Each time my dog needs to get in they always are booked and can’t get him in. Not sure why I see so many people saying they could fit them in.

Dr. Johnson is the BMOC baby (big man on campus) great staff, great service & overpriced as hell. I guess you get what you pay for … This has been my hospital for a decade now after bad experience at Fletcher Heights sister hospital. I’ve grown attached to there sincerity.????????????????????

We absolutely love the Beardsley Animal hospital! We moved to Glendale 2 years ago and started using them just for nail trims for our 3 extended family members, but moved to using the team as our full vet this year. The team is great- caring, responsive and professional. Dr. Padgett is wonderful! Thorough, practical, compassionate, and patient! I'd strongly recommend this team to anyone!

Both tech and vet were fantastic with not only Duchess, but myself as well. They answered all my questions, removed a tick, and did a thorough exam. Thank you for all that you do.

I took my dog in to have her nails trimmed. She gets them trimmed every month and has never had an issue. She is a Chihuahua and she is not aggressive, just very nervous and cautious of strangers. These mothertruckers cut one of her nails incorrectly and injured her paw. My poor baby has been limping and crying for the past 24 hours since she was hurt by these animals. I took her in and they charged me for pain relief medicine. I understand they are running a business, but c’mon! You hurt my baby and now I have to pay for the harm and hurt that your staff did! I will not be taking my sweetie back. An animal should be treated with care and respect and not be injured due to unprofessional work. What they did to my sweet baby is unacceptable and I recommend you don’t take ur babies here for services if you don’t want them getting hurt by unprofessional staff.

If you want a responsive and trustworthy vet, this is the place. Take both of our dogs there and i am always happy when I leave, and so are the pups!

The vet tech that helped me was so kind, Made an experience that no one ever wants to go through, more bearable. She was so kind. I was so impressed with the pawprints and box the ashes came in. Thank you all for making a horrible experience much better than it could have been.

I have been taking my dogs here for years and never ever had a complaint, Dr. Russell is wonderful and the technicians that I had always spoken to have been wonderful as well. Unfortunately, I had recommended them to someone and she had taken her dog here. She had terrible experience. They advertise a promotion if you refer a friend then you and the friend get $25 off of your visit. So I had asked the technician about the $25 off of the visit since this was her first time and I was referring her to you guys. The technician had told us that she is not going to get the $25 off till next time. Where on any of the brochures does it say you get $25 off your next visit? I made sure to bring home a brochure and it doesn't say it on any of the cards you guys have in your waiting rooms, that the $25 off coupon would only be valid for the next time. I am unsure of the technicians name but we had went in on August 26th at 6:00pm. I just hope you guys are not false advertising for referrals because it will be the last time I refer anyone to this clinic.

The staff are very compassionate and knowledgeable. And being open every day makes all the difference as pets don’t only need help Mon-Friday 8-5! The flexibility is appreciated. Thank you Beardsley Animal Hospital! ????❤️????

ALWAYS wonderful care here, they care about you and your fur babies

We have been with Beardsley Animal Hospital for well over 9 or 10 years now and they have all displayed a very professional and caring demeanor while caring for our family members. Recently we have lost our family member Brandon a 15 year old Maltese due to failing health and old age. Its hard to get over him, but with your supportive staff we have gotten through the hardest part of this process. We would just like to say, “Thank you all,” for being there. You guys will always be in our prayers. ????????

I recently had one of my fur babies put to rest the respect they showed my Citori from the moment she came into the clinic when she was 6 weeks old was the beginning of a great friendship, they also were with her at the end,giving her the best treatment,and the amount of caring for me her mama was a great comfort from flowers ,cards,and the greatest unexpected gift was the plaster casting of her little feet something I will always cherish, I will continue to use the facility for the care of her sister little Becca I know she will also continue to get great service and the best doctoring she will ever need .thank you from the bottom of my heart you are wonderful. I love how welcoming everyone was as soon as I opened the door. I highly recommend coming here especially if your pets have anxiety. They did the whole exam for both of my nervous dogs on floor which was calming for my dogs and myself (my girl tends to react before thinking when she’s nervous and this was literally the best exam she’s ever had in 7 years) Every visit here gets better and better. I will be moving to the far East Valley soon and I plan on staying here even with the 1hr each way. Thank you everyone!!!

Used to be a 5 star review before I went to a new vet for a second opinion since my dogs broken leg was not healing at all after MONTHS of weekly appointments. Each costing $700 a week, and them pushing me to amputate her leg. Per 3 other vets offices (for vet opinions), they suspect her leg was being rebroken each time we took her in to get her leg rewrapped, after tests showed bones healing and rebreaks in the bone. After 2 month at a new office, her leg is completely healed and she has zero issues with it. This office only cares about money. Not animals.

The doctors and entire staff/team are incredibly kind, loving and compassionate with all my furr babies!

Doesn’t take emergency appointments for injured pets. Hardly can be considered a hospital if appointments are a week out for an injured dog. Typically helpful over the phone but receptionist on May 29 was curt, not compassionate, not sympathetic and not helpful. Will probably be ending our long relationship with this place for our two dogs.

Excellent care and compassion given to my cat, Kirby, and to me.

We have been patients of this practice for years. We moved away and even changed vet's. The level of care was not even close, so we came back. We now just drive the 40-45 minutes to the best clinic in town.

I love everything about Beardsley Animal Hospital. Each and every one of you is amazing each and every time. Been bringing pets to you for years and will never change. I tell everyone when it comes up that there is no better place than with you!! You're simply the best.

Beardsley animal hospital has always been there for my pets needs. They diagnose and treat with the most effective treatment. My little puppy Nova was not feeling to well and we knew that she could possibly have parvo because we had put two dogs down maybe around a week ago. She was diagnosed with Parvo but after a few shots and a hour or so, I took her home and BOOM!! SHE STARED EATING AND DRINKING!!! Before I had to force feed her giving her liquid stuff. It did help and did get her to eat a little bit with the liquid, but for sure id recommend bringing your animal here! They are very nice workers and take their time to think through and also listen to your questions and what you have to say. I will definitely bring my animals here more often when they're sick.

As a first time patient I was blown away by the amazing customer service at Beardsley Animal Hospital. The staff were so kind and patient and took the time to answer all my questions and provide thorough notes for me to take home. I feel like I’ve finally found my forever vet and plan on bringing my dog and cat here for any future vet needs. Thank you so much for taking such great care of our cat!

Staff was very friendly and patient with all my questions! Dr took the time to stay on the phone with me to answer any questions. Excellent care and customer service all around! Very knowledgeable in giant breeds (we have a Great Dane) which is a huge plus for us!
