I own a Shetland sheepdog that is a wild escape artist. Loves to dig & get dirty. I’ve been taking him here for a few months and they have always done an amazing job on him! I just picked him up today, I believe her name is Denise? SHE DID WONDERFUL! Butch is a new dog and has a new personality when he comes back home from them! I know he feels so much better! The clean up trim is just what he needed! I wish I could take the groomer along with us when we move in 4 months! If you need a lovely bath & brush with a clean up trim….definitely DEFINITELY stop here! Thank you so much!

Went to Bia's for the first time and they were beyond PHENOMENAL with my dog. She is a hone dog being raised with our son and upset been properly trained or ever got used to a leash. They picked her up carried her to the back and did the BEST job grooming her and it was extremely affordable. Definitely going back!

This is the 2nd time I have brought my pets to this Bias Pet stop. I use to bring my dogs to the previous owners of the Pet stop. However the service is not the same . The first go around my yorkie was returned to me unwashed and just shaved with a razor burn so bad up her neck . Her teethe were not brushed even though we payed 15 dollars extra. She smelled so dirty . Almost 70 dollars later I was disgusted. Then the other dog was washed but was barely trimmed . But also had some razor burn on leg. I washed my dog and the water was dirty. It’s like they just shove them in and out of the cage and someone rushed the shave and hurt my dogs. I don’t know what goes on in there but it’s always like 3 hours or more and they don’t answer there phones .Despite this I decided it would be fair to give them another try maybe they had a bad groomer or a rough day when we took them last time . This time same thing. They ask you how you want your dog cut then do whatever they want . Usually just shave the dog down. I literally had my son show them a photo of how we wanted him from previous groomer. It’s not a hard groom lol This place is not the same and except for one lady I see none of the old groomers . It was different . Front desk was different. I was way more comfortable. We knew them. They were friendly. I won’t go back again . It’s a lot of money to groom your dogs . They should not be returned not bathed or itchy with razor burn so bad it’s bleeding. Awful . Imagine how stressed these poor dogs get anyway . Horrible . I’m sorry I had to write this but it’s the truth and I felt the need to share .

First time customer of Bia’s Grooming service in the Litchfield Park location. Just moved from California two weeks ago. Called on Saturday; appointment for two (2) dogs on Monday morning. Bia came out of the shop and introduced herself; discussed the the type of grooming the dogs needed; then provided their intake. Three (3) hours later, my Cockapoo looks so cute and my German Shepherd looks very handsome. The price for the service was reasonable and at market; good value for the effort! Thumbs up!!!!

I have taken my dog there for almost 3 years now, to have his nails clipped than glance done and I've only paid $10 for each one. I went back in there to have it done again and the nails cost $13 and the glands are 15 now so it cost me $28 plus a $2 tip to have a 3-minute to 5 min procedure done. The girl at the desk was telling another customer about how the owner was building a new business so I guess somebody has to pay for his new business to be built. Then she told me $28 I looked at her and said are you flipping kidding me I will never be back here again. So altogether it cost me $30 for nails and glands done. When I lived in Mesa Arizona it only cost me $6 for each procedure $12 all together unbelievable they would raise their prices that much at the place I go 2. I will find another place to go to definitely

I brought my dog in today for a service and she fought them with everything she had the entire time. Not only did they not turn me away, the woman at the front desk couldn't have been more calming as I cried. She was amazing. I'm definitely telling my friends to come here if they want caring, professional, top notch people taking care of their pets

I called to book an appointment. I told the receptionist who answered the phone that my dog was a rescue dog. Not once did they mention, that if he was difficult, they would charge me $10 more. They told me when I went to pay. His hair cut was terrible, I had to trim the front myself after I got home because it was so uneven. His claws were not trimmed even though I paid for it. I'm going back to petsmart.

Horrible service. Never going back, never recommending. A pet owner never knows what's happening to their pet behind the door at the Litchfield location. I don't review anywhere, until today when our puppy was mistreated. We brought our 4 month old puppy in for a nails trimmed. She usually goes to the Petz Place in Goodyear which treats her like family and is very caring. The entire time our puppy was being yelled at and which we could hear from the waiting room. The groomer constantly had the word "NO/bad girl" come out of her mouth. She wasn't calm or caring to our pup. Our Belgian Milionis is extremely well trained for her age. My wife walked out of the building due to this poor service. I could see the groomer had her on her side when the door would open and our dog was laying there. The groomer walked out and said " let's go tell your owner you are a bad girl". She approached me and said, "no treats for her today, she is a bad girl". I did let the groomer know that she doesn't appreciate being yelled at for something she doesn't understand. Her nails weren't evenly done, nor was her paws fully complete. $15 for nothing. We also had paid for our small dog to be fully groomed and nails trimmed. Extra $$ His nails weren't done correct either, and we paid $70 just for him.
