Alexis groomed my little yorkie, and I like to leave her hair long-ish, just not clippered. I was concerned dropping her off for the first time that they may or may not understand my wishes, but I thought oh well, it'll grow back. Well her haircut was perfect, Alexis listened to me! And my yorkie hates being groomed, she has been coined a "gremlin" but Alexis was so sweet to her, I even looked over my shoulder as I left to see Alexis holding her and talking to her. Sweet staff here for sure. Bring your beloved little furry ones here. You'll be happy. :)

Just brought the pups in for bath and brush. They look and smell great! Felt a little pricy, but I'm happy with the result. I'll update after I go back for full grooming in about a month!

Have been taking my shitzu smoki here for the past year, Resha groomed him when his groomer was out she did and amazing job very pleased with the work she did highly recommend her!!!

Rude person taking money. Got charged more the second and even wanted me to pay late charges when I got there in a hour after they called. Had message to prove it and she said it was over 2 hours and would not let me show her. They said it probably take longer due to other dogs. No set time just when ever. We'll I'm not sitting around waiting for them to call. Needless to say the groomer did a bad job. Looks like they cut my dogs hair with a razor blade. First visit was awsome. Cashier was on something cuz I gave her a 100 dollar and she put it in drawer and still asked me for more money on a 75 dollar bill???? First visit was 60 dollars and now a few weeks later it was 15 more plus late charge.. really bad....

They did an amazing job on my two tea cup Pomeranians.

Friendly but I had to continue to clip hair from her brow and eye when I got her home. So I brushed her good and almost had to finish at home. I was told the day before it was $25 for a puppy went to pay it was $40 then add a tip. I won't go back I based it on good reviews and drove past 3 groomers whom I will try next time.

My miniature poodle got such a good hair cut. Needed his muzzle cut again but he looked great. The reason for 4 stars is the price. $70 with tip is steep

Today was the first time that I have taken my two girls here. I was VERY pleased with the way they turned out, I don't think they have EVER felt this soft! I was extremely happy with the price as well as the time it took to get the job done (DUDE it was only 1.5 hours... I'm used to 4 hours...). I had to switch groomers due to an unfortunate accident that happened to my bigger dog and I was so nervous to take her anywhere else since we were going to the same place for about 2 years. This transition was so smooth and the girls were pretty nervous at first but when I picked them up I don't think I have ever seen them so chillaxed after a grooming. Resha and Debra were my groomers today and I can guarantee that I will be back because you guys are flippin awesome!

Don't pass this place up - the staff is fabulous - they treat your dog as if it is their own. The facility is clean and spacious. Pricing is affordable. My neighobor has taken his dog there, too, for years with excellent results!

We have 3 dogs- a Havanese, Shihtzu and a Doodle. My Shihtzu is almost 13 so a little on the feisty side. Debra, Resha and Cindy do an EXCELLENT job grooming all 3 of them. I highly recommend you get your pet groomed at a Dog Refined. They are one of the best groomers in the Valley.

So disappointed. When you take your dog to the groomers, the hope is that you would deal with trained professionals that would do a better job than any ‘Joe on the street’. Shaving to the skin all over, is not (in my book) ‘grooming’ and doesn’t require a high level of skills. There was no question prior to the grooming about how to trim the dog and I wasn’t concerned because in my past experiences at this place they did a really nice job. Based on this last experience, I will no longer feel comfortable to take a chance on this place.

It’s been a long time since my fur babies have groomed. I was very happy about the service and attention to detail! They were in and out within 1.5hrs! Reasonable prices for full groom and de-shedding. Will be back!
