No authority wet cat food

Even though we came in about 30 minutes before closing time, Adrianna was SUPER helpful and got us everything we needed for our fish tank. Our fishes thank you for your kindness!!! We love this Petsmart, it's our favorite location!

So yesterday I came in about 30 min before close and just had one thing i needed to grab. Snails. I have a pea puffer that prefers snails to blood worms and Adrianna in Petcare was SUPER amazing! She took time and grabbed way more then I expected! Amazing employee! Thank you!!!!!

Customer service is always great and today I visited the groomers for the first time and was blown away with the first class treatment of my dog and customer service was a 10.

The atmosphere at this location is getting better. It looks like the one employee that seemed to be hating life, is no longer there. The present crew seem to be hard working and eager to make all customers feel welcome.

Drove all the way from Canada, this was the only petsmart we could find our cats food in. All others were out of stock.

Not the friendliest or most helpful staff in this store.

Very happy, friendly and eager to help associates. The place was clean and pretty well stocked on most things even on December 23rd. Very pet friendly; I take my dogs all the time.

The girls with the blue hair and green hair were pretty cool.

I’ve always had good, or at least decent results with the grooming team here until today. I arrived a few minutes late for my 8 am appointment (doors weren’t even open yet) and they informed me that because I was late (after sitting outside), they had given the appointments away for both of my dogs. All they could say was “sorry, but with the holidays coming and all…”. Which is precisely why we make appointments. I might understand losing one appointment if I had been egregiously late, not 13 minutes (that’s IF they had ever warned us of their policy of giving away appointments), but to give away both appointments? That’s completely inexcusable. Was it because I was late, or did you just overbook again? And if your grooming services and your vet services are open, for heaven’s sake, open the front doors! The few minutes difference of me sitting outside waiting to get in might’ve made the difference (but perhaps that was by design, to weed out appointments for their overbooking). However, even on a good day there, It feels like an assembly line cluster F operation. So in summary PetSmart - that’s a regular grooming customer with four dogs that you just lost the business of. Anyone who gets dog grooming can do the math on what that’s going to cost them in lost grooming fees, plus supplies, which I will no longer purchase at PetSmart. Nice work PetSmart grooming team.

Easy shopping. Found everything I needed. Large selections of pet bedding. Friendly check out staff. Handicapped parking.

I took my dog for a bath and hair cut and she end up with a injury on her belly....they didn’t even say anything I just realize a couple of days after the hair cut She was licking her belly a lot that’s how I realize I’m mad and upset because they didn’t say anything about hurting my dog won’t be coming to this PetSmart ever again

The lady that helped us get some fish, did not smell Pleasant. She has super long hair and wears glasses. Over all I got 2 guppys

I use Hallie as the groomer for our golden retriever. She is awesome and listens to everything I tell her. We are always pleased!.
