Called to get a 2nd opion for my dog. They treated us like we were long time patients. I ask to be put on a call list if there was a cancelation. In 2 days I was called in. They were very thorough and did not say anything negative about what my vet had already done, just suggested a few test we had not done. The one test showed exactly what was wrong. My dog got a shot had some blood work done. Shes going to be fine. Their professionalism, kindness, and genuine concern for us was heart warming. I cannot thank them enough for the peace of mind they gave me.

Great office. Staff and Dr are knowledgeable and helpful. Will be returning. Covid safe and aware.

I am slightly biased because I used to work here but even though I no longer do, this is still the only hospital that I trust bringing my pets. The doctors and staff are wonderful, very knowledgeable and they treat all my babies with the utmost love and care. Would go any other place!

I’ve been taking my pets to this clinic for over 6 years now starting with my big boy Luna the cat, and every doctor I’ve seen there or tech has been very kind and professional! I always feel good bringing my pets here or having to leave them there because I know they’re well taken care of.

I have been taking my 3 dogs to this vet for about 4 years now. They always treat my dogs like they are there own. They make comments about how beautiful and well mannered they are which is always a nice thing to hear. I never leave feeling like I was charged to much which is rare when leaving a vet office. I would highly recommend them for any pet family out there!!

Had appointment available the next day which my own vet did not very fast in and out did not try to upsell on anything probably will try and make this my new vet

I've had nothing but wonderful experiences at Apollo North. We came to Apollo North on the personal reference, who was in veterinarian school and a client. I've got a nervous ball of anxiety for one pup and they are so good with him and are helping me get him the stability he needs. We even moved across town 2 years ago and won't switch unless they open a location closer! Thank you Apollo North, also A+ Facebook memes to go along with the A++ care and support.

Do not take your pet here even if there are no other options. The vet that saw our cat prescribed antibiotic ear drops for a broken ear drum. Our cat has since gotten worse, forcing us to visit other vets. These vets have stated that the ear drops should not have been prescribed and could end up doing more damage. Skip this place for the safety of your animals.

Everyone was really nice. I was so desperate to help the stray dog i found and get her better. Apollo was there same day and great help.

The treatment I got from the vet was horrible. He seemed like he would rather talk smack about the vet i regularly go to and shame me for decisions i made with that vet then help me. I got charged 59 bucks for him to listen to my dogs heart an shame me. My invoice says that they checked her teeth. They didn't. We had previously used them for our corgis. We wasted 4k with them unable to diagnose them. I finally was able to see the vet we loved to work with at this location (dont think she's there anymore) overall. I have had about 6 years of experience with this vet clinic. The veterinarian we liked is no longer there and the guy I saw....was awful. Won't be going back.

The staff here is always so friendly and treat my dogs Reyna and Chewy with the best of care. I highly recommend them.

This is the best vet in the world, I’m always so happy when I come and leave because I know my dog is so well taken care of and loved. The passion and love that the people have for animals and their work is unmeasurable. I always feel safe with my dog in their care which is so important because leaving your pet is scary! I know my animals are loved and taken care of here, they even sent a text update while I was at work❤️ Also Tammy is wonderful and a walking angel on earth, she has so much love to share and is so sweet. As long as I live in Arizona, this will be my go to vet clinic.

Called around last minute to have my pup checked out and Apollo was able to see me. This was my first time visiting and after yesterdays experience this will become the primary vet I, and my family, will visit. Everybody was extremely friendly, and had the same attitude towards the animals they were taking care of. Thank you to the entire team at Apollo. You are appreciated much!

No openings but they were nice

The staff here is very helpful and friendly.

The staff was irritated that I didn't know their mask policy, unhelpful when I asked about teeth cleaning, defensive when I pointed out that $14 for a stretch bandage was ridiculous and justified it with an illogical response claiming they must charge for their services. Supplies are not services. If you can't be forthright my trust is broken. The doctor was professional I wouldnt say warm.

I just moved out here and scheduled an appointment based of the reviews of others. I’m super impressed with the attentiveness, knowledge and professionalism of the entire staff. I will be bringing all 5 of my dogs here from now on for all their medical needs.

They were able to see my pup the very next day. Dr. Called to discuss results and request the ok to perform X-rays, didn't just assume. Discussed treatment options and came to an agreement on steps forward. Great customer service and wonderful care foe my dog.

The staff was terrific. My cat, normally quite skittish, was very calm there making my visit smooth. She was in distress after a mishap at home. They took her in same day. Obviously my cat felt secure there. This will be her new Dr office.

They gave me options on the wellness plans and what the best path for my dog would be. They were nice and attentive.
