Tina was great and really looked after Fluffy and made sure she was comfortable while she was being groomed. Definitely will come here regularly moving forward.

Sherry is a wonderful groomer, and so friendly with our puppies, we love that.

This place never answers their phone and when they do, your on hold for 10 min or longer. If your that short handed then hire more people

The facility is clean and updated. There was a sense of community with the pumpkin contest. Dr. Davidson was professional and answered all my questions. Microchiping was a breeze and the cheese treats made it much easier. Overall please and purchased a puppy plan because we liked the staff and have confidence in their ability to help out dog. Thanks!

Everyone at AZ Pet Vet Fletcher Heights is so friendly and helpful. I had been taking my cat to another vet and had to find a vet that sees guinea pigs so we went to AZ Pet Vet. I'm moving my cat to their practice as well. They care, they're nice and they make you feel like you and your pet are important!

Pet food and nutrition is a covered expense by Care Credit, however, this location chooses to make their own decision and will not accept this as a form of payment for my pet that requires a prescription food diet as a result of a medical condition diagnosed by the veterinarian in their office. I have purchased the PRESCRIBED food there using my CareCredit card in the past and was told I couldn’t use it this afternoon. I walked in, showed my prescription and they pulled up my account. I paid with my CaredCredit and was on my way. But today it was different. I was taken care of after the receptionist Adrienne called CareCredit in front of me and received an ok from them to pay for the food. I was apologized to for the hassle and was able to purchase the prescription food. I was then emailed about a half an hour afterwards by the Hospital manager Holly. She told me that they would no longer accept it going forward as it is a business decision(according to her this decision is spread across all 21 of their locations) to not accept care credit for food or grooming. Grooming I understand but prescription food??? This is no ordinary food and is a prescription diet that their veterinarian prescribed me for my cats medical condition. I called the surprise location to verify this information with them and was told I COULD use it for my cat’s prescribed food. They said they were confused why Fletcher Heights wouldn’t accept it as they are a sister location. I am beyond frustrated and will sadly no longer be doing business with this location. Surprise is a bit further of a drive for me but I feel more comfortable being taken care of there.

Thanks for getting my dog, Ivanhoe, in the same day. My own vet couldn't get him in for weeks and wouldn't even put him on a cancelation list. ???? You had a cancelation and I brought Ivanhoe over right away. I sure didnt want to wait for weeks for his eye infection to be looked at. Thank you.

Fletcher Heights animal hospital , Dr. Ketcham and his entire staff are the greatest. They are very much accommodating and take care of the needs of my pet with kindness & professionalism.. I have been a long time customer what does practice for nearly 20 years now. So that should tell you a lot. I must mention , that I am so very happy to see that ‘Heather’ has returned to the Practice. Now the Practice and Hospital is complete. :) .

We've been entrusting our 10 year old French Bulldog fur baby with the team at Fletcher Heights for years. They also took care of my dog cousin who is now in doggie heaven. We actually moved a 45 minute drive away but we trust the team and we drive over for our appointments.

Excellent visit, all staff are extremely professional and thorough. Glad I found this hospital and would highly recommend!

10 stars if I could. I really like the vet and the nurses. All are very nice and make sure you understand what’s going on. They really have great treatment plans and want the best for your pet. Also the place is very clean!

I had called 5 or 6 other hospitals that morning and they were unable to get to see Sunny. I called & spoke with Abby......... who was very compassionate, understanding & listened to me AND told me to come right in & they'd be ready for me. I arrived & as Abby said I was brought to a private room and we began the journey of helping Sunny. OVERALL I AM TOTALLY IMPRESSED with everyone, pleased with the results of the draining of fluid from Sunny's abdomen & guidance & honesty and clarity of what to do after we left AND I was able to make a partial payment and set up payments for the balance in 6 months.

We've been customers of theirs for 9 years. Two of our dogs have been seen by them over the years. Looking back they have performed average Care. We recently had a life threatening incident occur with one of our canine babies. They couldn't get us in for over 24 hours. We just needed 10 minutes of their time. After another vet came through for us we learned what true professional care looks like. Looking back they also have been extremely expensive. They do have a great grooming dept.

Do NOT recommend. I told them my dog was allergic to the rabies vac. We rescheduled her appointment to accommodate for this and to leave her there all day so they could watch her. When dropping her off the morning of her appointment the tech that went over her quote with me knew nothing about her needing a Benadryl shot before the vaccine. That in itself was alarming. I picked my dog up at 7pm and was at the emergency vet by 8:20pm with her having a full blown allergic reaction. 220 dollars and 5 hours later we took her home. I later found out Fletcher gave her Benadryl shot at 11:30am then waited until 2:30pm to give the vaccine shot. The Benadryl shot lasts 8 hours so it wore off and she started swelling. They still haven’t returned my call or ever checked on her. That says a lot. I’ll never go back.

I feel they really care for the my doggy and always call back the next day for a checkup to see how he doing

The staff at Fletcher Heights are amazing. They really listen and give you options without trying to upsell you. They gave me honest answers and affordable options and care about me and my dog Sprocket. I LOVE THEM!

Fletcher Heights has been caring for my fur babes for years, and has been so reliable thus far. I feel heard and not taken advantage of with Dr. Cohen and her staff. I have looked to them with confidence in care for my senior 13 year old Australian Cattle Mix, Luna as well as 6 year old Boxer, Axl. I inquired about her also seeing my very stranger weary/guard Cane Corso named Tank and without hesitation she offered many options for visits together. I recently had to say goodbye to my ol’ reliable 13 year old pup, Luna. The staff was so professional and caring in the midst of my heartbreak. That was by far the hardest thing I’ve ever had to do and Dr. Cohen was so understanding. I hope I can continue to count on them for years to come! Many thanks!

We love our vets at Fletcher Heights! When we moved to the westside of town we had to find a new vet for our 4 dogs and were referred to this office.. so glad we were! They have been amazing to work with, and when it was time to say goodbye to our 14yr old Jack, the whole office was so kind and sensitive to our needs, and made the difficult process bearable.

New to AZ and am so thankful to have found this vet!

Fletcher Heights got me scheduled for a same day appointment when there were no appointments available at our regular location. Dr. Davidson was very communicative and took the time to explore all possible options for my pup. I am thankful for the care provided.

Everyone here was so friendly and welcoming. The vet was so down-to-earth and took the time to answer all of my questions and explain things to me. I was so nervous before coming, since this was my first vet experience, but everyone put my fears at ease.
