The amount of personal and professional care that Michael and Sheila display for animals is beyond words. These wonderful people have brought so much security and nurturing to our little family!! Please take the negative reviews with a grain of salt as they are not the majority of people's experiences. For those people I say go to one of the many Spa style Vets in Scottsdale and pay 3 times as much, but please do not otherwise discourage others from getting some of the best care for their animals.

Amazing vet. Very friendly and really cares. Will take my pets there forever after how good they were putting a cast on my cats foot. 10/10.

The receptionist Sheila has a rude/ short tune. I found her unhelpful and when going to answer back a question she IMMEDIATELY hung up on me. Then was very short and rude after I called back. It’s unprofessional to not provide your name during the introduction and have to be asked. Overall this has turned me away from establishing care with this practice.

For our new patient/new puppy visit, Dr Pruitt spent an HOUR with us, preparing us with all the important information to care for our puppy in his first year of life. Good medical products and reasonable prices. Very compassionate physician and staff! They are a blessing to the community!

Absolutely LOVE this veterinarian! Michael and his wife Sheila have been caring for my dogs and cats for a decade now, and have seen us through good times (and not so good) with dedication, compassion, and reasonable prices. What else can you ask for? There's no push for tons of expensive testing, and that "let's keep an eye on it" approach to minor stuff, has saved a multi-pet owner a LOT over the years. Good people ... GREAT pet care!

New to the AZ state. My 14year old cat was dying, Didn't eat or drink for 3 to 4 days. Dr. Pruitt did just enough to keep him alive, X-rays and blood test to see what might be failing. After 24 hours of Hydrating him we took him home. He is alive and well. There were no Bells and Whistles, magic smoke or hefty price tag for saving our cat. A Medical Dr. referred me to this Vet. Hallelujah. We believe Jr. ate the decorative fibers on top of a new Palm Plant we got weeks before.

Vet is very thorough, knows his stuff, and timely! Reasonably priced, and really helped our dog in a time of need. We were recommended this vet by a friend and I would highly recommend them to anyone (husband and wife team)

Will never go here. Was walking, and saw this dog in the road behind the clinic almost get hit by a car. Managed to chase him and corral him, and a passerby had a leash we managed to put on him. Sent someone over to this vet to see if they had a chip reader to see if we could track down the owner, and a lady with short hair in scrubs (either front office or vet tech? Not sure) came out claiming that "she" (even though the dog was male) was her dog, and slipped out when a customer came in. She didn't seem at all bothered by the fact the dog was running around, and almost got hit by a car, and could have easily wandered into the busy road. I'm kinda skeptical that it was her personal dog, since she refered to him as a "she", and either way, why was she not out looking for this dog?! If the irresponsibility of this employee is any reflection of the rest of this vet office, I definitely would not recommend anyone trust them with their fur babies. I definitely won't.

Doc and staff are amazing! Their concern is genuine and it is reflected in the standard of care that is demonstrated. Best clinic Dawn and I have ever been to.

I took my baby Lola Jo to them to get her teeth cleaned she was very nervous to be there I told them a few times that she was they are always busy and take on to many customers at one time I feel they were busy with other dogs that they didn’t check on her she had a reaction to the shot to be put under even though I told them she was afraid and nervous they finally took her took the table and she died not reason why I miss her dearly don’t take your pet there

Even though we live in East Mesa we make the drive up here, four peaks is the best vet we've ever had, calm caring and knowledgeable.

It was very clean and tidy. No heavy animal aroma to freak out a pet. Also no distinct chemical smell as I have typically found at other practices.

I had a horrible experience here! I brought my dog here for unusual falling down and heavy breathing. The veterinarian’s wife who works there clipped my dogs nails and they bled profusely. Then, the vet pressed on my dogs back making her scream, said she had back issues, insisted I purchase a supplement, then sent me a $400 bill. I took my dog to another vet who was smart enough to do an X-ray, and my dog didn’t have a back issue at all. It turned out that she had a tumor and fluid in her lungs, which needed to be removed immediately. This incompetent vet delayed her treatment, put her through unnecessary pain, and completely misdiagnosed her. This place should be shut down. And he’s not even friendly! Please do not take your pet here.

Dr. Pruitt is the most caring, thoughtful vet that I have ever known. Over the past 10 years I have brought him all of my critters. Some are routine check-ups, others emergency visits. I know he saved my Lucy's life. Highly recommend Four Peaks Animal Clinic. They treat each client like family. ♡

My husband and I are very HAPPY With services provided by 4 peaks. The doctor for have always taken his time when we bring our children to see him.....quite different from corporate bought out vet clinics....i.e. VCA...who are greedy and don't really take the time to care

I can not say enough about Sheila and Doctor Pruitt. First of all their care is AMAZING. Dr. Pruitt's knowledge is hands down the BEST. I've taken all 3 of my own animals there. One has passed and they were so wonderful when Gracie left us. Explained everything and Dr Pruitt was so amazed that Gracie was 17! He had treated both Killian my large mix and my ragdoll cat Nola. Their prices are hands down the BEST in the business. I get the best care and they best prices and feel like I'm taking really good care of my animals. My sister's Have now jumped on the band wagon and I send as many client's as I can. You will not be disappointed when coming here.

Dr Pruitt is the BEST vet! We have gone here for at least 15 years with our 6 dogs and 1 cat. They really care and go above and beyond..and have reasonable prices.

I have been going here for years out of recommendation from a dog trainer. Dr. Pruitt is wonderful. He was compassionate and helped us with our first dog from pup to senior, and was just as wonderful with our newly adopted, and quite opposite second dog. I have sent many people to see him and they sing his praises too. He is also reasonably priced for Scottdale area. Shelia is his wife and assistant. She is great too!

Excellent pet clinic. The staff takes a lot of time to explain everything and treat my pets. Their prices are very reasonable. I’m thrilled to be a client at this clinic.

This is the best Vet in AZ. They are reasonably price and never try to oversell you. They have the best customer service and will always call you back if you leave a message within an hour. If I could give more stars I would.

We LOVE Dr. Pruitt and his wife. Seriously the best vet and takes such great care of his animals. Our pitbull Vader adores him.
