Our beloved Ragnar had a brain tumor amongst other issues and unfortunately needed to be put down. We tried everything we could for him, but we’re told we were out of options. It was tragic and heartbreaking for us to accept. We knew we wanted our sweet boy to be in the comfort of our home, his home…when it was time to go. We are so very grateful to have found Dr. Pearce. He was very prompt in getting back to me, and exceptionally compassionate to our situation. He was thorough in explaining the steps, what to expect. Assured us he would help our Ragnar depart painlessly and peacefully. He gave us as much time as we needed saying goodbye, and loving on our pup. He was so respectful, gentle and loving to our Ragnar. Before, during and after. I can’t imagine trusting anyone else with your furry family member. He was stellar, truly. He delivered our sweet boy’s remains today, with such a thoughtful, personalized letter. We are really touched by that. He gave us Ragnar’s paw prints, and a clay paw imprint too. Oh, it means SO MUCH to us! I can’t stress enough, Dr. Pearce is wonderful during your most dreaded time, needing to say goodbye to your fur baby. It helps with the grieving knowing we had the best, most kind, and compassionate Dr. taking care of our boy in his last moments. ❤️

Dr. Pearce was extraordinary. He was kind, respectful, and compassionate, answering all of our questions. It was a difficult decision to give up our sweet boy and Dr. Pearce provided the best care possible. Several days after our beloved dog passed, we received his pawprint and a personal note. We are so grateful to you, Dr. Pearce!

Our family found ourselves in the unfortunate position of having to euthanize a second dog within a six month period. We opted to have it done in home both times. We used another service for the first one and had a poor experience. Dr. Pearce helped us with the second one and was wonderful. We highly recommend Serenity when the time comes.

It has been several months since we had to put our 16 year old Beagle down. I've been meaning to write a review because I want everyone to know just how amazing Dr. Pearce is. The day we had to put Pebbles down started off very stressful. Our long time vet told me that they could get Pebbles in that morning, but that we could not be with her when they put her to sleep because of COVID restrictions. This immediately stressed me out because there was no way I would put her down without being there. I started calling any in home Euthanasia services I could find and Dr. Pearce called me back. From the moment he got to our home he was courteous and respectful. He let us take as much time as we needed, explained everything and showed great compassion with Pebbles. He sat on the floor with us, pet Pebbles, made her comfortable and wanted to hear stories about her. We had been dreading this day for a while but Dr. Pearce made a sad experience a good one. Pebbles was at home, in her bed and with her loved ones by her side. My husband and I are so grateful we found Dr. Pearce. We highly recommend him for this service.

Dr Pearce was so patient and compassionate. Having him come to our home so our beloved german shepard didn't have to have the added stress was the right thing to do for us. Thank you Dr Pearce.

The Veterinarian operative who visited us in our time of need was very professional, yet also kind and caring. She understood well when to give us space and let us cry for our dog. Speaking of whom, our dog was calm and relaxed through the whole thing. He hated car travel. This way we skipped filling his last hours with stress and anxiety. When another pets number comes up, I would use this service again, from the Serenity team

My hairdresser recommended Serenity and I'm so thankful for it. I had to give my parents the info because our childhood dog was getting ready to go. They texted me afterwards saying Dr Pearce was part vet, part therapist. They really appreciated how much he wanted to learn about our dog and how comforting he was. So thankful for him making this horrible process a little easier.

This was our first experience using a service like this, and we are grateful for choosing Dr. Pearce for such a difficult time for us. The compassion, patience, and thoughtfulness showcased by Dr. Pearce from first contact, during the visit, and the return home of our good boys ashes, was a level of service we have not encountered with previous experiences of losing a family pet. I am beyond thankful for the service and kindness Dr. Pearce provided for us and going forward, there’s no other service I will use. Dr. Pearce sincerely thank you for the service and care you provide. God Bless.

Losing our dog was one of the hardest things to go through. We had a hard decision to make and a lot of guilt if we didn’t make the right decision. From the beginning, Dr. Pearce was compassionate and sympathetic which made a stressful decision much easier. Once we made our decision, he rest our guilt by reassuring us it was his time. He did a remarkable job talking us through the process and giving us the time we needed. Once we received his ashes, the presentation was so thoughtful. They did an amazing job at making perfect paw prints and framing them for us. Losing Max was so hard, but Serenity could not have done a more perfect job at honoring our dog and easing our pain. I would definitely recommend them!

Saying goodbye to our girl, Katie, was such a difficult decision. We knew though we wanted it to happen at home, without another stressful ride to our usual vet. Dr. Pearce from Serenity was so present and kind. He took his time and explained each step, and allowed us the time we needed to talk to her, to cry, and sit with her. Jessica was also very kind when she delivered her ashes, framed ink paw prints, and paw impression. Thank you both for your kindness.

Like the other reviewers, I was very satisfied with Dr. Pearce's help. His compassion for both my pet and me were obvious and sincere. It was particularly nice to have him ask about Parker's life and personality as well as gently take care of her. He's thorough in explaining the process and makes sure owners are ready before each stage--taking all the time they need. I would highly recommend his services.

My husband and I had the very difficult decision to put down 2 of our senior babies with medical issues. Thru all the heartache we were feeling..Dr Pearce was very compassionate and let us know that we were making the right decision. The process was very peaceful and at the end to see him hold their paws and pray for them was extra special. He comforted us in our time of need and it was greatly appreciated. We would recommend him every time for in home care.

Dr. Pearce provided our sweet, special dog with an end that respected the beautiful soul that he was. Although the day was an extremely difficult one, if we had to do it all over again, there is no question we would want it to be the same way. Dr. Pearce was kind, comforting, attentive, did not rush us or our dog through the process whatsoever, and treated the experience with the attention and respect that it deserved. We truly cannot say enough positive things about our experience with Serenity and Dr. Pearce. To be able to let go of our dog and have confidence in knowing that he went peacefully, in his favorite spot, with his favorite people by his side, is something that we will be forever grateful for.

