The prices are perfect and Ernie is the second dog you have helped us with. We don't hope to need your service often but so glad you are available.

Our beautiful baby girl - Gabriella who we loved for over 15yrs was euthanized after a steady decline in her health and quality of life. We called Jimmy and brought her the next day for cremation. JIMMY greeted us at the door and placed her in a room so we could say our goodbye, he gave us privacy and plenty of time to kiss her goodbye. Losing my Min Pin was extremely and is extremely difficult even now, JIMMY IS AN ANGEL - He is one of those rare individuals that still cares.... My 18 yr old boy was cremated in a private witnessed ceremony at Entrusted Pets. Having never been through the process they explained what to expect at each step of the way and made a tough day special.

This is the second time we have taken our precious babies. Nothing but great service and very polite staff. I love it. They gave us alone time before saying our last goodbye

Entrusted pets makes a hard experience much easier. They have a lovely space for a final farewell for your pet and the staff is so kind.

We got to see Roxy for the last time. It was SO GOOD to see her. I didn't know how we would feel, but we were both so happy to see her. We stayed with her for about 20 minutes or so. She was still on her bed and her blanket. Her fur was so soft. We ran our hands across her whole body. We kissed her and hugged her and told her how much we missed her, how much we loved her, how empty the house was without her, and how we couldn't wait for her to come home. Then we took her to be cremated and gave her one last kiss and hug before she was placed inside the machine. And then Jimmy let me press the button to start it. We went back three hours later when the process was done and watched her remains be put into a container, then waited about 20-30 minutes for everything to cool down and watched her remains get ground up and then we brought her home. I didn't know how we would feel, but we both feel like it helped us have even more closure. Three goodbyes. When she was still alive, when she died, and when she was cremated. We watched every single step...we know it's Roxy in there. I even touched her bones. She's home now. This was a huge part of closure for us. Jimmy and Nancy! I can't thank you enough for the kindess you showed my husband and I through this whole process. You went above and beyond to make us feel reassured that we were getting our baby's ashes. I will never forget it. For anyone looking for a place to have your fur baby cremated, a place that is transparent as can be, this is the place to go. The kindness, compassion, and professionalism are comparable to none. They were AMAZING!

Entrusted pets was amazing! One of our kittens did not make it, my family and myself were devastated. We called some local places near to home and were told some outrageous pricing to cremate a kitten who weighed maybe 1 pound and that is being generous.. Entrusted Pets has great pricing, and a staff with empathy who will share your broken heart. I didn't catch his name but the man with the tattoos was the sweetest person I ever met (absolutely incredible). Trusting Entrusted pets was the easiest part of losing such a sweet soul. Entrusted Pets went above and beyond in providing comfort and support upon my Chihuahua's passing. I have seen this service in full operation and recommend it highly, if you experience the sad loss of your furbaby. From the first discussion. they have been very patient as well as understanding. The owner Jimmy Ahearne, meets with those who are new to the area and need travel directions. Nancy meets you at the door to welcome you to the facility. Extremely affordable but more than that, a great place to take your pets. Jimmy was very nice, cordial and patient. The place is very nice with a lot of options to memorialize your furry family member. I highly recommend them because of the way they handled everything but I do need to mention pricing again...much more reasonable than other places. Thank you for taking care of Chewy for us, we really appreciate it.

they have helped me twice with getting my dogs cremated. they’ve always been so nice and helpful. they give you some time with your pet until you are ready for it to get cremated.

I have had 2 pets cremated here . The staff is compassionate, helpful never rush you. I will use this service for all of my pets and highly recommend them, they will even pickup your deceased pet and deliver the ashes back to you if you would like

Overall, I would recommend. I called Joe in the morning about getting my cat cremated and he said he would have his son Ryan call me with an arrangement to drop her off. I was able to meet Ryan and drop her off the same day, and while Ryan said it may take a few days, she was ready the next day. Great service and nothing but polite throughout the entire experience. I would use them again, though hopefully I won't have to for a long time.

This review is long overdue. It took a little time before I was comfortable writing this after letting go our dog Houston in March 2019. I cannot say how grateful we were to find Entrusted Pets. Jimmy and Sara were amazing! Jimmy was very accommodating and scheduled us for a private cremation on a Saturday. It was very important to us that we care for Houston in this life and the afterlife. We were allowed to witness the whole process. He went above and beyond to get us the closure we needed. He and his staff were respectful, compassionate, and never rushed us. They provided us with a paw print and returned Houston to us that day. It was a very difficult time but Jimmy and his staff definitely made it easier. I suggest you talk to Jimmy and tour the facilities. You will be at ease and know that your pet is in good hands. Thank you for taking care of us and Houston.

2 of my fur babies Charlie and Peewee and our duck Linda were attacked and killed. This was very traumatizing to find. My poor babies. I took them to Entrusted to have them cremated , I was a total mess. I have never been treated with such respect and care ever.. Nancy and Jimmy were so remarkably kind and patient with me. If you lose a furry family member, go to Entrusted pets. I guarantee they will make your experience so much easier on your heart.

I've had a great experience here. Nancy made scheduling an appointment extremely easy, she was extremely polite and respectable and cares about who walks in. Jimmy was polite and nice when I went to picture up my fur baby. I highly recommend Entrusted Pets and will use their services again if I need to anytime in the future.

We have lost many pets over the years. We have always entrusted them to Entrusted Pet Cremation Services. The staff has always been compassionate, caring and respectful in a very difficult time in our lives when we have lost our fur babies.

Jimmy came in early on a Sunday morning when our cat passed away...he was extremely professional and helped reassure my children that she would be taken care of. He answered every question we had, and helped us with a payment plan. In a time of need, I was very grateful we came here.

The staff here are true heros when it comes to this profession. They are incredibly helpful in situations from small-scale to the short notice and dire. I can say from my personal experience when they lent a kind and helping hand in a time where my own family would not, they are the people you want to handle your beloved passed pets.

I was so very reassured and happy with the compassion, respect and calm professionalism shown to me and my much-beloved Sissy. Her remains were taken to Pinnacle Peak office of Messinger Mortuary for me to pick up just a day later, which saved another long drive at a very emotional time. We lost our precious kitty, Angel, suddenly and quickly. From the time we made the phone call to Entrusted Pests Cremation to the time we picked up our fur baby, Angel, we were treated kindly. We are very satisfied with Jimmy and everything he did to make this process easy. We would highly recommend “Entrusted Pets Cremation” to anyone who has lost their “fur baby”. Jimmy was amazing and compassionate. When our little Kiwi passed, we were distraught, but Jimmy made thay rough time easier with true and sincere empathy. When our cat died suddenly and unexpectedly, we weren’t sure where to have her cremated. My husband and I called our veterinarian’s office and the staff there wasn’t very friendly or empathetic; they also didn’t seem very affordable. We called several other clinics and none of them seemed to care that we’d just lost a beloved member of our family—they just seemed to want our money. Not to mention, none of them do cremations themselves (they have you pay them and then they hand your pet over to a company that does). We selected Entrusted Pets because their staff (namely Jimmy) was really friendly and empathetic. They were also more affordable than all of the vet clinics we called. Our cat was tastefully placed on a cushion while we filled out a form, giving Entrusted Pets permission to cremate her. Jimmy made an impression of our cat’s paw in some clay and gave it us—something we weren’t expecting, but happily accepted. My only complaint is that Jimmy failed to contact us, to let us know that our cat’s cremains were ready for pick up. My husband and I could’ve picked her cremains up, a lot sooner, had he just called us. He made up for it by giving us a nicer urn, free of charge.
