Furbabies Resort and Spa Scottsdale, Arizona

My Dog comes back happy and excited from this place which explains a lot about their service. The groomers are awesome here. I would love to keep going there if they provide more discount coupons ;) since it can get expensive sometimes.

I have be here to say hi and see the dogs and say hi to the staff win I go by the fur babies resort and spay it's has lots of dogs small medium big dogs there our deffert kids here I just pick outside door so don't get in the way may by about 5 mints our so thankyou for letting come say hi to hop come be say aging .

It was a good experience for my puppy and I. I will definitely return.

Furbabies is such a thoughtful and caring business and we're always so happy to take our goldendoodle Oliver here for daycare, boarding, or grooming. The open floor plan gives a very open and transparent feel and the shop is so cute! Oliver tends to rub his nose when he boards as a form of nervousness but the Furbabies staff was very watchful and proactively went out to buy sponges to put on his water bowl so he wouldn't rub his nose. I had never thought of this solution - very creative! The owner Heather even called us to follow up and reassure us that they were keeping a careful eye on Oliver. Furbabies has a high attention to detail and a true passion for dogs!

I was so nervous about leaving my deaf Malinois for the weekend but she LOVED it so much she didn't want to leave. Great people and I really appreciated the daily report cards.

Furbabies is awesome! I recently adopted a dog who was in desperate need of a grooming. The groomer made him look great. I then decided to sign him up for the month long training program. Damien the trainer was awesome to work with; super responsive and great communication. He always made sure I understand what he was saying and made time to meet with me so he could show me specific things he was working on with my dog. My dog loved spending time with other dogs in daycare and has become a social butterfly. I will continue to send him to daycare where he thrives! All the staff is helpful and great. I’m so thankful for Furbabies!

I tried scheduling an appointment with them I called left a message so that I can have them call me back and give me prices. I never received a phone call, no one ever contacted me. I guess they didn't want my business.

I took my small Husky for grooming & they did an awesome job.

Great place. Staff was very nice Loved that you could see where they do the grooming. Also you could see the play area for the day care. Items in the store were so cute. Loved the collars and clothing.

Wonderful place to bring the furries

My dog has been a regular guest at Furbabies Doggy Day Care since I moved to Scottsdale a year ago. He has been extremely happy there, playing with the staff and the canine guests all day, every day. The staff is friendly, professional, and reliable. They also were flexible in their ability to respond to a couple situations that were beyond my control. I can't recommend Furbabies highly enough--I consider myself very fortunate to have found them.

First off. My dog Onyx is a Chinese Chow Chow who hadn’t been groomed in 2 months due to the COVID-19 virus and national Stay at Home order. So her coat was well overgrown. I took Onyx yesterday to be groomed at FurBabies Resort & Spa & she immediately loved the environment & I picked her up & she looked amazing!!!!! I love them and will definitely be a longtime customer.

They took AMAZING care of my sweet old dog! I will definitely be taking him there again!

The facility is beautiful. Great location. Perfect to drop your dog off for grooming and walk to the mall for a couple hours. Our dog had to get all his hair cut off because there were too many tangles. We were ok with this. We got an appointment through Groupon for a great rate. I was happy with all things. Unfortunately, the person that checked us is was not friendly at all. A dog spa should be a happy place. Greet your customers with a smile. ????

When I first got my pup 2 1/2 years ago, I was looking for a good place for her to be while I was at work. I toured many places and this one felt just right. She’s been coming here ever since. She loves it! We enjoy the report cards and how friendly the girls are. She runs to them every time. We have also started grooming her here. She’s never looked cuter!
