Waiting to get an appointment, but they are the lowest price I found at $45 for a visit with the vet.

Patty; he most rude, unpleasant, and unprofessional person I've ever spoken to while trying to find a vet. Hung up on my call not once, but twice. Leaving me to talk to myself. WOULD NOT RECOMMEND.

Dr. Laura Bienenfeld does not know or feel confident in what she is doing. I would never have any of my pets seen or treated by her. Comes off seemingly nice, but has lied to me and later acknowledged she did in fact lie. More than the lying though, she just really does not have a strong grasp in the field and I would not trust her in any diagnosis or treatment. Also this clinic suggested I get my dog’s last booster and neuter done on the same day. It takes two weeks from the last booster for that immunization to go into effect, which I didn’t think about at the time. However following that surgery, I found out that my dog had been recovering in a room with a litter of puppies that were all tested positive for Parvo and that there was a concern my dog had parvo and it was suggested to treat him immediately. In retrospect, I should have never been advised to have my dog surgically altered until he was completely immunized. Worst advice or suggestion ever and the situation sucked and then I got Dr. Laura Bienenfeld diagnosing and treating my dog and she did not know what she was doing and I felt like I was stuck in a bad spot. Would never even consider coming back here.

We started taking our pets to BAH a few years ago. They helped with our first pets. They have sense parted our world, but when we backed adopted parents of more fur babies, we took them there again. They are knowledgeable, we're able to actually give us answers and made us feel like our pets were theirs too. Great staff, great service, and I don't trust anyone else other than Bethany Animal Hospital.

I heard they were a good hospital but I don't think they are there anymore. We went there and it looked like a vacant building.

The employee who answered my call was named Patty. I don't think that I have ever had a ruder experience with customer service rep before....at least hope she was customer service and not a teck or vet. I would not recommend this clinic

Loved it there! Everyone was so nice an actually liked animals an their jobs-they werent there just because its a job. Dr Bodiker was the best! He was nice, an you could tell he really enjoys helping animals. If youre in the neighborhood and are looking for a great vet then you should go here and you wont have to look any further.

Today I call this office to make an appointment for my dog, as soon as I said " I want to make an appointment for my dog" the receptionist was like "NOPE" just NOPE???? Are you kidding me!!! How is he working there when he doesn't even have manners he is a receptionist, he should be professional and educated. I know they are fully booked but answering like that is not nice, not professional is just rude, like he doesn't like his job!!!!

I called due to having a kitten that has a sever abbcess on his but. I understand if they dont do payment plans or anything but while I was talking to my fiance to figure out how to help the kitten the receptionist decided to degrade me for not having 45 bucks on hand for a simple consultation. And proceeded to tell her coworker how much of a horrible person I was for neglecting a kitten. (All of my animals are well taken care of by the way. Just worried and scared for this one kitten.) I have spent three days straight trying to help this kitten. I called everywhere to get help and got none. And even tried surendering him to the human society but have not gotten any help! Yet im a bad person.

I've been going to this Veterinary for a while now. I won't go aware else. Not to mention they are the only place that takes my dog insurance.

So I worked in the vet field for 20 years, no matter the situation we never turned away an animal. This morning I stop by this hospital with a bird that my dog was playing with this morning. The bird is alive but clearly needs to be put to sleep. I spoke with the receptionist and let him know the situation, he refused to help me and clearly does not care about animals of any kind. If a vet hospital won’t help put a little bird to sleep, then they clearly wouldn’t care about my pets. To let an animal suffer is heartless and cruel. I WOULD NEVER LET THIS HOSPITAL CARE MY PETS.

Always been my favorite animal hospital!

I had to get my cat fixed and they did a wonderful job. My cat isn't very people friendly, besides us, but they were still able to deal with her and help her until I received her. The lady who I met when I got my cat was very humorous and nice. Im glad I went here. This is a place to look at if you are going for low cost spay/neuter.

Was put on hold for over 10 mins. Needed a written RX for my dog since she needed a refill on her seizure meds. Just moved from a different state,g once the I was finally answered the girl seen okay at first but when I asked for an appointment nothing was available until August 10. Asked if they were able to put me in sooner and the girl on the phone had gotten a attitude saying "no, that's what available." not worth my time, go somewhere else.

They took very good care of my 4 legged love. She is happy when she needs to visit. Thank you. ????

This is a genuine caring place for our family, I give them open arms to our family member who we had to let go to a better place

Reception is a C U Next Thursday!!! She is rude and lazy and should be doing something else if she hates people and her job so much!!! Find somewhere else to go!!

The staff here is amazing. My dog is not really friendly towards people who she does not recognize but they are able to work with her. Dr.Andre is the best. She does not push for me to pay for unnecessary treatments and she actually encourages more affordable options. They actually care for the welfare of your furry babies and want to ensure it’s affordable for pet-owners. If you are looking for affordable and quality veterinary care I would look here.
