Horrible company that lies to its customers, fires employees for trying to call out after being hit by a car then lies on tax forms to steal money from people.

I love this place. Best hamburgers ever. Been a customer since they opened the first restaurant in Baldwin Park CA and it’s still the same consistent quality and service.

My Pit Mix is an overnight guest at Arcadia D multiple times monthly . Redford is very well taken care of by professional , kind , caring staff. I highly recommend whether an overnight or a day of fun! Thank you for making me feel confident my boy is in a great place while I am away!

I wanna shate my experience with them. My experience was amazing. I left my baby for 5 days and for me was so sad, I cry when I left my baby and the staff send me photos about my baby every day and sends email about how my baby is doing. I recommend them 100%. I used to go to their Hollywood location, now I live in Arcadia. I have been to a couple of other places, and no other boarding place makes me feel as comfortable as they do. The staff really do love the dogs and you can feel it. And I am so happy this is a brand standard amongst all their locations! I have taken my little Dorinda (yes, she likes to make it nice) to both Hollywood and Arcadia, and I get the same loving feeling when I walk into both hotels. Not only is the staff amazing, but I love how they seperate the dogs by size. And then they get their own rooms at night. And not just "kennels", real legit beds like at home. Consistency is amazing. I am so happy that I moved to a city where I know my dog will be loved just like her other doggie family in LA

This place was exactly what I have been looking for and could not recommend them more! I have gone to so many "pet resorts" which have made me just feel guilty about leaving my dog there. Finally, a place that felt like home! I left my Toy Poodle for about a week, while my partner and I went on our first vacation in quite some time. I received pics throughout her stay and updates on how she was doing. I could tell she was having a great time. Best of all, Chanel came home happier than ever, looking and smelling great! I was referred by a friend from the Scottsdale location of the great experience she had with D Pet Hotels, so I decided to check out their new spot in Arcadia. I’m so glad I did! Beautiful building, friendly and caring staff plus awesome accommodations for dogs. I boarded my furry one for two nights, he got tons of attention and play time. Plus I just found out they offer grooming and transportation, I will definitely be back!

D Pet Hotel Arcadia is a First Class operation. If you want no stress in dropping your dog off for a play date or overnight stay, this is your place. The suites are brand new, play areas are super clean and the staff is amazing with the dogs. We love D Pet Hotel !!

We stumbled across D Pets. I am so glad we did. My pup finally has a place where he can play and just be a big dog! They understand him and they’ve even been helping with training! It’s been a long time since he’s come home and been exhausted. Now when I take him to Day Camp, I know that he’s coming home totally spent. We boarded him about a month ago. Jesse answered all of my questions, offered me a tour of the location, and set my mind at ease. We had never left our boy but we felt comfortable doing so. They were amazing!!! I got pictures every day we were gone, so I know how my puppy was doing. As a Dog Mom, that made me feel so happy. Jesse, you and your entire staff are amazing. Thanks for letting us become party of the family and thank you for all you do for our Kingsley. I don’t know what you guys are doing, but it’s right and please keep it up!
