My German Shepherd was off to his first experience meeting other dogs, and it went so well, and gave me free time on my short visit to Phoenix. I cannot say enough about Phoenix Camp Bow Wow ... you are great, awesome, and gave me peace of mind and took good care of my 5 mo. old energetic pup. The staff at Camp Bow Wow PHX loc communicates really well. No question goes unanswered and being a heliocopter doggo parent who lives and works (works, at all) for her pup, I have lots of questions. The live web cameras are a fantastic service and I appreciate that there's an actual person in the play areas at all times. They take bloat very seriously; they feed the doggos separately and give them plenty of time to rest before letting them back out to play. My pup looks like he's having fun and making lots of friends! I enthusiastically recommend this particular Camp Bow Wow. Your dog will be well cared for and you'll be the only one with separation anxiety ha

Great Service and very friendly staff

Everyone there is just amazing and super excited to be there. It’s great knowing my pup is taken care of by individuals who truly care. Cameras in play areas are a plus! Helps calm my nerves about leaving him behind. Overall the best! I would highly recommend this place, don’t hesitate.

Since day one the staff has always been attentive and amazing when it comes to customer service. More importantly is that my Rex is always super excited when we pull into the parking lot! You know there's genuine love for all the doggos all the time here.

The owners and people working there have a great energy about them and you can tell that they love the dogs that visit them. Our dog Ginger has been there a lot and even stayed overnight for 8 nights while we were out of the country. Her tail is always wagging when we arrive. Awesome place.

Staff was super friendly, kind and knowledgeable. They communicated with us well in the days leading up to our first visit. Neither of my fur babies had ever been to camp or day care previously and I was super nervous to leave them as they’re both rescues with a little bit of separation anxiety. And lets be real, I was super nervous to leave my fur children in a new place with people we don’t really know. The staff was so excited to meet them and made me feel really confident leaving them for their first day at camp. I watched the cameras often to check in on them and to make sure they were having fun, which they were. As I was watching on the cameras, another dog was picking on my youngest and they were able to read the body language and de-escalate the situation without incident by removing the other dog. This was such great reassurance that they are able to see any issues and resolve them quickly. We’ll be using them for day camp and boarding in the future and feel very comfortable doing so. Would highly recommend!

The staff is absolutely amazing, and I did not have to worry about leaving my baby with them. The facility was extremely clean, and I loved that I was able to watch my dog on their live web cams any time of the day.

The counselors at Camp Bow Wow Phoenix are fantastic! Every time I bring my dog in they great him by name and every time I pick him up they have a story to tell about his fun filled day! I have never felt so comfortable leaving my fur baby with anyone else! If you're thinking about booking just do it!

Super friendly staff. Took my call when checking in on Mimi,s first ever night of boarding and told me how she was doing. Reasonable prices. Mimi does do day care as trying to socialize our COVID pup.
