We been taking our family members (dogs) to Tri City East for over 25 years. The staff is always super friendly. Dr. Cromer is AMAZING!! He truly cares about the wellbeing of your pet. He takes the time to explain everything and you never feel rushed. Again, Tri City East Vet is wonderful :)

We are very happy with East Valley veterinary Hospital we have boarded our dog there two times and then very happy with their boarding service????

I’ve been bringing my dogs here for years. Staff is very friendly and helpful answering questions. I would highly recommend this place if you need a vet. We’ve boarded our dogs here also and they were well taken care of. They also do dental work and we’ve been very pleased with the results as usual. Thanks to everyone at tri city veterinarian!!

Dr. Houston is new to Tri City Vet Clinic. She is knowledgeable, excellent with me & my dog. She discusses options and works efficiently and effectively to resolve my dogs issues. He had an eye injury which for a Shih Tzu is traumatic! Also the vet techs were awesome, Ariana, Nick & Tammy! Highly recommend this clinic! Thank you for taking great care of Andy!

The only reason I didn't put 5 stars is bc it was our first visit so i feel it would be a little dishonest to go ahead and give 5 stars w/o consistency of regular visits! That being said, they are super courteous and respectful. Treated my dog very well. a bit of a worry when I got home w my fur baby with his reaction to the medicine but that's not the doctors fault! If anything it was me overreacting since he's my child ???? He sees to be doing a lot better after a couple days of treatment. All in all a very good visit and will be returning to get the complete Tri-City experience. Will update review after our next visit ????

Tri City Vet hospital has been awesome. The staff here are friendly and attentive to your pets’ needs. The staff here are also patient and they express a sincere interest in animals as well as a desire to help. The Dr has a great sense of humor and makes interactions between the hospital and your pet relaxing and comfortable. I would recommend this spot to anyone. You won’t go wrong bringing your pet here for care.

Dr. Cromer has been my small animal veterinarian over 10 years now. He genuinely cares about his patients and their over all well-being. I trust his judgement for treatments and health issues that come with having furry family members. As an added bonus he's personable and funny.

This is the only vet that I will take my Harley to, they are absolutely wonderful her vet in particular amazes me he’s astounding, he never tells me that she needs something When she doesn’t he’s been the only one to be able to get her allergies under control she had a massive allergy flareup this weekend he handled her with such good care and his bedside manner is awesome and my dog Harley has never liked any other vet but him I definitely would give him 10 stars if I could but Google only allows five. As far as the pet hospital Themselves the staff I absolutely love you’re so kind and gentle with each and every animal that comes in and they treat them like they’re their own pet I definitely recommend this place to everyone she will never go to another vet ever

BEWARE OF THIS PLACE. WE RESERVED A BOARDING DATE 3 WEEKS IN ADVANCE IN ANTICIPATION OF A FLIGHT TO MN... THE NIGHT BEFORE 6 PM THEY CALLED AND SAID WE CAN'T TAKE YOUR DOGS BECAUSE WE'RE FULL...WHAT?? WE CALL EARLY IN THE MORNING TO FIGURE IT OUT AND THE GIRL LITERALLY HANGS UP ON ME.... WHAT?? THEY ARE RUDE..UNPROFESSIONAL ... AND NOT A GOOD BUSINESS TO BRING YOUR PETS

Dr. Cromer and the rest of the office is so great! Very professional and helpful overall. Good sense of humor and calming atmosphere. State of the art tech. Encourages the best for the pets, while remaining cost effective. We just got a new kitty and it was the best vet experience we’ve had. Worth it.

We had been taking our dog Klea to a different vet for years and when the quality of care started lacking we called Tri City Veterinary Hospital and are so glad we did ???? they have given us the peace of mind we had been needing and we now have her surgery scheduled.. thank you Tri City!

I have used this veterinary hospital for the past 25 years bringing multiple dogs to them and have always had a good experience. The staff and the veterinarians are friendly, knowledgeable, and user friendly!! I have always felt that they listened to my concerns and were wonderful to my fur babies. Through the happy times of pet ownership as well has the hard times, they are very supportive and professional.

I can’t not express how disappointed I am in the way I was treated yesterday when I tried to make an appointment. I have been a customer fir over 25 years with Dr Cromer. I got a new puppy who is 8 weeks old and she has had diarrhea and vomiting. I was not even asked what I needed to be seen for just told they didn’t have any openings for 2 weeks. I am now looking for a new veterinarian. So disappointed.

Tri City East promptly scheduled my pet's vaccination regimine and spaying surgery. They are friendly and helpful, and have a very knowledgeable and professional staff. Their laser surgery for spaying allows for faster recovery. I definitely recommend them as a good local choice for your pet and their healthcare needs.

I have been a client of Tri City for 33 years! I wouldn't trust any other vet with my pets. Dr Snider is AMAZING! Monika Valdez is awesome! If you are not using this veterinarian office for your pets, you should do so now!
