The staff are amazing here. I called in due to my 15 week old puppy being ill and they got us in right away. The care they showed my Ruby was so kind and caring.

The staff was really friendly and welcoming! They answered all of my questions and provided me with the care I needed for my puppy. They made sure we both felt comfortable in their care.

Dr. Sandhu, heather, ahdon and The entire staff are awesome. Best part is they can see your animal right away and won’t tear your head off with cost. I drive all the way from Gilbert Arizona just to come to this animal hospital because everything around Gilbert sucks and they charge way more than you should have to pay.

I had a great experience today Dr. Powers was very nice and patient with me as I asked some questions about my dogs procedure and after effects. I felt confident going home knowing that on my dog comes in for her C-section she will be in good hands. The front office staff was very professional and respectful of my needs and my dogs needs. I’d say it was definitely a good experience.

Please do not bring your pet here I brought my pet here for many years, with Dr Sandhu he did everything possible to care for your pet but he does run this practice any longer, the new mangment does care about your pets, you will not be treated like cared for customer. My pet suffers from seizures, we use the this vet for his prescription, just because the pharmacy mis spelled his first name the vet denied twice after we where told it would be fixed on the vets end ,then the third time we are told that we need to bring in our pet for blood work. We make an appointment and they charge us the walk in fee. Meanwhile I was worried that my pet was gonna go into a seizure because of all this he was running low. This was not first time they do this, my same pet also has severe pet allergies we ask for them to fill his prescription they said they would, a week passes we hear nothing I called then we are told it is on backorder for another week and half knowing this why not give us a call to notify us . So again we asked can we my pet get a shot to treat his allergies until his oral medication comes in ,the vet said yes and there would not be a walk in charge. When I showed up they tell me there is new policy we have to charge a walk in fee one day after spoke with them on the phone. This has been my experience with the new management, also the front desk staff are not very knowledgeable make sure when speaking to them you log the name of who talked to. Stay safe all.

I do not recommend coming here unless you want to be treated rudely and disrespectfully!! I have been coming here for years! I rescue cats and own seven cats of my own. My house is 1/2 of a block away. Now that they have”switched hands”, there is zero customer service and poor communication!!

I have been here a few times. I've read the reviews other people have posted. And I'd like to comment on my perspective for, customer service, treatment, price Customer service- on this very last visit I took my cat to see Dr power. He seemed like a good listener and I appreciated that. The vet tech was named Heather and she was also understanding and a good communicator. The front desk is a group of people who do their best but are potentially overwhelmed by the work. On this last visit, things felt very disordered between the doctor and the front desk. Things like consent forms were forgotten. The front desk also asked me to sign a blank consent form with open areas to fill. That's just ignorance and poor practice. I asked for copies of my cat's x-rays and while they were on the phone they said we can email them to you. But I never got an email. And I think this is because they are tasked with multiple things at once. I give them the benefit of the doubt, but it feels bad as a customer service experience. It feels like a lack of empathy. The value of a pet in someone's life can be very significant so empathy is needed and it needs to be done well. Unfortunately my situation with my cat was very emotional so separating the emotion from the event was very difficult and the front desk wasn't helping. This could be changed if I felt they actually cared about my situation with body language, eye contact and acknowledgement. The key word is felt and the trick is changing perception. Treatment- if you've gone to the vet before you know that treatment plans for disease can be on a trial basis. Not everything has a set path for treatment but there are tests you can run to treat it. We tested my cat for a number of things, to find out that this location could not accommodate the needs. This is not necessarily a bad thing but it did cause stress for me and my cat to transfer to an emergency animal hospital. I'm not disappointed with what they uncovered and this was helped by the fact that Dr Power and Heather took the time to explain and were good listener for the situation. Price- it's hard to say what standard prices are for a cat. Walk in fee ( I called ahead to make a same day appointment so this was confusing), exam, Sedation, blood work, x-ray, subcutaneous fluid injection, antibiotics, and nail clipping ran me at about $1,000. Not sure what the going rate for that is at other places. Overall I think the doctor knows what he's taking about, the technician is a communicator, but the front desk experience is rough. If you find yourself coming in here your animal will be taken care of but you may get a bad taste from the experience with the front. I hope this review helps you paint a picture of expectations.

Very disappointed. Called first told them i was bringing my little dog in that just eaten a sponge. Waited for almost an hour to be seen before they told us they were out of the medication they use to make dogs throw up and there was nothing they could do. No exam. nothing.

I want to say that this place is a rare find when it comes to vet care. They are not Corporate so they have compassion and don't try to rip you off. Dr Sandhu is gentle with the animals and genuinely interested in how your pet is doing. Stacey at the front desk was amazing and my dog Pheona was so at ease there. Dr. Sandhu's tech was extremely patient and listened to my concerns. The rest of the staff were equally as great. If you are looking for a fantastic vet, Dr. Sandhu is well above standard :) Pheona is happy as a clam now!

Very misleading on the prices. Very no compation for grieving families. They only care about the ALL MIGHTY DOLLAR.

I been to this place serval times. They have hired new employees that don't know what they are talking about. The doctor is rude to his customers and employees. They hired employees that I don't think even went to school.

We recently rescued a kitten from the street and had contracted an infection on his genital area, we brought him here and at first everything was fine: medication was given as well as a spray for his bum. However, after the 3rd/4th visit …

My dog had an infection getting worse. They gave me a same day appointment, gave her the necessary pills and vaccines to get her back to normal. I’ll go back here again!

I have rescued many cats and dogs and have brought all of them here for their health needs. Everything from spay and neuter to dental care . The staff is very knowledgeable and this location is busy, so be patient. The care for the animals has been exceptional and all at a reasonable price. I will continue to bring pets here and would recommend to anyone . Your pet will be well cared for. Keep in mind some bad reviews may actually reflect poor care by pet owners after procedures. These people are good .

I like how they were one of the only bets with availability and after the services , the day after they called me to check on my puppy twice … they were professional and easy to work with. I’m more grateful than anything but if I had to be knit picky I would say they took a little longer than expected. My appt was at 10:20 and I wasn’t seen until 11:00. But beggers can’t be choosers especially when the other vets didn’t care to fit my pup in , whether he was dying or not. Thank you guys !! I appreciate you helping my sick puppy.

If you need a vet that is competent, affordable, and available in the most dire emergency, this place is a solid option, they will help with everything they have. If you need your hand held and to feel good through the experience, maybe go somewhere else. They saved a life, and that's what matters.

They leave you on hold for a long time. The lady who answered the phone straight started ignoring me while I was talking to talk to whoever was near her and when I said hello a few times and she finally realized that she forgot she was in the phone with me and left me talking to myself she put me on hold again. I hear the doctor is good but so far the people at the front who should be making it pleasant and give a good first impression failed miserably.
