Dr. Smith was great. Explained things very thoroughly. Melinda was also very informative and very sweet. It's wonderful knowing my kitty is in such great hands with them!!

They were very accommodating and so friendly. Doc even asked how our Weimaraner was doing and we have not been here in a very long time!! The dr explained all options and did not force anything upon us!! We will be bringing all 3 of our dogs back here!

Such a great place!! They take such good care of my mini Aussie :) highly recommend them!

Happy Valley Animal Hospital was once a great place to bring my babies. For over 10 years we have had our babies looked after by them. Unfortunately, the service here has gone way below what they used to do. Rude techs, non existent availability - just called to make an appointment, and couldn’t even get a live person and their recording says not to leave a voice message. We have spent thousands upon thousands of dollars with this vet and am extremely disappointed in them. Ps. We never even got our dog back after we had her cremated

Dr. Yoshimoto is the best vet I have ever met! She genuinely cares about the pets she treats and is both compassionate and thorough. Thank you, Dr. Yoshimoto!

I have been going to happy valley animal hospital for over ten years. Sorry to say quality of care has really gone down. My dog needed to see a vet today for an emergency and they could not see him. I think to book appointments so tight and not leave room for an emergency is sad, it gives me the feeling it’s all about making money. I will find a new vet. The last couple times I was in I felt the bills were padded and trying to sell me every possible test. I will find a new vet.

Lizzie is awesome. Shows a ton of care and compassion towards the animal as well as the owner. Happy Valley Animal Hospital is very very lucky to have such an amazing person on their staff. Dr Chen is amazing. Speaks in terms anyone can understand and makes sure you understand. Very informative and does not rush to get out of the room. We, as pet owners are very pleased with HVAH and the team.

When we first rescued our dog from the animal shelter, we researched and found Happy Valley Animal Hospital on the internet. We read all the many positive reviews and decided to schedule our first appointment with Happy Valley. That was over 2 years ago and we decided to make Happy Valley our go to for our dog's veterinarian needs. The staff are always pleasant and very courteous. We drive from over 30 minutes away to bring our dog here because of their excellent services. We are very fortunate to have found Happy Valley Animal Hospital and highly recommend!

This office was able to see us right away which was appreciated. Front office staff was courteous upon arrival and both Dr and Technician were very kind and knowledgeable. I also appreciated that they requested medical history from our regular vet and were well prepared to see my fur baby!!

Everyone went above and beyond with Ozzys care, in helping us understand his diagnosis, and in getting us all the information and reports that we needed in an expedited fashion. Thanks you so much!

Happy Valley Animal Hospital treated my sweet pup Ruby with the absolute best care! She went in Happy and healthy and was returned to me the exact same way!! They even did a follow up call the day after surgery to check on Ruby! I highly recommend them.

Our dog was misdiagnosed sadly and now has a grim outlook and chance for survival.

I brought my elderly cat in who is suffering. This was a great team of compassionate caring professionals. Right when you walk in the door they help. Everything was explained to me clearly. All of the staff was helpful and caring. I highly recommend.

It was a great experience. Belle and I felt very comfortable and appreciated the time everyone spent with us. This was the first time both of us were in the office and she was very calm and really liked the great attention and treats she got from everyone. Thank you!

I love this vet office! The staff is very friendly and helpful. You can tell they truly care about the animals well-being as well as the family they belong to also. They make caring for your pet easy by allowing payment plans!! We drive across town just to come to this office. Definitely recommend bringing your dog or cat to this vet!

I called 12 other vets to make a check-up appointment 3 to 5 days from my dog's surgery, and no one could assist me but Happy Valley Animal Hospital. All the staff members were very nice. The doctor was helpful and assisted me in a timely manner. Also, the bill was affordable. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and I will continue to go here in the future!

5 stars for the staff they are so overworked and overwhelmed with the volume yet they don't take it out on the customers. Hope they get some help over there soon. I appreciate all of you for caring for my dog under all that pressure with pure grace and compassion. You guys deserve a raise!!!

Since moving to Arizona , we have made Happy Valley Animal Hospital our only veterinarian. We felt that our dog Snoop was treated with loving kindness and great care there and have recommended them to new neighbors moving in. They are always incredibly friendly and helpful and Snoop is always excited to be there which says it all

I have been taking my animals to this vet for quite a while now. I feel like they were much better before the remodel. If you are given medication for your animal just make sure you are given the correct amount. The first time I was shorted medication, I attributed it to human error. Now they did it again with the same medication and want me to pay for a "refill". Mind you, they shorted me a whole weeks worth of medication and made it seem like I was giving too much to my tiny foster kitten. Then they tell me that the money might be refunded after the clinic manager looks into it the next day. Uhh...no. so they are OK with the kitten going without meds....unless they get their money. Either they are intentionally shorting medications or they need to retrain the staff on how to properly measure the dosage. Either way, I will be taking my business elsewhere. Beware of this vet clinic!

Dr. Saltzman absolutely knows his stuff! Great vet that genuinely cares. He has helped us out so much with our 15 year old Martini.
