely felt like Dr Duke Cole cared about my dog’s wellbeing and made sure that I was comfortable and aware of everything being discussed. Similarly, the technician, JJ, was just as thoughtful and thorough! I really appreciate this expedited appointment!

My 3 boys are not exactly thrilled about the whole vet experience. My small herd of chihuahua's quickly becomes a pride of lions the second we approach the building. Through all the barking, rolling, pulling, growling, peeing, thrashing, scratching, excaping, and whatever else my boys throw at them, the staff has always maintained composure and compassion. Regardless of my pets behavior they still show me respect, openly communicate with me and my husband. We are always up to date on the heath and well being of each dog as individuals, we're sent reminders of vaccine boosters and appointments, they inquire about how they're doing after being seen and even get acknowledged on their birthdays. They communicate via phone, email, and/or text. They truly love animals and I trust that.

Dr Johnson is amazing! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. We always take our pets to your clinic. The care we receive is exceptional and we always request Dr Johnson. Her love if animals is shown in her kind spirit and loving hand. We consider her a part of our extended family. I recommend your clinic at every possible opportunity. We are so grateful for the caregivers at Bell Ridge.

I wouldn't take my Lucy anywhere else! The care you provide is wonderful and she is comfortable anytime we need to go there, whether she is sick or for shots. Thank you for being so awesome!

They had a welcome message on the board before we even walked into the exam room. Goofy was being seen for a lump on his chest/tummy area. They actually listened to my concerns and answered all my questions. Goofy loved April and Dr Johnson. They were both so compassionate and helpful. Dr. Johnson took the extra time to explain and even show me pictures of exactly what she was talking about leaving me confident in understanding the possibilities of the lab results.

Thank you to all the helpful staff at bell ridge animal hospital for helping care for my fur baby Kit. The vet Dr. Jordan was very gentle and kind and we will definitely be going back to bell ridge for all our veterinary needs.

People up front don't know pricing or even what they carry. I have picked up prescription food twice from these people in the last two weeks. First bag that I picked up was a 4lb bag. Today when I went to pick up what I thought was supposed to be another 4lb bag. The 2 ladies up front looked at me like I'm a liar and told me that they don't carry 4lb bags. This place is over priced for what they do find another vet. Many other places out there provide a better quality of care and don't bend you over on pricing.

Everyone was very nice and knowledgeable and were very good to Maya, but not sure if we will go back or not. I was really feeling like they were really against buying products anywhere except there. So far, we have spent over $ 600 and they did exact same treatment both visits and will probably need a third visit for another $300. Would be nice if I could at least get the meds at a different place or offer me some options. This is only for allergies.

Dr. Johnson and Abby were so great with me and my pet. Had to put my boy down and they were so comforting and just the best. Highly recommend

Took my cat Boots in to get neutered, they have been very nice and helpful through the entire process and I really enjoy the phone calls to check up the following days. All future animals will be brought to this animal hospital ????????

They are AMAZING! Took my litter of Aussie pups there and they did an amazing job taking care of them. Got my adult Aussie groomed there and he is so soft and doesn’t look like a cave man anymore!! (We have a dirt backyard he is constantly dusty!) they did AN AMAZING JOB! 10/10!!

Everytime I come in for Clark, I am treated so well and Clark actually doesn't feel crazy anxious when inside with everyone. They handle him like he is their own and for that I appreciate and have recommended to many and will continue to do so. Thank you for caring for my baby like he is your own.

I always love going here with my dog. He is super shy and they are always so accommodating with him. When he had a surgery, they even escorted me to go in the back to get him because he was really cranky with them ????

My experience at the animal clinic was fantastic. Although Maria was busy on a Sunday afternoon, she still made time to make sure that my dog’s anti siezure pill prescription would be filled and made extra copies of the prescription so that I could use it at any vet pharmacy. She was thoughtful, helpful and had a great attitude although the clinic was inundated with needy pets. Employees like this should be recognized for the outstanding job they do.. Thanks Maria
