First time using Puparazzi today! So happy to have found them! I will be a repeat customer for sure! Tammy was amazing!

From other reviews I can only assume they do a great job with pets, but the business practice itself is awful and makes zero since. Here is my experience with the company: You are not able to call and talk to anyone, so what should be a ten minute talk becomes a day of emails. They detailed how they are so busy that they can only ever see people who set up a repeat service of every 4 weeks. Let that sink in. Imagine you have a broken tooth and you need to go to a dentist for it one time. The dentist is busy and instead of trying to work you in at a later date because they are booked, they just say "We will only fix your broken tooth if you schedule cleanings with us for the next 8 months". The sad thing is I even mentioned after the first service so long as I was even halfway happy with the results I would be willing to set up the repeat service; however, because I was not willing to just out the gate become a loyal repeat customer the emails just stopped being exchanged and I am being ignored. The business is failing from success apparently. Puparazzi is doing so incredibly well that they need you to set up a years worth of appointments and pinky swear to never go anywhere else. Whoever is either not hiring more people or trying to work new clients into the schedule should be fired on the spot. I am sure a kid in high school could manage the company better. EDIT: Just look at how poor the response from the owner is, its actually so funny that this business stays afloat. "...we have very few available appointments for new customers and once we our 4 weeks of being booked out..." Even looking past the grammar errors, as funny as it may be, here is the business logic: "...So for the available appointments we want to fill those with people willing to be on a schedule not someone who calls when they think they need an appt. We don’t want to give that appt away from someone who wants to be on a schedule..." Lets break this down. You can't call when you think you need an appointment, but they don't want to give away appointments to someone who wants to be on a schedule. Again I will be fair here, it seems they do a good job with pets given the other reviews. HOWEVER, it seems like the owner just knows how to give dogs a good bath; NOT how to type better than a middle schooler, much less run a business.

My dog Ginger is very particular about who cuts her nails. I wasn't sure if she would be aggressive to Tammy but when it was done, Ginger gave Tammy a kiss on her hand. That says to me, Tammy was awesome! Thank you Tammy l contact you again soon!

Jessica was great! She did an excellent job with cutting their nails and cleaning their ears. All of my dogs came back looking and smelling good!!!

How many good things can I say about Jessica? She did such an amazing job with my little guy. My 12 year old Shihtzu has gone mostly blind and taking him into a brick and mortar groomer is now a bit of a traumatic experience for him. His coat grows very quickly and - before I knew it - he was getting matted and grungy. I began to research mobile groomers in my area so that I could get him the care he needed and reached out to a handful of mobile groomers (with good reviews). Jessica (Pupperazi) responded promptly and with a great attitude (side note: NONE of the other mobile groomers I contacted have had the professionalism and courtesy of calling me back/contacting me ). I quickly booked an appointment with Jessica and she did not disappoint! My pup was matted and grungy but she didn't blink an eye. She brought him back to me with a beautiful groom/shave and he was SO HAPPY! Not shaking or traumatized in the least and just hopping around the house - feeling super spiffy with his new haircut. I feel so blessed to have found her and will have her groom him from here on out. You can NOT go wrong by calling her.

Tried to set up appointment via message on their website and left two voice messages. I guess they are too busy for my three dogs.

The best grooming service there is. They have been grooming our dogs for over 5 years. This company is wonderful and they give so much back to the communities they service. They participate in many community events giving their time and services to those pets and owners in need. I won't trust anyone else to groom my fur babies

My name is Elizabeth and I had a less than satisfactory experience of dealing with the founder/owner of the puparazzi mobile pet spaw. I first contacted by phone at least 3x which I have phone report proof of. Then after multiple times of unsuccessful calls that are all programmed to go to their main voice mail I decided to email. Several days went passed and no return call nor email from the company. By a last ditch effort to reach the company I decided to leave a voicemail and I received a call back however it wasn't the pleasant experience I had hoped for. I was told to just email for pet grooming services which were 6-8 weeks out either way, even though I had already emailed to the CORRECT email address, while I made the attempt to provide the information to the neglectful woman on the phone. My efforts were dismissed in an abrupt way instead of apologizing for never receiving a call or email back. I was told I sent the message to the wrong email address and to just email again. When I finally received a response from the company I was brushed off for the last time. I was informed that UNLESS our dog was signed up to get started on repetitive grooming cycle paparazzi couldn't groom my dog. Unbelievable!! Business is earned by good customer service and follow-up ethics. I received horrible customer service by this franchise owner that now believes she is too large and busy to assist their average customer. Last week I found that there are countless grooming mobile services, which by the time puparazzi finally emailed me on the 4th attempt to contact them, my dog had already been groomed because much to my satisfaction other grooming companies care more about quality of customer service than puparazzi. Of course I would never sign up to do business on a repetitive basis prior to first testing the companies response times and care for their clients along with providing good grooming services. Business is earned guys, not demanded!

I tried to make an appointment for my dog and was unsuccessful! I live in peoria and called Shelly but was never able to speak to an actual person. I was then prompted to leave an email with many details about my dog and was told to call back and then I would be able to make an appointment. Again I was unable to speak to someone and so I left a message on the voice mail. I never got a call back and it has been about three weeks or more now. It's like they don't want or need your business! Very unprofessional and very bad customer service! I would never use them even if I finally got a call back!!!

We love Puparazzi and so do our 2 corgis. It amazing how much cleaner our house is with monthly grooming. Really cuts down on shredding. My mom uses them too. High recommend!

I have multiple pets that required regular grooming. I loved the convenience of having Puparazzi coming out to my home. They were very professional, treated my pets well and always did what I asked for. Would highly recommend the original owner and founder of Puprazzi.

This was the first time using a mobile dog groomer and we had a great experience. Loved not having to load him up and take him and wait for the call to pick him up. The groomer was right on time and my dog took to her right away. I was a little nervous because we had just moved here and this was his first grooming. We had used the same groomer for 8 years in Missouri and I didn't know how he would react. He walked to the truck and jumped in like he knew what he was suppose to do. No car rides back and forth. I didn't time it but I think it took about an hour. I highly recommend Puparazzi for your grooming needs.

Always on time and Colton is great with my dogs! I have pugs, who are notorious for being difficult having their nails trimmed. Colton knows how to get them trimmed with little stress on my pugs. I also foster pugs for a pug rescue group, Puparazzi is so good about adding a dog on short notice! I have referred Puparazzi many times to my friends with pugs and I'll keep referring Puparazzi!

She was wonderful I recommend this to all my friends I already did to a couple. I wish I would have known her a long time ago. You have to fill out a little form what you want what you don't want she wants to make sure that you are happy and I was very happy and thank you very much Tammy.

Great service for your fabulous pet. Always punctual and professional. Groomers are friendly and compassionate. They treat your dog like the member of the household that they are. Dogs don't have to go to a salon filled with other dogs and be traumatized waiting for you to pick them up. Much more sanitary too. Dogs come back in the house with great haircuts and smelling yummy. I would recommend them.
