Amazing place, exceptional doctors and great staff. We found our new vet home for our dog. This place is 30+ min from home but it’s worth it.

There are no better doctors or staff. I've been coming here for over 20 years now. My fur babies get the best care in the world here. Oh and don't forget the grooming services. So convenient. I've been using the same groomer for years. Amanda! She's wonderful and really does love all the fur babies left in her care for their spa day. I couldn't even think of going anywhere else.

I could not have been happier with my experience! The entire team is so kind and caring and they worked to get me in quickly. I will absolutely be using them for all my veterinary needs in the future! My dog Bear was treated in the best way possible and she left a happy and healthier pup. Thank you so much!

Assistants and Doctors are very kind and respectful. I sincerely thank the assistant and the doctor. I remember theirs name was Dr. Chelsea and Stayci . I read on their badges ,but I was so stressed ,I could be wrong. Sorry.. yesterday who was present next to me, when I came with the kitten Simba. I am sincerely grateful for your support, for your attention. the assistant listened to my speech for half an hour. carefully without stopping me.. Our baby girl Franny Cancer has came back .Dr Tom Ardelt examed her and sent her home with Nausa. Med. Where so happy we didn't have to put her down.she came home and ate all of her food. Thank you Dr. Ardelt for ever thing u done. Franny thanks you also making her tummy feel better. Thank u from the Antonelli family.

We love Dr. Marty!! We love the Staff!! Everyone is so helpful and friendly. We fully trust Dr. Glanzberg. We never feel like we are being "upsold" or "oversold". Everyone does a great job at explaining all parts of the visit, from Intake , the exam , the treatment plan, options, and cost. Us and our pups always feel good when we leave the office. Job well done. Thanks for making us feel like family.

I went in last minute on my lunch break to talk to them about my tortoise, he had a messed up beak and I was super worried. They got me in that day, just a few hours later, when I got off work. Do you know how hard it is to get an exotic pet vet visit? Pretty hard. Last time I called like 20 other offices before I could get an appt the following day. But you guys were amazing and got Tim in same day!! And the staff who helped him and the vet, thank you so much. I'm a new tortoise owner, and he came to us in really bad shape, so I'm always worried if I'm doing things right and if he's ok. I do believe I found his new vet office. Ya'll were amazing!!!

We love Dr. Tarr. She takes great care and offers her expertise advice to keep our Yorkie (Milo) healthy and happy. We know he is always in loving care.

Our precious dog just died at home and we called our vet, Arrowhead Animal Hospital, where we have spent thousands of dollars on surgeries and treatments for our dogs. They wouldn’t stay 10 extra minutes to receive our dead dog after closing. We spoke with the front office girl and the supervisor. Now that is pathetic. We are in a world of hurt and sadly, they shared no compassion or help. After 10 years of taking our money, they would not help us in our time of need. Just sad. We won’t be back. Ever!

The staff & Drs are so caring & Compassionate from the moment I spoke on the phone to make the appointment until I left after the visit. BEST vet Experience I have ever had in the 50+ years of having animals. Highly recommend!!

Arrowhead Ranch AZPET VET took such great care of my little baby, Maxine. Before we got her, she was abused, so she’s nervous of everyone. The people here were so gentle and kind with her and I can’t thank them enough!

All of the staff members were so kind and wonderful. The doctor took the time to address all concerns and questions. They were very fast and organized. Thank you all so much! It was my first visit and I know I have found our new place now! I always have a great experience with your office! All the staff is wonderful, helpful, friendly and professional. The staff is caring and responsive. Even with the unusual protocols resulting from the pandemic they make sure there is a personal connection safely.

I felt the need to update my review from 3 stars (based on my feedback below) to 2 stars because YET AGAIN my dog gets sick and I was advised that it was ONE WEEK until they could see my sick dog. I wish I never paid for the "shots for life" because that was clearly a waste of money because I am switching vet offices. I have lived in different parts of the valley, so I've used various different vet offices over the years. I have never had to wait more than 48 hours to get in when one of my dogs got sick. Most of the time I could get in within 24 hours (sometimes even same day). But clearly this place doesn't set time aside for sick pets. I'm over this place. My dog would be dead if I waited on them to see her. Previous post: Really nice vet office if you can schedule when your pet is going to get sick. Every time something happens to one of my pets, it's 5-7 days until I can get them in to be seen. This place is very close to me and it's convenient for vaccines. The staff is friendly. But again, I don't recommend if you have a pet that has frequent health issues.

My cat just had a dental cleaning and some extractions. He was cared for so carefully by the staff. Dr Ardelt discussed Charlie's xrays with me, showing me where there had been problems and what was done to fix them, and we discussed his diet. Arrowhead Ranch Animal Hospital has been my vet for a number of years for several pets. They've always been caring, compassionate, kind, and knowledgeable about all the different ailments and euthanasias when required. I have recommended them several times and will continue to do so. Best vet ever.

Arrowhead Ranch Animal Hospital is the best! Every vet is amazing. They all take care of my dogs like I would. We have been customers for almost 20 years now.

We drive our pets half an hour out of our way (one way), even though we have plenty of vets closer to us, because the care we receive at Arrowhead Ranch Animal Hospital is so exceptional. Every single person involved in my pets' care goes out of their way to make me and my four legged children as comfortable as possible. They even have in one of my dog's charts that she is very nervous, so they are already set up with a pheromone blanket to make her more comfortable when she arrives! I cannot recommend them highly enough!

They’re all very nice, and I love that they’re open on Sundays. I just had to go in to get my dog Stormy’s stitches fixed and I’m so relieved they were there to help, avoiding a costly emergency vet visit.

I moved my pets to this vet a couple years ago after moving to the area. They have been wonderful every since. Recently, my cat's health took a quick and sudden decline. I called the vet crossing my fingers they would be able to see us and we wouldn't have to go to the emergency vet. This was a Saturday morning and I knew my chances were slim. Thankfully, they were able to open a space for me within an hour of calling. From the moment we arrive to the moment we left Dr Tarr, Kassie, and the rest of the team were caring and attentive to my car and prioritizing a quick care plan for him. We are 72 hours post visit and my little dude is doing so much better. I have had issues in the past with a prior vet never being able to see me in an emergency. I cannot thank y'all enough for doing what you do and saving my cat!

I am very happy with the quality of service you have provided, even though Poppy is still recovering, I can tell you guys did a good job and I’m glad to have found your clinic, full of great, talented people that really do care for the animals that come into your place. Everyone from the receptionist to the veterinarian was very friendly! They took care of our Milo promptly and walked us through the process. It was very affordable and we’re definitely using them as our primary vet ongoing. Can’t recommend this place enough!!

Arriwhead Ranch Animal hospital got our dog in to be seen right away for what might have been serious. The office and staff were organized, professional, and kind, and their services were very affordable. We highly recommend this veterinary hospital.

We are switching vets because our first experience was so amazing compared to our other one. Dr. Glanzberg was patient and answered all our questions. He was realistic in the situation with our Buddy but also optimistic without getting our hopes up. He seemed to be very knowledgeable where as our other vet didn't want to talk about cancer in anyway and just referred us to an oncologist for further care. We felt like Buddy was treated as a priority we'd also like to thank the Arrowhead Ranch for opening a spot up due to the severity of the situation which our previous vet also does not do. For Buddy being a first time patient we were able to get him seen that day and the service and treatment was exceptional. We've referred them to all our family and we will definitely be bringing our other fur babies to be seen here as well. Thank you all for everything you do and the care and compassion you have for our animals!
