The staff is very knowledgeable and good customer services.

I could make an appointment quickly. The veterinarian was thorough, listened to my concerns, and helpful. All staff was friendly, helpful and professional. Would recommend to friends.

I have taken my pets here and am not impressed. They clearly do not keep appointments open for pets who would be considered more urgent. After a weekend there is often an automated message that states that there is the possibility of a long hold time, and then you don't have the option to hold, as it goes directly to VM...where they will 100% not call you back. It is incredibly frustrating and I am actively searching for a new place to take my pets.

I can't rate that honestly. Never went there. They are booked a month+ out!! :( ????

The vet was awesome very caring towards my fur baby and he was very detailed and if I didn't understand something he explained it better. Staff was amazing prices were ok they even have a payment paw plan that you pay every month . I would definitely recommend them to my family and friends

So far so good took to of our dogs there one german Shepard and the other a husky and they did a good job in treating them can't complain yet only good reviews from me

No one answered phone calls

Came in here to get my dog licensed. I was in and out with fast speedy service!

Had to wait almost 3 weeks for appointment to get shots for a new puppy. Got text message to confirm the appointment. Called the clinic representative was clueless. Waiting 3 weeks just for that earned this place one star on my list.

I needed one of my pets cremated after passing away through the night and the staff was very kind and made the process easy

They are truly amazing team and care they took in my baby quick and did their best for him being I'm from out of state and didn't turn me away thank you I appreciate everything and everyone there..

My dog was in bad shape and when I called to schedule an appointment they said they were not available until the 28 of January. They made changes to see him today the 22nd. They were able to recognize he was suffering from ketoacidosis. To say the least we are not completely out of the woods with him but they did more than enough to help stabilize him will give update on how he does.

I had my senior pup in to see Dr. V today am very pleased with the time and care she provided. She was patient with me and thoroughly answered all of my questions. With COVID I was unable to go in for her appointment but their process was organized and timely and hearing the compassion in the vets voice over the phone made the experience comfortable and pleasant. All of the staff was friendly and professional.

When you can actually get in, the vet is very nice and caring. However good luck getting an appointment even if it's an emergency. NOT ok for a place supposedly in the business of caring for our pets. They also dont return calls or emails even if it's to schedule a surgery. There are much better places in town with much more reasonable rates as well

Called to get a simple antibiotic and ointment and couldnt be seen in time.. asked for a reference to someplace and her response was an emergency clinic . Fail!!

My overall experience was great. You can tell they care about your pets and help them in every way they can

I looked up a local vet because we have a Chihuahua mix dog that possibly has two fractured front legs. As per their website it says they accept emergency walk ins during normal business hours. After loading up this baby causing pain to be seen at this office we were told they were booked for the day. The only reason I gave two stars is because the lady I spoke to was nice. Dont offer a service on your site that you do not in fact honor. Now I had to move this dog again to take to another facility causing her even more unnecessary pain.

Dr. V is the absolute best vet in the valley that I have had for my pets. She is not only knowledgeable, she can break things down in a way that non-medical individuals can understand. Also, not once has she recommended a test or procedure that was unnecessary. She will even give you the available options if something is put there, as well as an explanation of what she feels is the best course of action. I highly recommend her and her wonderful staff.

The Veterinarian was so nice. Saw us even though we did not have an appointment. Staff was very kind and caring. I would absolutely recommend.

Tried to set appointment for my dog, was asked if it was an emergency I said no, I was then placed on hold for 15 minutes before hanging up and moving on to other options. Apparently if it’s not an emergency your time doesn’t matter to them.
