Very friendly staff. Due to illness delays, my cat's spay had to be pushed back, but they were very understanding and did everything they could to work with me. They adored my cat and I felt like she was really taken care of and in good hands here.

I couldn't handle my dogs because of shoulder surgery...they came out to take my dogs in one by one...and offered to do the same for paying the bill. Awesome staff.

We have 2 special needs kittens and Dr Ole is fantastic! His staff are great, they have fallen in love with them and really show it. My son took his cat, BJ, who has been suffering for a very long time and been to several other vets. Dr Ole first said let's get an xray- my son was so impressed first time a vet did this-and diagnosed him right off! He's doing so much better...

Just moved up here and so happy I found such a caring group of people. Truly a blessing for my dogs. Thank you for all your help and compassion

Very helpful, we unfortunately had to suffer the loss of a dear fur baby but the hospital did everything they possibly could to delay the inevitable. But, unfortunately her body was fighting against her and the hospital got her in that day as soon as possible and helped us relieve her pain for good. We were charged for euthanasia and a cremation and out total was $270. Wonderful people who were very caring and with us every step of the way.

My husband and I love Dr. Ole as well as his National Geographic show. We won't bring our dogs anywhere else unless it is an emergency. The staff is friendly and personable. Their focus is to inform you and help your pet; they do not make you feel bad for what you do not know. My Aunt's puppy had an allergic reaction to the rabies shot and was on his deathbed. Dr. Ole left a Hawaiian party to save the puppy's life.

Super happy with quality of care. Dr. O takes his time to answer all your questions. Very reasonably priced as well.

Our dog had an emergency and let me tell you the Doctor on call and Vet tech showed up at a Saturday at 11pm. We cannot thank you enough for everyone you have done for our little one. We also appreciated your resident companion kitty. Thank you ladies for coming in on our day off, and so late. You made a very large difference to this family. We appreciate you so much.

Customer service is terrible! Called to get my cat in and they offered me and apparently the person in the office the same appointment time at the same time and the in office person took the 10 o’clock appointment while I was telling her I can cancel my dr appointment to make it at 10. Then tried to schedule the 2 o’clock appointment and it was magically unavailable as well.

My daughter is a Vet Tech student and was an intern at the White Mountain Animal Hospital the summer if 2020. The staff took her under their wing and helped her learn and experience what her career had to offer. Wonderfully upstanding and giving staff!
