Dr Rossi and team are amazing.

They do a fine job with my dog but they aren't even open theyre advertised hours and when my dog has to wait a month for an appt and they're closing early, it doesn't feel like they care about the animals.

Love it, been bringing my dog here for the last 5-6 years, Dr. Doughry is amazing, her assistants are amazing. Love the atmosphere.

Always good care of my babies I take all 3 of my dogs here and have them on the preventive health plan good service no issues

The doctors here are great & I have had very good luck with them, but the front office staff is unreliable, unprofessional, and has twice failed to send my dog’s records that were requested by specialists. The front office staff is disorganized; in fact the receptionist told me not to bring in records because she would just lose them. Also, the guy in front is slow to respond b/c he checks his phone while trying to help you. I will be looking for a new Banfield.

I visited Banfield Pet Hospital to get my new puppy a physical examination which they told me would be $85. I paid in cash and never used the service again now 10months later the company has made a fraudulent charge on my credit for over $500. They put a membership on my account that I did not sign up for and that I actually declined told them I did not need due to covid pandemic. This company is operating under fraudulent circumstances and misleading advertisement. Crooks and Thieves dont use this company or sign anything they lie to steal your money

I unfortunately moved and this is closest location to me and I am very disappointed with the staff . The vet I don’t even have contact with but once I believe and other than that they never have my dogs prescription and I am the one to have to make contact with them asking . It is beyond me why it takes 2 takes for a vet to literally sign off on a script for my dog that has been without now for days. I have to keep doing this month by month refill and very frustrating considering they have only half the script my dog needs and I have no choice but to order the other . I am not one to just write a bad review but this location is terrible!!! Not happy at all

Five star service just like we experienced last time we had a pet emergency!

Never called back. Appointments are always 3 weeks out. They charge you monthly for your pet plan but they make it difficult to actually use it. I won’t renew and I won’t be back.

So far so good no complaints.

The staff is friendly and great. I usually have an easy enough time getting seen quickly. My only issue is my dog has apparently an odd condition because we have seen several different vets at different locations and can’t get it taken care of. It’s being managed but I would like it fixed so we can stop spending more money on the dog than we do on our own healthcare. But FYI good rx has a link to heartland which you can get your animal prescription for way less. The meds banfield prescribed would cost $120 compared to the $70 we got through heartland.

They are always nice and friendly to my 2.5 half year old dog Peanut and make sure he makes all his checkups and blood work when needed to keep him healthy. Peanut is always happy to go to the Vet.

Went here to get my fur baby some toys and some treats. The staff was very helpful answering my questions. They have a great selection of toys and a good sale. There are a lot of toys under $4.00. I have been here a few times and the experience has always been a good one. I even hot my fur baby an engraved ID tag.

I have 2 pets with wellness plans here, and have had nothing but wonderful experiences with their vets and vet techs. Very compassionate and cared for my pets like they were their own!

We lost our miniature Dachsund, Moose Michael Lim tonight. She was 15 and a half years old. The staff at the Banfield on North Stapley Drive were so sensitive and caring. We couldn't have been in a better place. Thanks to everyone there.

They are always helpful and kind to me and Levi!! Located conveniently close to my house. At times out of my favorite things but I guess they are everyone's favs as well.

Always busy, will not be proactive about your pet care. You need to do most of the work asking questions. If you're a first time pet owner that doesn't know exactly what to do throughout your pets first year I'd stick to a local vet instead. Outside of the lack of proactive care and reminders they do what they say they do. Be prepared to wait 2 weeks before bringing your animal in for a visit though since it's always very backed up.

Friendly, knowledgeable, and super gentle with my cats. They always call to check on them after any shots or procedures.

Their place is clean smells fresh they're sweet and kind and you are able to use your bank card and pay monthly when you can't afford it. You don't need one of those dog and cat credit cards

Terrible service, was on hold for 5 minutes just to be hung up on. Do not recommend.

Kara was an excellent tech, we were in and out quickly. This location fit us in last minute when the other Banfields in the area weren’t even answering their phones.

They're doing a wonderful job for Pepper my ???? cat.

They really like pulling out dog teeth, to a point our chihuahua now has a broken Mandible, now we take all our pups, to a real Veterinarian.

I have a very reactive dog and have a really hard time finding somewhere she is comfortable. With that being said finding a vet during covid is eve harder. She was in need of her yearly vaccines and her normal vet cancelled her appointment. After 2 months of waiting i finally scheduled a visit to Banfield. I was so scared she would be too reactive at Petsmart. I decided it would have to be ok and i scheduled the appointment. I was SO happy with how the staff treated my dog. She loved everyone and they were so patient. Night and day to her last vet. I feel happy and comfortable with this Banfield. I can't thank them enough for being so kind and caring.
