A great place to take your dog(s)!

Hello!So let me start off by saying that I really like DOGGIE DISTRICT I give them a 5 but my only problem is the manager I believe her name is Ashley or Allie but I think it’s Ashley she has blonde brownish hair I will give her less than a one star or minus 0. I couldn’t believe that a manager can be unprofessional like that!!! like how did she get this job in the first place ????and where did she get her degree from? i bet she doesn’t have one !!! Because no one with a degree(s) or at least with experience would treat the customers like that! she was so rude to me and the way she answered my questions was so aggressive and she didn’t response with me in a good way. I don’t understand how a person working in a dog facility big or small can be so comfortable handling my big dog with flip flops on I couldn’t believe it I thought the poor woman was going to lose a toe when she was handling my dog with this shoes she had on. I mean her customer service level was absolutely ridiculous And unorthodox i want to also mention prior to my encounter with Ashley there i was so disgusted when i over heard her speaking to one of her staff member in the most unprofessional way you could think of :( And also why is so hard for anyone to answer the phone anytime I call up there? I honestly feel like because I have so many concerns and questions about the place and about my pup for them that I feel they screen my calls , it has to be! Also when they do answer the phones i get left either on hold for 30 minutes or the call mysteriously disconnects. Someone needs to step up and correct this terrible mess! I’m really thinking about going back to a different dog facility that I use to go to before doggie district if my encounter with Ashley continues and If the customers doesn’t get better.

Jody is a wonderful groomer. I felt confident leaving my slightly scared, senior pup in her capable and caring hands. She takes time and is patient with a dog’s individual needs. She’s also very tuned-in with how a dog is responding to certain treatments and is respectful in not wanting to overdo it with a timid dog. I genuinely appreciated her individualized care and compassion for my dog. I was also pleasantly surprised at the overall cost which was quite reasonable. I will return and would definitely recommend this establishment to others.

I love the location and the friendly staff, however I have had continuel issues with the Manager Ashley. I have gone by continually to speak with her, but she is never there when she is supposed to be and none of the staff are ever able to get a hold of her. They have called her while I have waited and she ignores the calls. I am told that she was scheduled to be there hours ago and no one can get a hold of her. This happens if I go by in the morning, or the evening. My dog suffered from a medical emergency a few months ago and the way it was handled was handled poorly at best. I have also previously written a negative review on here about Ashley and somehow it was taken down. So I am not only posting again, but I have also reached out to NVA Pet Resorts to file a formal complaint about this location and Ashley specifically. How she became manager is beyond me. I have since moved my business elsewhere. I am sure the owner will respond by saying "I am sorry you had a bad experience, we will look into it." Not good enough! From business owner to business owner, take a serious look at who you have representing your company, talk to the staff individually, talk to the clients. Fix it, and start by getting your management in line or find new management. I have emailed all this online, but I was completely ignored. If this review disappears like my last, I will make sure I am heard louder the next time, NVA has already been notified about that as well.

Our dog stays there everytime we leave town. They do a great job grooming and keeping him happy!

The staff here are extremely friendly! So happy to find a place to take my dogs to! They came home after their first day and were tuckered out. The staff is more than happy to answer any questions (I had a TON) and always have a smile on their face. Definitely will be taking my pups here for years to come.

My pups stayed her this last weekend and one had a small mishap with another dog. It can happen anywhere, and I am in no way trying to shame them. It’s everything after that I think was handled supremely well. They called us, told us what happened, sent pictures and followed up through the day. We did ask to have her taken to the vet and the continued communication until the later evening and the next morning to arrange pick up. It’s hard when things happen when you are out of state and your mind is giving xyz scenarios but it helped that they thoroughly kept us in the loop on everything.

My dog likes it a lot. Price is very fair. I'm going to try other places, but this is definitely on the list for good dog day care.

My pups Love, Love, Love it here. We've taken our three dogs to Doogie District for a few years now without any issues. I feel they are safe at Doggie District and less likely to become ill. The staff is attentive and very friendly.

I absolutely love this place it’s a sister company 4 paws pet resort Also an excellent company but from the moment hardly my dog started going there she absolutely fell in love with the staff and the other animals that come there I’d love the staff they’re just very attentive they’re health-conscious with the masks what do you like it or not they still do it and we do have to abide by it I like it just an overall awesome place

Great experience! My 6 month old puppy, who was cery anxious at first, acclimated very quickly with the wonderful staff and other pups at Doggie District. My puppy is exhausted after a good day of playing !

Our dog loves going here for daycare and boarding; so much so, that we can’t say ‘Doggie District’ or he’ll get super excited, thinking he’s going!!

Greeted with smiles and care for my dog. They kept me updated on my dog and sent me pictures of my dogs play time. Very clean and they have a wonderful play area and activities for pets.

They take such good care of my fur babies. I know when they are there, they are in good hands.

I use their grooming services with Jody! She’s been grooming Molly for awhile now & I do not trust anyone to cut her hair. Jody goes above and beyond. & by that I don’t mean she just does an amazing job on her hair, I mean she actually cares for her. She’s patient & understanding. Molly is 13yrs old with a bad back so there’s certain ways you need to pick her up and at times she needs breaks so she’s not constantly standing. Jody always makes sure Molly is comfortable. She pays so much attention that she notices the little changes in her. I am so grateful to have found someone who not only gives a great haircut but really cares for her. I will always recommend Jody!

We went to look and all the dogs were locked up. 5 employees standing around doing nothing. They said the dogs are put down for naps at 10:30 till 2pm thats way to long plus we were there after 2pm and still all the poor little doggies were very sad looked so unhappy locked up like in jail, I didn't see one happy dog. To pay that kind of money so your dog can play and there locked up for over 4 hours a day this place id discussing

Very nice staff. It was very clean and well kept. We were traveling across country and they took our 3 dogs with only a day notice. My husband and I went to our first spring training game because they were very accommodating. Highly recommend.

They take care of Minx and Chance! They come home exhausted every time she visits. They love this place.
