Love the staff and love Dr. Montana. They are thoughtful and treat us and our fur babies well. Been going to them for more than 15 years. When our boys passed, they sent us a sympathy card and a donation in our boys' names to a foundation for dogs. They're just so thoughtful.

I was able to get an appointment right away. The office was busy but very efficient! I was able to wait in my car. When they were ready for my dog, they called me and I walked right into the exam room! Doctor Montana is outstanding! He asked lots of questions and listened to everything I said. He took all the time necessary to examine and treat my dog. Very professional and still friendly and funny. The bill was half what I was expecting! And I was able to get the food supplements needed, right in the office. I’ve used Dr Montana’s office for over 5 years and even followed him when they moved their location. I highly recommend this veterinarian!

Dr Montana is super compassionate and treats my dog as if she was his own.

We took our new kitten to see Dr. Montana for a kitty cold. He is our 3rd pet to be in his care. Dr. Montana and his staff are kind amazing people.

I've tried multiple times to contact this veterinarian hospital. No one ever answers the phone. Nor do they return phone calls asking for appointments. I'm surprised they are even open. Seems to be a real unresponsive place.

We love this vet. We take all of our animals there.

Update 5/7/2021- I still continue to use this office. They are great with my dog and are always helpful when calling to ask questions. Appointments are available and they have good prices.

This WAS a great veterinarian, loved Dr. Montana. Have had care for 7 dogs & 3 cats over the past 20 yrs. Called for an appointment for a sick dog & was told they hadn't had a chance to look at the schedule yet but would call me back that day..... no call back. I called the following day again,.... put on extended hold to check the schedule & was then told they wouldn't be able to see my pup for more than 3 weeks..... unacceptable for a sick animal. Time to find a new vet. So disappointing to not care for pets/patients properly.

I would never go anywhere else. Your animals are treated with such humanly kindness, love and respect. Sometimes there is a wait because of unforseen events, but I'll wait. J. Laliberte

Dr.Montana Is the best...I highly recommend...He has been awesome to my boys.

He's an animal loving vet! The very best I've found! He performed surgery on my parents older dog for a medical condition and now she acts like a pup again and is happy all the time!! I wouldn't go anywhere else. He finally took care of my Trixie. And I was a wreck cause I couldn't go in with her. They handled her with great care, and a wonderful personal touch

Experienced staff making things work during the pandemic.

I took my friends dog to get his ears cleaned and clip his nails. Fast and very friendly staff. The tech that worked on him, brought the dog back out to the truck. I will be going back!! ????????????

I wish I could tell you the difference between this vet and another in the same vacinity I went to. Price is more than half the price, the man is not a snake oil salesman, there to just get money for every single thing he does. Wonderful, and compassionate. I wish I found him years ago!! Trust me, I have had pets my entire life, (dogs), and never once have I found a vet who did not cost me so much money I could not pay.!! Please give him the business he deserves.

West Olive Animal Hospital was most accommodating & caring when we faced the sad and difficult process of end of life care for our failing 16 1/2 year old family cat. "Muffy" was in good hands. We are most appreciative.

My Salem (cat) was having a medical emergency and West Olive Animal saw him immediately. Thanks to their excellent care, Salem is much better. And I am very happy. Dr. Montana is wonderful, personable and professional. I highly recommend

I have been taking my pets to Dr. Montana for over 20 years. Dr. Montana has been with us from kitten to old beloved cat, from the happy days with all of our new puppies to the comforting days when he was there for our family when we said all of our sad goodbyes. Dr. Montana is considered our family Dr. for our furry family members.... I wouldn’t know what to do without him!❤️

My wife and I have taken 2 dogs to see them, and both of them have been treated with the upmost care. They are straight forward about any problems. We will be taken are dogs to them as long as we live in the area.

Dr. Montana has been our vet over many years and with many pets. He has always come through for us and can be trusted to give his diagnosis and opinion on the course you should take.

I love, and so do my dogs, going here and seeing Dr Montana. He spends a great amount of time with you. I've never felt rushed. I think the best part is that he doesn't do any unnecessary test. Give Dr Montana a try.

Before covid-19 I heard a lot of great things about this office. But after covid they are not responsive at all. I have left several massages and have not received a call back. I have when to the office but they do not let you in. They are stricter then most hospitals. I understand wanting to keep you staff and animals safe but that's no excuse to not answer your phone or return calls. What made it worse is when I went to the office the door was locked they have a sign with a number to call. As I call it went straight to voice mail and the staff at front desk didn't even look up when the phone rang.

My dog and other family members dogs go here, the staff and doctors are amazing with the animals. They moved locations and I wouldn't take my dogs anywhere else.

New to the area and do happy to find a veterinary practice with such a warm, caring staff and doctor. Excellent care and customer service!
