New puppy exam went great. Staff genuinely excited to be with the puppy. Dr. Vernon and Heather provided helpful tip for introducing the pup to our older dog.

I was pleased to get a wellness check on my new pup. They were kind and helped my set up appointments for upcoming vaccinations.

Kind and patient with my nervous German Shepherd rescue. Fair prices. Can get an appointment much faster than other clinics.

New to AZ and had some concerns about my Akita, took her into the vet, they were absolutely wonderful with her! Did some tests and called me several times a few days later to check on her! Very pleased!!

Sofi got spayed yesterday. All went great! Staff called as soon as she was out of surgery and gave us an update. They didn’t do more then needed as far as procedures or you know bumping up costs like other vets have done to me. Her surgical site looks great and she’s doing awesome! Thank you

They were very nice, but lack of information regarding financial responsibility. I wasn't informed ahead of time what my cost would be until after treatment was done. Which when you are on a fixed income $350 is a lot of money to pay up front. For my 4 legged child I'd do and pay what I need, but give us the info up front please.

Dr. White and his team have been providing Veterinary care to our Feline Fur babies for the past 7 years. We are never rushed and receive detailed information and instructions to keep our girls healthy! We were able to easily get a last minute appointment when our youngest had an issue. The follow-up phone calls and concern is much appreciated!

This place is very, very clean. The staff and vet are super sweet.

I highly recommend PAC. Having owned my own dental practice I appreciate that PAC is also a small practice and not a chain or one of those corporate owned facilities. Being a new parent of two puppies can be stressful, especially when one of them had an issue. PAC has always been very supportive and informative with my puppies care. They're usually able to get me and my puppies in to see the Vet or Tech quickly. They genuinely care about my dogs and their well being and often call after appointments to check in to see how they are doing and if I have any questions -a value added service, something I did in my practice too. I look forward to working with Dr. White and his team of amazing doctors, techs and support staff.

My dog was having an allergic reaction to a bee sting, vomiting, & covered in hives. They were able to get her in within 30 minutes of me calling them, gave her a couple of shots, & all better now!!

Beautiful office, sweet staff and vets. Our goldendoodle loves his visits so, that gets 5 stars.

Very clean environment and knowledgeable vets. I have a very difficult cat, and treating her isn't easy. She doesn't allow strangers to do hardly anything to her. So it would be much more helpful if they could either do the blood draws in the room where I am or allow me to go to the back with her. Since they are attempting to do everything by themselves in the back room, they usually can't draw blood, and it results in my having to figure out how to trap her again to bring her back in for their next attempt. That's the only recommendation that I would make. Perhaps they can consider exceptions to allow the owner to accompany difficult cats. Everything else they do is top notch. They are excellent with my dogs.

Drs. and staff are always professional, pleasant, knowledgeable and very helpful. Jessica and Heather were very helpful yesterday. I find the staff as well as the Doctors go above and beyond. They are very helpful, knowledgeable and above all really care for our Lucas.

Everyone is this office is beyond kind and has a servant heart. They have been there for me for the last several years taking care of my senior dog and guided me step by step when I had to put my other dog to sleep. It was incredibly thoughtful and compassionate. They are honest, consider the animals quality of life at all times and are conservative about treatment. They follow up multiple times after a visit to make sure everything is ok. I live in Scottsdale and travel all the way over here because I don’t trust anyone with my baby the way I trust every single member of the staff at Parkway.

Brought in my dog yesterday for our first visit. I absolutely loved that you go straight from the car to your own private room and I hope this process stays the same even after COVID has passed. My dog can be leery of other dogs she doesn’t know, and the whole experience of a waiting room full of dogs who might be allowed to run right up in her face is anxiety inducing. Removing that whole potential problem is a huge relief for me. The vet and vet tech were very nice and kind to my dog. They were quick, gave me all the necessary details, gave me a list of things they recommended and explained what the purpose of those recommendations were, put absolutely no pressure on me to do anything, and I thought their prices were fair. Very glad I found these guys, I live in Surprise but will continue to make the trip up to Peoria for vet visits, they are worth it!

Really like the care and follow up we've received from the Vet and staff. They have been very accommodating to get us in when we needed to be seen quickly. At other vet offices I've felt like they are constantly upselling us and even recommending things that aren't necessary. Have never felt that way at Parkway. Highly recommend. They are fantastic!

We’ve been using Parkway for our pets since we moved to Peoria 6 years ago. The staff is great and Dr. Clancy is knowledgeable and caring. If they are unable to provide special services, they know where to send your pet. Thank you!

I would like to know when clients will be allowed to be in the office with their pets, now that Covid restrictions have eased up. The staff is very professional and responsive and the Vet, Dr Clancy was very thorough in her explanations and took the time to answer all my questions.

I’ve had a bad experience with this clinic. They do give great care however, they are very expensive. Each time they want test after test which costs hundreds of dollars and they won’t change the outcome. More importantly, one of the doctors was very unprofessional, talked down to me and I went away in tears because he was so dismissive and argumentative. He had an opinion on something that was not based on facts, more so his opinion. He was more interested in making sure I understood his opinion than answering my questions. When I tried to ask questions during his 10 minute rant he said “if you’d let me finish your questions will be answered”. Needless to say, they weren’t answered and this clinic lost a client.

Doctor took his time explaining the issue, no rush. Friendly staff. Fair pricing.

Dr. White is wonderful! Most caring vet I've ever seen, can't say enough good things about this clinic. We were vacationing from another state and wanted a 2nd opinion as our 15 yr old King Charles has been having health issues. He ran several tests where our vet back home did nothing, just attributed everything to her age. We now know exactly what all is going on with her and have a treatment plan that is working and making her more comfortable. Thank you Dr. White :>)

Our dog had a fatty mass removed today and she is now resting and recovering comfortably at home. Very impressed with Dr White and nurse Kelsey, both very personable. My dog is difficult to handle when she’s taken to the vet so I give five stars all the way to all involved today!

Dr. White and staff are wonderful. They have taken care of my miniature schnauzer from 8 weeks and still going. He is 8 yrs old now!!
