Groomer severely injured my dogs foot which lead to multiple vet visits and weeks of care. I appreciate the help from the floor manager but no one ever explained to me how they injured my dog.

The Vetco part of Petco was great. Got our puppy up to date on shots and Microchipped. Fast and hassle-free without breaking the bank. It is a service much appreciated and we will be going back for our routine vet service needs.

Usually we collect our dogs and then check out, the last time we were there they made us pay first (we left a tip), and then we were informed they could not work on one of our dogs because he was being too aggressive ( this is a shelter Chihuahua who was previously abused and is getting back into society). This was after we just paid. It would have been nice to know ahead of time or at least received a discounted service since service was not completed. Everybody else was friendly amd the store is very clean.

I felt very confined in this store. Merchandise was all over the place, it looked as if they were remodeling things were disarrayed. I bought 2 Kong toys for my puppies and left. The cashier was pleasant and professional. The store just needs organizing and cleaned up.

Store was dirty and not kept up. Bathroom had mold growing in the toilet, the entire bathroom looked like it hadn't been cleaned in months.

Staff was very helpful with the questions i had. Sadly one of the fish died on the ride home, i think it got too stressed out being in the bag.
