They got us in for an appt right away and took really good care of our dog. They also called back to check on him.

I had a "nice" conversation with the staff and that is the reason I am giving 2 stars. When you call an animal hospital and tell them that your very old dog is NOT EATING and needs to be put to sleep, it is BEYOND RIDICULOUS that they would even suggest "we have an appointment on January 14th" - it's December 28th! :(

The best Veterinarian in Arizona. Very friendly staff that all love animals. The new location is a big improvement over the last location.

Called to have my cat seen because he was lethargic, not eating and having diarrhea. Was told I’d have to wait a month for an appointment! What kind of care is that? What type of scheduling system do they have where sick visits are not available in a timely manner. Referring to emergency hospitals for anything other than routine physicals/vaccinations that can be scheduled weeks in advance is not good veterinary practice.

Absolutely amazing experience! Much different than a few decades ago. New staff and new building appear to have made the difference. I had to start my pet with a new vet and right from the first interaction, the techs and vet were so extremely gentle, compassionate and skilled at making my boy feel calm and at ease. They were patient, efficient and reasonable with their fees. I am so completely satisfied with this visit.

I've been taking my cat to Dr. Larson for a yr now. I loved that she got on the floor with her instead of making her stay on the exam table. Dr. Larson is friendly, and takes the time to listen. Her office staff is professional and friendly as well. Glad we found Dr. Larson and her staff.

Dr. Larson is amazing! Brought my two cats and puppy in for their first vet visit and she made them feel calm and got them all their vaccines. Great vet office, I would highly recommend

Warning graphic pictures and story!! Took my dog in in January to get spayed amd he cherry eye fixed in both eyes. Day one stitches popped out in one eye. I called and they blamed me because the cone had slipped off for about 5 minutes. So they said she could have rubbed her eye. So I accepted this. Paid several hundred dollars for surgeries and antibiotics. Then over $300 for the eye that they stitches popped out of. Then, a few weeks later the cherry eye pops out of the other eye. I call and call leave messages, told that someone will call back. By mid February finally get a call back. Then my dog gets scheduled for eye repair again, and during this time she goes into heat after she was spayed in January. This is February, a few weeks after she was supposed spayed. I am told that I have for pay for all her meds, anesthesia for repair of the mistake the clinic did. And only offered antibiotics for my dog going into heat, cause the doctor thinks it is Not a mistake they made, but maybe a cyst inside her. I ask if any tests were done, if they tested her blood for hormones, or did a scan? I am told, no. So I get angry. I want my dog fixed. Then the doctor. Calls me back to tell me they are not going to fix my dog, and for me to take my dogs elsewhere. Since then my dog almost went blind from the botch job they did and she will require 2 eye ointments for the rest of her life as well as SHE IS IN HEAT AGAIN, AFTER THEY SUPPOSEDLY SPAYED HER IN JANUARY. I received a call and hour after the vet. Called me from an insurance guy (in Feb). To tell me that I need. Records and they may consider paying me back for the surgeries the clinic did. When the other vet clinic I ended up taking my dog to sent several Messages to MARICOPA ANIMAL HOSPITAL, as well as phone calls, requesting said records, the clinic never replied, no made any effort to send records. DO NOT RISK YOUR PETS HEALTH!! GO ELSEWHERE!!

Been going for years. They are very caring and understanding when it comes to my animals. I won't go anywhere else.

Very good care. They remember my dog when he comes in and are always very loving to him. Extremely fair pricing. Sometimes a long wait but it’s well worth it for the service you receive.

Don’t waste your breath with this place, if your pet shows signs that concern you don’t bother calling this place and find a vet that does walk ins. They told me I had to wait for an opening or a whole months worth to be seen and unfortunately my cat who was only 3 had to be put down because I simply couldn’t afford an emergency animal hospital.

Super clean, and all the staff are very friendly. I'm not used to my vet trips being so stress free (as my dogs are usually a handful) but it was a breeze! Big thank you to Candice, and my apologies if I spelled her name wrong; but she was awesome with my dogs! :)

Been coming here for years always good treatment till I had Dr Kelly Larson. I took in a 13 year old dog left by the owner and was blind. Couldn't eat because of missing and bad teeth. She was very rude and wouldn't help the dog

This place gave me grate advice on a puppy that was abandoned and I found. But, I did do what was wrong and gave it to it's owner. ???????????? She, didn't want to go with them. But, Arizona has a law. And, I had to do what was right by the law not what was right for the puppy. ????

The staff here was awesome! Everyone was friendly and super helpful. They still do curbside which is perfect for me and my dog who is anxious around other pets. I highly recommend!

Sat in a hot car at 110 waiting for curbside service. 40 minutes late for appt. I didn't need a vet when I got here but my dog may need one from heat exhaustion by the time they take her in. They didn't care.

Don't leave your clients sitting in a 140 degree Arizona heat with no water. An idling vehicle cannot possibly cool a car in a 160 degree parking lot. The first time I received a text to let me know they were running 30 minutes behind was AFTER my arrival. No one offered to even get the dogs out of the heat. Surely there are kennels inside. Unbelievably inconsiderate in all respects. This was our third and final visit. I owe that much to my dog. By the way, there wa as five other cars idling in the parking lot with panting dogs inside. Also horrible for the environment. People aren't even required to wear masks anymore yet your waiting room is in your parking lot. I'm finished!
