My dog Sammy has been going to see Dr Coy for yrs. He is not afraid to go to "the vets" at all; he likes it! Everyone is loving and they dote on all the "fur babies." If Sammy has an urgent problem but it's only "surgery day", they make an exception so Sam is seen! I've had Dr Coy even come to the front of the office and explain Sammy's issue in depth as well as his treatment. Sammy and I are very happy here and find no need to look elsewhere. There's a little doggie who sleeps on a chair every day, and a Parrot who's pretty silly and entertaining! LOUD! HAHA.

They are the best they get you your tests/blood work for traveling to Hawaii with a service dog ????‍????. Also they do dental cleanings. They are fantastic.

Dr Coy and her staff are the best. We have been going there for past 6 years. She was so kind and sensitive when our family dog and cat had to be put down. She was very comforting. She is always up front and honest which wrong appreciate. I would recommend her to anyone who needs kindness in a vet.

I brought my dog on for a nail trim and paw inspection. All went well as expected. I did discuss an earlier situation that disturbed me regarding one of the technicians. Dr Coy remembered the situation and assured me the person in question only lasted a few days before she was told to find employment in a field more appropriate to her skills. I have been to Agape now for nearly 8 years and am comfortable to continue for the long term. Dr Coy is a respected Vet and now in my estimation a good manager of her practice and employees.

My experience with Agape has always been thorough, professional and friendly. The staff is awesome with my dogs, which makes me feel at ease when I bring them in or need to leave them. If my Duke feels connected to you he will sit on your lap and give you a hug, which he did with the veterinarian assistant! ????

Poor quality, long waits (2+ hours both times) and unprofessional treatment of animals. No communication of drop off appointments where the appointment time would not be even close to when the animal is seen. Placing them in a room of mixed animal cages for HOURS before the vet sees them scaring my cat into peeing on herself. Labels so many as aggressive and doesn’t know how to calm or take care of a scared animal at all. If your cat isn’t declawed be ready to have to sedate them before the vet will do anything. Do not recommend.

Dr and her staff are great. She spend time explaining everything and you can tell she cares about your animal and loves her job. we absolutely love her.

I understand the recent reviews about trouble with new employees. That can be a pain, but the vet has been great with our puppy. Never pushy for extra sales, very reasonable, and always cares so much for the pup every time we bring her. We will continue to go here!

Didn’t personally go to this location with my pet so I can’t speak to their actual service. It took 4 days for them to respond to me about if they took care credit or not. They do if you’re wondering, but I need a vet that has more time than to respond 4 days later for a simple question.

Excellent experience here. Very compassionate, very knowledgeable, understanding and caring. My dog was very ill and they found a massive tumor in his mouth and chest. Which was something that was overlooked by the animal hospital that I had taken him to first. This was our first time coming to Agape and this will be my go-to veterinarian for both of my cats too. Highly recommend this place.

Worst vet experience ever. I was told to wait 20 minutes for my dog to get a shot.. 45 minutes later and no communication. I would have easily gone home but was told it would be fast. The lady Diane had no idea what was going on or where she was for that matter.

Dr. Coy is wonderful!! She saved our fur babies life and is dedicated to helping our fur family. I would neverctaje my pup any where else. We have a puppy who has extensive medical issues and she is always there to answer questions and actually listens to what you have to say.

Quick visit for our pup while passing through Arizona. Very fast, friendly and non pushy sales. Would definitely use again if we were in this area again!

Horrible horrible experience. Everyone seemed to be new and the communication was nearly impossible, as the vet would not come out to speak to customers. It took all day (literally) for them to essentially do nothing. People were standing outside for hours trying to get their pets and were very concerned about the about the whole process. I felt bad for the receptionist (it was her first day), however the vet should have stepped up and communicated with clients so they had a clue of what was happening with their pet. Once I said I would like to bring my cat elsewhere, it took them almost an hour to take my payment and bring him to me. Would not recommend bringing your pet here.

Very friendly and professional staff. Knowledgeable and don't push extras to make money. Seem to be genuinely caring about my dogs' well being and health. Recommend. Also, they employ military veterans which I appreciate.

This place is “OK”. During the quarantine there are limitations, however their service was subpar. I only got updates when I called and waited until they were almost closed before seeing if my pup was done. Everytime I called in It was always “oh I was just about to call you”. While I’m not sure how accurate that is, needless to say there were obvious oversights in terms of the general patient evaluation, Something that my wife could find just by petting the dog. Which lends it self to an interesting question... if they missed the obvious anomaly under my dog’s ear or if they didn’t do an assessment but charged me for it, hard to say since we had to drop off and pick up. Which took 8 hours. Overall, I’m not sure I would go back but I’m grateful they are open and wish them the best.

Chris is awesome. He cares about your pet and answers questions. The vet spent a considerable amount of time with us on the phone answering questions as well. We highly recommend Agape.

Very unprofessional. No communication. Little follow up. You only deal with techs..Dr won't give you the time of day. Truly regret taking my dog to this Vet.

My guinea pig is a happy girl. I should go here more often.

I took my cat to them two weeks ago with a possible UTI. They said they couldn't find anything and to call back if there were any more issues. I brought her home and the very next day she was urinating blood. I called them back, again, and again and again. Finally, after five days I called another vet. I got an email a week later stating the vet wanted to see my cat and to call in to make an appointment. I wont be returning. Augusta Ranch got my cat in the very next day and were able to get her taken care of. They are located about a mile from here, so if you want a vet that cares and will call you back, I would call Augusta Ranch instead.

Took my dog here twice, first time very informative and felt good about them. The second time 7ish months ago, I took my dog in because his ears bothered him and he had redness on his chest... I was given 2 medications to give him and was told possibly allergy related as well. Well I finished the big bottle of ear cleaner and guess what he's STILL dealing with the issues, his chest redness has never completely gone away. I'll have to take him somewhere else for a second opinion, because I'm not going to bring him back here, have to pay for a visit fee plus meds again when I feel my dogs issues should have been more valued the first time... Plus I feel here they talk about other things with your dog then why you are here in the first place... Bottom line is, I feel my appt and meds didn't resolve my dogs issues and we are still dealing with them.

Friendly staff. Answered all my questions regarding my pet. Very reasonable prices for visit and testing.

Never had to put down a dog before, but for the first experience it was as good as that kind of event can be. The tech with the army tattoos and the lady doctor (forgot the names) were very patient and supportive during the process from beginning to Juanitos departure. Will be taking future dogs here for medical services. They even sent me a letter of condolences. Thank you guys (Also cheaper than chain animal clinic and hospitals, did a price check)

We had to put down our dog Shorty today, the staff here are great at making a bad situation better. Super kind and empathetic. The manager, think his name is Chris was super sympathetic and caring! Loved the care we recieved.