I've never lost a pet before and as heart breaking it was, I could not have asked for a better experience. Dr. Pierce made the whole process easy. He responded quickly, eased our concerns and explained what to expect. He has the most soothing voice and I immediately felt comfortable with him. At no point did we feel rushed and he gave us all the time we needed with our little Dos. He even had a cute fluffy blanket to carry her out in. This just shows how much he cares. Thank you, from the bottom of our hearts.

Dr. Pearce made a difficult time bearable. I can’t recommend him enough. He’s a kind and gentle man and my beloved Sam simply fell asleep. If you’re looking for this service, Serenity and Dr. Pearce will make it easier for your pet and for you.

Dr. Pearse was kind and professional and made the experience as pleasant as could be expected. We will be requesting his assistance for my remaining 15 year old dog when she tells me she’s ready to join her sister. Highly recommend.

To say Ryan and Jessica cares is a major understatement! Ryan came to help put our Harley down last Friday and they just dropped him off today with several paw prints, framed paw print and two clay prints. I can’t thank them enough for being there on our worst day and helping us make this hard difficult decision less painful. Thank you Ryan and Jessica from the bottom of our hearts.

This morning was one of the hardest, our girl Bella was 14years old and it was her time. Though we new it was coming sooner than later it still wasn’t easy. We woke at 6:00am to her in a little distress. We called every in home vet we could to get someone to come help her pass so she just no longer was struggling. Dr. Pearce was the only one to call us back and was very responsive with us. He made sure we knew the process and what to expect. You could tell he genuinely was trying to get to us as soon as possible on no notice at all and he communicated with us until his arrival. Our girl did end up passing before he got here but he was still very attentive, caring and respectful. Dr.Pearce helped us make her arrangements and he transported her for us. He never made us feel rushed or left us questioning. I can’t thank him enough for helping and for coming out to make our really rough morning just a little bit easier. We were able to grieve without having all the extra & hard things to worry about. & not that it mattered but I appreciate his pricing being very fair. We would of paid just about anything to help our girl be comfortable but his pricing was very reasonable compared to the other in home vets we called as well. 10/10

It was an extremely hard time and Dr. Ryan Pearce made the experience better for us. He was calm, professional, gentle etc.. you could feel that he was genuine in his sympathy. We went at our own pace on saying goodbye to our beloved dog and he was very understanding. Thank you Dr. Ryan Pearce.

Dr. Pearce was as kind, thoughtful, and patient as his great reviews suggest. I hope we don't need his services again for a while but when we do, we will absolutely use him and would recommend him to anyone. Thank you for making sure our best friend of 13 years had the most peaceful passing as possible.

Serenity provides a wonderful, kind, and caring service. I will miss our Daize, but having Serenity come into our home for Daize’s last day was a true blessing. Dr. Pierce was extremely professional and personable. He didn’t rush anything and fully accommodated our needs in this very sad time. Jessica’s delivery of Daize’s remains was kind and unrushed. They are all very kind. I am thankful for their service. Thank you so much Dr. Pierce and Jessica!! Take care.

This was one of the hardest decisions I have ever had to make. Mimi's health was declining and I knew the time was coming soon but I didn't know what the process was. I also had to prepare for the worst and didn't want to be in a rush and have her pass in a hospital/office setting. I had made the initial inquiry on their website and Dr. Pearce response was quick. We had an initial phone conversation and he explained to me the process, asked about my pets health, listened about our unique living situation and let me know he would need 1-2 day notice to set up the appointment. When I finally reached back to schedule the appointment Dr. Pearce again asked about my pet's health and reassured me with his professional opinion we were making the best decision for Mimi. The day of, May 7, 2021 Dr. Pearce was commutative letting us know he was on his way. When he arrived he explained the process to my family and asked us if we had any questions. During the whole process we felt understood, not rushed, we got to hold her as long as possible, say a prayer and she was so peaceful with the initial injection. When we were ready he administered the second medication and Dr. Pearce let us know when Mimi had passed and at that moment we knew she was no longer suffering or in pain. He let us grief in peace and in private. We want to thank Dr. Pearce for helping us through this journey and helping us set Mimi free!

I never do reviews, but I just wanted to say Dr. Ryan Pearce is a wonderful caring man. I had to put down my best cat friend Midnight today... one of the hardest things I’ve had to do. Dr. Pearce thank you for making this a peaceful experience for both of us, your kindness meant a lot.

This man is literally God sent. We've had to put down pets before and still after so many years i have such remorse over how the other vets treated my animals. Dr.Pearce let our beautiful Rocky go with dignity and Grace and Love and I will never be able to thank him enough for that.

The BEST vet ever! Dr. Pierce was very respectful & empathetic towards our grief and our journey in this process. He greeted our dog upon arrival with cheer and attention. He demonstrated his care in every possible way, discussed the process, and was very willing to answer any question. 100% ease and assurance of the process of sending our beloved Duke to dog heaven in our home. THANK YOU A MILLION DR. Pierce!!!

I can't thank Dr Pearce enough for the care and compassion he showed to my lil girl Tink during this difficult time. I didn't want to put her through the stress of a car ride and office visit, so I opted for the in home visit. I'm so glad I found Dr Pearce! He made me feel at peace during out initial contact, during his visit and carrying out my lil girl wrapped in a pink blanket to his car. His wife delivered her ashes, along with clay footprints and pictures of her paws nicely wrapped and bagged with care. Thank you Dr Pearce, your wife and Serenity for all you do????????????
