I am very disappointed of doggy daze. I used to love bringing my puppy here for a VIP treatment but today it wasn't a VIP. I usually trust my puppy to be taken care of by doggy daze, after today not any more. When I went to pick up my dog from the groomers, they had told me that my puppy was involved in an incident. The lady had advised me that she got scared of the blow drier and she had jumped off of the table and got her nail stuck into something. So many questions? 1.Why wasn't she secured properly? 2. Who was attending her while she was scared. 3. How did her nail get stuck exactly? I don't believe any of it happening the way they told me. we bathe and blow dry our dog all the time and she doesn't mind being blow dried at all. I just find it odd with this story I was told. Just lack of training is the end result of this happening at all! Well the result was a bloody nail being cut the wrong way. They did stopped the bleeding. The groomer gave me some medicine to take home for her nail. After further investigating her and looking into how bad the damage was. I called doggy daze and asked them for a refund. I understand accident's may happen but will not pay to have my dog hurt under your supervision. Very disappointed. Sent an email to GM waiting to hear back to get reimbursed!

First time taking my fur babies to this establishment and they did an awesome job would definitely go back my dogs were eager to go home but they were happy not traumatized at all. Would highly recommend this business and they had a lot of customers dropping off and picking up their doggies also.

Favorite place to get my dogs washed and cleaned and groomed. Every staff member is genuine and nice and smiling ???? my doodles come home super happy after a visit at Doggy Daze.

Very kind people, my corgi loves this place. He gets out of a the car and runs right in. They have become very popular and you have to book far in advance. My suggestion book the next grooming right after you get one.

I took my rottweiler here not long ago and purchased the largest package they had to offer in addition to the addon services they suggested. I was told I would get a text when she is done. I never got a text but I phone call after they were closed asking why I wasnt there yet, I assured them I never recieved a message. In that moment I felt someone just didnt want to take accountability for dropping the ball, no big deal, I drove straight there and picked her up, paid the $70 and left a $20 tip for any inconvenience. Right after I got her home I realized she was still dropping hair so I looked at her paws and noticed they were not trimmed like I had paid for, so I looked at her ears and again they were not cleaned like I paid for, and now I noticed her glands were not expressed like I had paid for. If gor any reason these services weren't able to be completed it is not a big deal but when i pay for them and assume they are performed it's highly disappointing to realize otherwise. I do not recommend this place and now right before christmas I need to go spend money at a different gwhat I paid for. We send our animals here who cannot communicate and hope the groomers are honest with what they charge, this company is not that.

Very busy place, but they always get me in for a quick paw trim.

Service has gone completely down hill since sold by original owner. With an appointment on a Thursday, our dogs grooming took three hours. We have no clue what they were going for because her face is shaved (she's a Yorkie and always got some teddy bear style cut), her nails weren't trimmed and her tail wasn't trimmed. Complete waste of money and when I called to ask what style they had her in for and who groomed her to never book with that person again, no one called me back with any follow up. Save your money and time and go elsewhere.

I have 2 medium dogs that I bring here. They always come out smelling fresh and super soft. Friendly staff too

I have taken my fluffy Golden Doodle here a few times for a bath & brush, and it’s usually fine except her nails are always scratchy-sharp even when I pay extra for the rotary file. This time I took her for a full groom and asked them to leave 1” of fur on her body and a round, teddy bear head. I told them to neaten her up and keep her fluffy. The employee confirmed that at the intake as well as in the notes at pickup. But they SHAVED her. I went home and cried. Her beautiful fluffy fur is gone. Four employees were there when I picked her up and they all just stared at blankly and did not care. “I can’t glue her fur back on” one of them said. So, no, I don’t recommended this place.

After waiting over 45 minutes at the last groomers for only a nail trim, I asked where my dog was. I think they forgot her then did a very quick job of clipping her nails. When they finally brought her out, my normally chill and happy chihuahua was shaking and traumatized. A nice lady in the parking lot said to bring her to Doggy Daze next time. I will be forever grateful for that lady! Everyone at Doggy Daze is friendly and attentive and best of all, I'm usually out in 5 minutes with a happy chihuahua!

Won't take my Lola anyplace else! ????????

I will never get my dog groomed anywhere other than Doggy Daze. They are professional, kind, and always do a great job. I have never had a bad experience with them and their customer service is incredible. I have been a customer for about 2 years and will be for many more years. They always do a great job. My dogs resist grooming and its always a chore. They hate getting their nails done and fight me to a point I cannot get them well. I decided to try to get them professionally done. Nervous to leave them, I went in and saw my semi shy dogs warm up to the staff immediately. When my fiancé and I picked them up they smelled amazing, felt silky and their nails were shorter than they had been in years. I don't know how they did it, but they defiantly earned a repeat customer.

The handled all the dogs with knowledge on all aspects. My dog was shampooed, dried, had her nails trimmed. I make her and her daughter in once a month

I absolutely loved this place, they are fantastic. I highly recommend.

Eye-rolling between owner & staff as my dog was reticent to go alone in the back & felt as though my reassuring him was a nuisance. Just felt awkward & rushed. Paid $70 for de-shed & wash (last time the same treatment cost $60 & my dog weighs the same/no change in coat thickness). 30 minutes after we got home & he's damp & still shedding a lot as if they rushed. Rather leave a review than talk w/ staff because I'm still uncomfortable at the owner's eye-roll.

This place is great! My dog is terrified of having his nails cut. I’ve taken him to so many other groomers and they all basically give up. This place gets it done tho! I also love that they don’t require appointments. Other groomers end up keeping your dog in a cage for 4 hours even with an appointment. I’ve come here for full service on my dog and they never have him for more than like an hour. It’s great! Highly highly recommend! And super reasonable prices! :)

From the amazingly caring service to how happy my senior pup is after he’s groomed from head to paw, I can’t say enough good about Doggy Daze. The owner cares so much about every pup that enters his doors and you can tell he only hires employees who love them just the same! I’m so glad I gave them a chance. My chihuahua is going on 16 years old and they tailor their approach to his grooming with that in mind. Seriously everyone, bring your dog here! You won’t regret it. Their prices are unbelievably reasonable and you don’t need an appointment for grooming!
