It's no longer poshy paws it is now cuddly creations and they are magnificent.

I went by there 2 nights ago a mattress place is going in and there was a dumpster out front with stuff from poshy paws in it...????so I don't think they moved I think they just closed...bummer

I used to bring my dog here all the time. Now, they never answer the phone. I have left messages to call me and no one ever returns my calls.

I , too ,am wondering , what happened to this establishment? , the number has been disconnected since the begining of march. I spoke to someone just before march, and they said they will be closed for remodeling for a couple of months. We went by and theres a" for lease" sign on the outside . If they have in fact closed , PLEASE be MINDFUL of youre supporters and let us know you closed, so we can make other arrangements . I have four dogs , and we are all very miffed by the poor businessmanship.

Drove by and they appear to now sadly be closed. I was hoping they had just moved, but all indications are that they are now closed. I last had my pup in for some grooming in late January 2021 and no indication at that time of any upcoming news. :(

I liked them very much. I think they are closed now, there are for rent signs on the windows.

Is this place open any longer? I've been taking my dog here for about two years and she loves it. I been trying to get an appointment for the past two weeks and there is no one answering the telephone. Note on door indicates they are temporarily closed for maintenance. Appreciate any updates. Thanks for the quick response! This place is amazing! Been bringing my small dog Marley here for years. They all know her by name and treat her so well. Her haircut comes out perfect every time!! Highly recommend after searching all over the valley for a groomer that could handle this little Shih Tzu!

I just took my dog there today for his appointment to get his hair cut and bath. I waited for them to come out to the car and get him and nobody showed up. I called the number and got a Verizon message that my phone call could not be completed. I got out of the car and looked in the windows and their whole place is empty, cleared out. Nobody even bothered to call to cancel my appointment that I made weeks ago. I have no idea what is going on but I am very disappointed.

They always do a great job and my babies come out looking beautiful and dapper!

They did a horrible job on my shih tzu. They talked a good talk, but did a bad job. He had steps cut in his fur, a big gash under his left eye. I wouldn't recommend them to my worst enemy. My dog was not himself for 2-3 days afterwards.

Our dog loves this place! He gets excited every time we go for a visit, and when he leaves, he comes out looking very dapper. A great and friendly staff

The best groomer we’ve ever been to. Our long haired golden was trimmed appropriately, smells great and is SO SOFT! On top of my dog looking like a little show dog, the staff were all so professional and so sweet. We’re moving next month but will be making the trip to from now on because this is our permanent groomer! Highly recommend them.

Very rude when talking to a customer

I am not a person to write a lot of reviews! I however, will write one if I think they deserve one. I moved to peoria about a year ago and needed a place to go for my Boston. I found Poshy Paws online and am so thankful I did. They are so great! Amazing! and they always remember Stich when I bring him in! they do such an amazing job and I would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I have taken both of my senior toy dogs to Poshy Paws for over a year. I had been pleased with their service. However, this last trip was horrific. I took my senior tea cup Pom, Cricket, to be groomed. Cricket is a spunky, fearless and happy lil pup. However, when I picked her up from Poshy Paws, she was extremely lethargic, her back was hunched and she had no interest in anything. Cricket was VERY different from when I dropped her off . I immediately contacted Poshy Paws to inquire about the visit. I received no information about her visit. I was not told about procedures or about the products used on Cricket, also no concern was related for Cricket’s condition. I took Cricket to the emergency vet, without vital information from PP’s front desk. The vet diagnosed Cricket with a back injury and she will need to be on heavy painkillers with limited movement for the next two weeks. I’m heartbroken. This morning, I received a phone call from the owner, Jaime Adams. She was immediately hostile when I answered. She claims to have watched the grooming session video and said nothing happened, and did not offer to let me watch the video. Like her employee from the phone call, she did not inquire about Cricket’s condition. Instead, I was told that I had “offended” her with my concern for my 11 year old Pom and also told to take my business elsewhere, then was hung up on. I found Jamie’s behavior disgustingly unprofessional and highly suspicious. Please take your loved ones elsewhere. Poshy Paws is not concerned for your fur family’s welfare while under their responsibility, and it is clear they do not value loyal clients. If only their concern was genuine as the pretend to be when they take your fur baby into their back room. BEWARE.
