Nice pet store that has a lot of options for your pet, especially if they have allergies. My mother's dog has a ton of allergies and it is hard to find food that she can have safely. This store carries several brands that have limited ingredients or has food with a single ingredient, nice.

A little pricey but it's a great store.

This business has a great selection of pet food. We put our dog on a raw meat diet and they had all that we needed. The staff was terrific and very helpful in pointing out what to get. Great job!

I bought a collar there I had found online and they honored the online price offered by Chewy which was $10 less than their list price

Oh hi! Thank you for not acknowledging that a customer walked in to your store. Thank you for ignoring me. I watched you talk at length about the other customers dog that has diarrhea and can see you down the isle, so I KNOW you could see me too. You did not even say “hey you know I’ll be right there!” No no no you carry on and on and don’t even consider that maybe this other customer is waiting to pay so keep it a little shorter in your conversation. Look me up in your system because I have purchased years of your overpriced items - that I can get for way cheaper at Wag n’ Wash- so that is where I’ll spend my hundreds of dollars from now on. Wag n’ wash is always friendly and kind and have more than 1 person working. If you read this review try them out because they have more of the same stuff and for much less. As for your rude store. We are done, I’m never shopping there again. That is how you go out of business- 1 customer at a time.

I like a lot of the staff here, but they often don’t order my dogs food when I ask for a special order - they say they do and then they don’t even though I’ve gone in person and placed the order, other times done it over the phone - It’s not the first time they don’t place an order for me when I ask and yes it’s frustrating but what’s more frustrating is the response when I call or show up and the order isn’t there - like it’s my fault. I really want to stay with pet market and get the cute seasonal toys and be able to go in person to pick up my dogs food instead of delivery but the attitude is a bit off-putting. They’re otherwise really nice when they’re not having to correct or acknowledge their own mistakes. And I like their products even though it’s a tad higher prices than other places, good selection.

***What an OUTRAGEOUS RIP OFF*** $43.99 for a 15lb. bag of Victor Super Premium Hi-Pro Plus dry dog food; when Tempe Feed sells it for $24.00! Also Tempe Feed is locally owned (there's only ONE); and it's staffed by the owner Arthur and his sons whom are more informed about dog care than any associate you will ever meet at a place like THIS OVERPRICED WANNABE 'pet market'. The only market My Pet Market is in is in ROBBING YOU BLIND. Do yourselves, your wallets, and your dogs a favor and go visit Tempe Feed you won't regret it.

They price match! If they have anything higher.... they will match so many competitors! Chewy... Match, Amazon... Match! ☆☆☆most foods are USA MADE AND SOURCED!!☆☆☆

Exceeded my expectations in every way possible even price matched online pricing wow. 6 month update and still can't say enough good things about this place.

Went in for new cat food. Three girls working...we had to go ask for help and the staff could not answer our questions about the products. We left with a metal litter scoop and some cat treats.

Excellent customer service and plenty of choices for my pet

Employee told me unprovoked that they were willing to suggest a "better" diet food if my dog were to be prescribed a diet food from a veterinarian... Scary that they think they know more than doctors

The people who work there are very nice, but they charge extreme amounts for certain items. I was charged $71 for chicken strip treats that were only about $16 everywhere else I looked online. I didn’t realize until I left the store and I turned around and they price matched them to $18.99. They confirmed it was not an error, that’s just their price. Charging over $70 for something that is only $16-19 is just taking advantage of people and that’s not right. This was the case with several of their items in the store and it’s sad that they’re doing that to people.

This pet shop is well-run and easy to spot. Employees are also courteous and polite. They sell a number of pet foods, including some tasty dog food raised right here in town. Cat food comes with a wide range of flavors. Highly recommended!!

Also, they know pets and the best products to meet your pet's needs. Tell them who your beloved critter behaves, and they will pull a suitable solution from the shelf, and even carry it to the store front for you. They price match competition, and they provide samples on some products too. You won't regret shopping here. 5 stars = makes customers kings and queens, or offers superior product(s); crushes competitors that offer similar service and product(s). 4 stars = provides something extra for customers, or offers better than average product(s). 3 stars = provides good service and good product(s). 2 stars = provides low quality customer service or product(s). 1 star = fails in customer service or product(s); you suck; please go out of business. Very cute and helpful store.

This store is my go to for issues feeding my very old and fussy cat. Always appreciate free samples and offer to take back purchased food not accepted by her.

Sadly noputfit for large dogs but friendly n helpful staffs
