After calling 19 different vet offices Vistancia Animal Hospital was the only one that had an appointment the following day, and I was so worried about my cat I didn’t care that I had to drive 45 minutes to get there, and I loved it there! It was clean, inviting and they worked fast! Every staff member was so kind, they all handled my sweet baby so gently even though I know she probably hissed a lot - and to top it off they actually call you to check on how your pet is doing! It shows that the compassion they have for animals is genuine! Looks like I’ll be driving 45 minutes now whenever I need to take my pets to a vet!

Staff is always kind, Dr. Long is always great with our furry family members. Affordable, great care and very quick to get scheduled.

Another nice visit for our dog Lucy who was experiencing some severe middle ear symptoms. Dr. Nichol (Theresa Grandys) provided competent, compassionate care that eased up the anxiety for all of us. Lucy appears to be doing very well today.

The staff here are immaculate and make you feel like family. I needed an appointment right away and after calling 7 other vets in the area who all said they were a month out for new patients, Vistancia saw us in two days. All of our pets will come here from now because of the caring service we receive.

The first time we ever had to rely on Vistancia Animal Hospital was one of the toughest days of our lives, having to put our dog down. In what was one of our darkest moments, we were greeted with nothing but empathy and professionalism. We called ahead in the midst of an emergency and as we entered an employee came to open the door for us. They led us to the weigh station and then immediately into a private room. We were already emotional wrecks, so this was deeply appreciated. The staff was nothing but kind and understanding as we got the paperwork together; when we had to get the payment settled, staff apologized for the circumstances and offered their condolences. When the moment finally came, the vet was patient and talked us through the process as we had family on video call, thank you for giving us all the time we needed to say our goodbyes. While this was an incredibly tough day for us, I can't thank the staff enough for your compassion. You made a difficult moment easier for us. Thank you.

Our regular vet of 15 years is rarely open since the pandemic and every other vet has no appointments available for a week out. I called Vistancia Animal Hospital for my sick pets two weeks in a row and both times they fit them in as new patients same day. They were kind, got my pets feeling better and affordable. Vistancia Animal Hospital is our new regular veterinarian from now on. Thankful for their help!!

Dr Grandys and her team were very personable and concerned about the mental state of my dog (1st visit). I can't say enough good about the entire staff and experience. Will not go anywhere else.

We had a wonderful experience with this clinic with our old dog. Unfortunately we had to put her down a year ago. So when we got a new puppy it was a no brainer for us to bring her here. That was a big mistake. In that years time their quality and care for animals has gone way down. Every time we have had an appointment we wait for at least an hour past our appointment time then are rushed through the visit with the vet. We have paid to have her ears cleaned only for that not not be done properly and she’s had 2 infections. We have only had this puppy for a month and a half. We recently brought our puppy in for a booster shot. Two days later she has an infection at the reaction site. So we call to see if they can see her. They inform us the soonest they could see her would be in 3 days because she is currently stable. If she gets worse then we’d have to go to the ER vet because of the upcoming weekend. Other wise we could come to the clinic and potentially sit there all day to wait to be seen. I have had not one good experience with this clinic this time around. They are over booked and understaffed with dogs and when there is an issue due to work they performed you are expected to wait it out and hope for the best. We will be leaving this clinic and highly recommend you look elsewhere for care. There are a lot of other good vet clinics out there!

Great staff. Caring and professional! We needed our two boys (cats)vaccinated and examined within a certain time frame required for international travel. We also needed paperwork with the department of agriculture completed within a tight window of time. Vistancia's staff stuck with us in a most positive and pro-active manner until every single t was crossed and i was dotted. We totally appreciate all of you!! Thank you!!????????????

Yesterday, my wife and I made a extremely hard decision to let our Rico go after 14 great years with him with the rest of our family. This staff shared their thoughts with compassion and walked us through every step of the way. We highly recommend Vistancia for all your pets needs.

I love them here, they are so caring and they don't push you to do anything, they give you a run down on what the procedures are and prices and they let you decide. Dr. Grandis is such a very caring vet. The techs and front desk are also Awesome!!!! Thank you for being so caring and understanding with our fur babies!!! My biggest problem is when I call for an appointment- As of late I’ve needed my dog seen sooner than later.. when I explain my situation- and yes I know they don’t care- but I explain it anyway.. I get the “well unfortunately” with no feeling or the meaning behind the word. If they are training their staff to do this STOP! If you hate your job find another field. If you are understaffed- STOP accepting new patients. I have waited on average 1 1/2 hrs to be seen.. without complaint but the lack of customer concern is ridiculous and is undeserved! Finding a great Veterinarian’s office just seems impossible.

I cannot say enough good things about VAH. They were able to see my dog same-day, & due to his emergency, they saw me right away the next morning. They were very upfront about pricing, & what an ER visit would look like for my dog. My dog's situation was fatal, & we ended up having to put him down 24 hours after his first VAH visit. I had a very positive experience as a new customer to this office. I needed to have my dog checked out and get her some meds for an urgent gastro issue she was experiencing. I called 8 vet offices looking for availability and was told 2-5 WEEKS before I could get an appointment. My first call to Vistancia Animal Hospital they told me they could fit me in to days later. As this was my best option, I scheduled the appointment. When I described my dog's situation, the receptionist on the other end of the phone asked me if I could hold on a minute. She went to the owner of the practice and got authorization to fit me in TODAY due to the urgency. Everyone in the office was great. The service was still quick, pricing was VERY REASONABLE. Vistancia Animal Hospital as a result will become my new primary vet. Highly recommend them to others looking for a switch.

We have had nothing but good experiences here for all three of our labs. And I had to write a review after our most recent experience, as it was one of those that we all fear as pet owners. Our dog quickly went down hill and the care and expertise that we received as we had to make the decision to let our dog go was invaluable. They made us all feel very loved and comfortable as we said our goodbyes and our baby was treated gently and with love. I cannot say enough good about this place. Thank you.

We have brought both of our dogs to VAH a few times now, and as far as we are concerned, there are no other vets out there that can suit our needs and expectations this well. The positive and friendly customer service environment is refreshing, and the TRUST we have in them to take care of our babies is a big deal. If you are considering a new vet to keep your pets well, I will always suggest VAH first !

They're nice, professional and very kind to my dog

i was not very happy with my experience, employees always nag at each other in the treatment area. there does not seem to be any respect for one another. i could hear them arguing while i was in the room. if i can't trust that the workers are nice to each other then how can i expect them to be good to my pet. i am sure there is also a great turnover rate, everytime i do there are new faces. but, my dog did come back happy and the treatments were fine. prices were reasonable.

Quick and to the point, probably what we all needed with allergy season. People working at Vistancia Animal Hospital were friendly, courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. Trying Cytopoint, seems good so far. Omega 3 really helps Lucy's fur, brighter and softer. Thank you for your help.

These people were awesome! We brought in our Mastiff with a huge lump on the side of her neck and the Dr treated her immediately for a snake bite. We got there 20 minutes before they were to close up for the night and the vet and staff took my dog right in, bless their hearts. The vet I've used for 7 years just told us to go to the hospital and basically blew us off. Needless to say, we just found another vet! Thank you Vistancia for everything! Susanna Fisher

Our experience at VAH is always a "5". Our Dr is so kind and loving with our little girls, and he is top notch with the quality of care, leaving no stone unturned. We have never had a Vet so dedicated to his patients. The whole staff is friendly and efficient.

Very special people. We had a puppy that recently passed away. The were so caring during the entire ordeal. The staff even sent a condolence card that was signed by everyone. Made a difficult time a bit easier for us.
