Took my Goldendoodle for a groom. The lady decided that it would be best to cut my dogs hair to the skin. Didnt try to give my dog a teddy bear look or trim tail. If you’re considering taking your pet to this location ask your questions. Make sure they have a plan to leave your pet to your satisfaction and not they’re lazy way of finishing. Make sure the person you trust will cut the hair instead of newbies they have that dont know how to cut. I regret this so much and will never return.

These folks are great! They have taken care of my dog for an extended amount of time and Connor (my dog) seems to have loved every minute of it! They have helped me out with him and things I cannot bring myself to do (clip his nails). I just called the pros at DogTown Pet Resort and they got it done in no time. Thank you DogTown.

We have been taking our dogs to this place for several years now. I love their professionalism and the caring way in which they treat our dogs.

I asked paws be trimmed, private parts cut and hair around lips to be trimmed. They cut facial and head hairs well. It ruined a photo shoot she was to have the next day! THEY DO NOT LISTEN TO THE OWNERS IF DOGS.

Staff was very nice and efficient. The groomers did exactly what we asked for and pickup was right on time. I would recommend them for your grooming needs.

I recommend twin tails CAGELESS grooming, yes CAGELESS. They strive in following all safety requirements for staff and pets, they have an appointment time of 30minutes to 2/3 hours depending on breed and service of course. As an ex employee of this (Bellyrubz/working with this owner) establishment I highly recommend you to try one of the four locations of twin tails CAGELESS grooming. You won’t regret it, you also get to talk to your stylist so all your accommodations are heard and accomplished!

They did a great job with my poodle mix she was very matted and instead of shaving her completely down like other places do they actually took the extra time to leave a little length I'm soo pleased!

Dog Town is the best I highly recommend. They treat the Dogs Amazing and treat humans pretty good too!

My first visit here, but will be back. Dog Town may not look real imposing from the street (nor inside come to that, although it's neat and clean), but I reckon that's because (a) they don't have a huge profit margin, and (b) their profits are put back into the working side of the business. My little mutt doesn't much like getting bathed; likes his nails trimmed even less, but came out happy and acting like he'd made a new friend. He's a short hair, so didn't need grooming, but they did a great job on his nails, which were horribly overgrown

Alexis did a great job grooming my dog. Edited: Alexis is no longer there. Lots of turnover..... going somewhere else now. Thank you for Response from Owner. My original review was for 5 stars and I did not want it to be misleading as it was because of Alexis. I have been there several times over the past year, most recently in August 2020. I am very aware of the turn over because I have had several people work on my dogs during that time. The last time was so awful that I decided to not go back. If you'd like more details in a less public arena, please provide a way to contact, as is the custom for Business Owners responding to a Customer, in order to avoid further negative activity on their page.
