Amazing! My pup broke his leg and they took great care of him and fixed him up. He is an English Bull Terrier, about 3.5 yrs old and thinks he's a puppy still. Very hyper, so wants to sit on my lab despite being bigger than me, he is a lover but does not like things such as getting his nails cut and a if he's iffy with strangers because he's protective of Mama. Attempt to their office immediately after hearing his leg snap and they did x-rays right away, he had broken his legs and the bone straight down the middle a clean break which required surgery. They kept him overnight and he was very comfortable and stayed calm. They went out of their way to make our pups as comfortable as possible and also us as his parents as comfortable as we could be. His surgery went well and we have taken him there ever since for anything else that has come up over the years. He is stubborn like most English bull terriers and does not like his leg having issues so he keeps chewing at the area and no matter having a cone or a muzzle or a leg wrap will stop him. So I have had to take them back a few times for antibiotics. Finally years later it is healed up and I am very grateful for roadrunner animal hospital and everything they have done.

WORST veterinary clinic I have ever dealt with!

Great doctors and technicians! Took really good care of my dog and I! And they have payment plans.

I have been taking my fur babies to this clinic for over 10 years now. I trust the staff and I very much appreciate the option of a payment plan for the unexpected medical emergencies. My animals are as important as the rest of my family members and I feel that the care they receive is just as important. Thank-you for helping me to provide that level of care.

I have been going to petsvet before this option but the last time I went I had an appt at 130 I didn’t leave that vet until 330 and I worked at 4 I did not get to work until 430-5 over an ear infection to witch I know I needed simple medicine that he has gotten from them before (my dog). I have an extremely scared fear reactive dog , this vet took all the steps in helping me with that as well as helping the situation, the vet explained everything to me throughly and I left with some extra knowledge, thank you for also having me in and out working 40 mins of my appointment. I had a great first impression and I will be going back!

My sister recommended this place and so I decided to make an appointment for my cat, Raven. I saw they were booked for the rest of the month, but Lizzie was able to get me in the next day! My visit went amazing! Crystal and Dr. Baez were so nice and welcoming. They made me and Raven feel at home. They provided me with all information I needed and even with some tips on keeping Raven healthy. Another plus is they do payment plans!! Clean facility and friendly staff as soon as I walked in. I also liked that they mandate the mask rule strictly! Thank you, Roadrunner! ????‍⬛???? EDIT: They charged my card twice! I tried to call to have them cancel one and they put me on hold in which someone else picked up and then hung up on me. I tried to call again and no one picked up. Now I’m having to deal with my bank who is acting a fool. So frustrating! I don’t think I’ll be taking Raven back if I’m going to be charged twice every visit. Ridiculous.

All staff is always exceptionally helpful and friendly. Dr. Laura was knowledgeable, compassionate, and she cared more about the health of my dog, than attempting to tack on unneeded tests just to get more money (had bad experience with that from another vet office). I appreciate the check up calls the next day to see how my animals are doing, and making sure they're ok. Any chance I get I recommend Roadrunner to family and friends.

We had o.k. care for our pets for their vaccines. However not one person introduced themselves or said what their role was. There was an extra person who came in with the doctor whom we assume was a student. But really had no idea who she was. The only way I knew who the doctor was, was that I read her name on her scrubs. I work in human health care and I always introduce myself to my clients and tell them my title so they know who is taking care of them. The visit seemed very impersonal

We usually go to the Buckeye animal hospital but due to availability, roadrunner was able to give us a fast appointment. Everything from beginning to end was wonderful! The staff the nurse the doctor everyone was so good with Spike, that he surprisingly was very cooperative during the appointment! Thank you so much for everything.

I don't think I can share enough with my community just how wonderful this business is. I recently had to put my dog down after 14 amazing years. The staff at the hospital were so understanding, supportive, and sympathetic to my loss. They helped make the transition as peaceful and harmonious as it possibly could have been. I will never forget that very sad moment, but will never forget how incredibly compassionate the team was for my dog and I. This place is truly pet and pet owner centric.

I’ve been to a handful of vets over the years searching for the right ones and I finally found them! No matter which doctor see’s my dogs, they’re always so kind and caring. They get right down in the floor with them, talk to them and love on them. It makes me feel good to know that everyone that works at Roadrunner genuinely loves pets.

Roadrunner embodies what a veterinary facility should be in both practice and personnel. The staff are polite, helpful and mindful of your pet's needs as well as your own. There's a reason why I will drive an extra 8 miles to their office for my pets, rather than use one in my own neighborhood. Give them a shot, you won't be disappointed, and the peace of mind this practice establishes totally makes the drive worthwhile!

They made the process extremely easy with the loss of our pet. They never pushed us to make a choice that wasn’t in the best interest of our little guy. There honest and up front and that’s all I can ever ask out of somebody at a time of grief. I will continue to use them for our other animals..

Bobbie, our first contact Vet Nurse, was extraordinary in his empathy and compassion helping my family get an emergency appointment on short notice. We "literally" had no place else to turn to. He is an amazing person! This hospital, and all it's staff, were really nice and went the "extra mile" to make us as comfortable as possible. We are certain, Oreo our hamster, got the best care possible. The vet explained everything in detail and we appreciated his honesty and experience. We received a call the next day inquiring about Oreo's status which meant the world to us. I "HIGHLY" recommend these folks and their sparkling clean pet hospital. Being new to Phoenix (5 days) relocating from Oklahoma we have found this outstanding center as our chosen vet for my Service Dog's continued care.

Roadrunner Animal Hospital staff is the GREATEST! All are friendly, knowledgeable, not afraid to ask someone else if they don't know an answer, patient, courteous and everything else nice! I moved from the area but drive almost an hour to bring my pets to people who care about them.

Courtesy and a smile always! Friendly and considerate. Extra efforts were made to ensure my pet was relaxed while he was examined. He came in shaking and left with his tail wagging.

I came in expecting possible bad news. They were very professional. They clearly laid out the possibilities as well as the options depending on the results. With an older dog, I am well aware of the possibilities and was delighted that the veterinarian was so careful, caring, and thoughtful in broaching the possible negatives. Prices were perfectly reasonable. The staff was also very gentle with my extremely timid rescue dog.

Only reason I didn't give it 5 is the pricing was a lot higher than other places, I just couldn't get in anywhere else, and they were able to get my kitten in right away that was puking blood! Coffee they provided kept me comforted as I waited, and even though it took a little bit I was constantly checked on the doctor and service were impeccable and I would feel good bringing my animal back there other than the fact the prices are a little high I was still able to get on a great payment plan but over $300 for a couple x-rays on a baby kitten and all the other hydration and nausea medication and $60 initial exam it was almost $650!!!

Roadrunner was able to get my dog in for an emergency appointment when our vet had no availability. They are always amazing and go the extra mile to make sure you are aware of what their recommendations are for your pet and explain the costs involved upfront. They also always cal the following day to see how your pet is doing. I would definitely recommend.
