Faust Animal Hospital Phoenix, Arizona

I took my new baby because I had concerns about her reaching and shaking her head. We were referred by Dog Cat Bird Animal Hospital which is close to my home. They weren't able to see her right away. So off we went in just a couple of days. I knew it was right when we stepped into the door! I was so pleased with the attention Teecee Pickle received and so was she. She was good, comfortable and aware that she was in good hands! She was weighed, examined and treated, including an ear cytology which dispelled my fear she had mites. Her claws were clipped and we're back home, with a next day f/u call to hear how she's doing. I salute FAH! Everyone gets a star and a cookie ????!!! Thanks!

Hands down the best vet office and staff I have ever found! They took care of my babies like their own. They gave me secondary options for my cat when he was going thru a urinary blockage and when I had my dog in they didn't push for unnecessary blood work and allowed me to only test for the 1 thing that caused concern! Not often do you find an office that cares and ISN'T greedy or upselling! Special thank you to all the staff and especially Barb!!!!

too expensive, rude staff, bad management, they dont care about your pet they just want your money

Loved our Dr, however, after our dog developed kidney problems from the medication they provided, they wanted us to make and pay for a whole new visit . They messed up and wanted more money. Not helpful. So we went to AAROW ANIMAL HOSPITAL for help. ;) wish we had money to file a lawsuit

My family name is Faust (like the play)... So I obviously went here first. Everyone took perfect care of my 2 baby boys and that's worth more than any dollar amount. However, they took care of my boys for 1/5 less than everyone else.... but gave the best care! I trust Faust and you should, too. xo

I have been searching for the perfect vet since moving to Phoenix and could not have been more impressed with a first visit. The entire team at Faust Animal Hospital were very kind, communicative, and consultative. Of the 4 members of the FAH staff I interacted with 3 were on the ground greeting Quinn with hugs and pats - the 4th was busy processing necessary paperwork to get us on our way. My kitties have been patients here for years. We love the docs and the staff. They treat you pet like their own. Great support when you have to help your fur baby over the rainbow bridge.

I've been coming here for nearly 20 years, and have always been satisfied with their compassionate service. I've had some difficult dogs and we love the docs here. Always kind and comforting.

This amazing boy is my whole world! It’s hard to believe his condition 6 weeks ago compared to today. I am forever thankful to everyone at Faust Animal Hospital but especially Barb, for giving Zander a second chance and the compassion this ol mangey dog so desperately needed. Barb took him under her wing and was completely invested in his recovery. She made herself available to me for questions/concerns post adoption and we’ve stayed in touch. It’s obvious she cares so deeply for all the animals. I owe Zander’s health to her. She’s a true hero in my eyes. Because of this level of care, I will be traveling 30 minutes to continue his care with them as his primary vet. My family is so grateful for our Zander and his new life! Thank you!!

Great staff and great prices.

It was decent! Fairly fast... Definitely friendly and supportive! I would definitely go back. It was just a was just on the other side of the city for me to make it a monthly thing!

Gave me medication that put my dog into a Seizure like state! DO NOT bring your furbaby here ???? they will claim that it was not the medicine yet the Seizure like issues didn't start until 30 minutes AFTER I gave her the medicine. And ONLY after I gave her the new meds. Now that we are no longer giving her the medication and seeing a new vet she is doing MUUUUCH BETTER.

The staff here is so kind, caring, and they are true angels. They are not just there to do the job, they actually want to help. I’m truly grateful for them.

I had an emergency with my cat but was tight on funds. This vet told me everything they were doing along the way and gave me choices to keep the bill down. This place is AWESOME!! I won't take my animals anywhere else!

Nice and clean room. Staff was very nice they made Cutie very comfortable.

Unfortunately our first experience with Faust was a sad one. But Barb, Dr. Robinson and the rest of the staff were absolutely amazing. We called mid afternoon on a Saturday. With no appointments available, upon hearing the situation, allowed us to bring our boy in. They were kind, compassionate and well composed. I will gladly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a vet.

Very friendly staff and doctor!

Both my dogs have been treated very well here. Techs and front desk workers remember them both and show them lots of love. Pricing has been fair and transparent. The front desk workers have gone above and beyond to answer my many questions. Most recently Chloe has helped me a lot, was very patient when I lost my nerve (I love my fur babies and had been trying to resolve an issue on a already stressful day). Will definitely stick with this clinic!

Wonderful animal hospital fast animal hospital is the absolute best animal hospital that I've ever taken my pets to there are carry professional loving staff that take personal pride and what they do I trust my animal to these people and will recommend them to anybody and everybody that has a need for animal veterinarian services

Wonderful place to take your animals and an amazing staff

Rude, rude, rude! We brought our puppy in for shots and ended up having to put him to sleep because of a blood disease. They were cool about discounting the visit since we weren't prepared to pay that much out of pocket...but if we couldn't come up with the cash, they were going to let us walk out of there with the puppy & let him die in a very inhumane way! And the chick upfront was rude. NEVER AGAIN!

Caring staff. Dr. Julie really took time to call me and discuss my cats ongoing health issues. We tried a new medication. Kooper is doing much better now.
