We had the best experience! We adopted Emma (previously Ciara) a border collie mix a few weeks ago. She's doing wonderfully and came to us happy and healthy. She's already an important member of our family especially with George our hound dog!

Very nice staff. All the animals seemed happy and when I was there they wete all being walkec.

I got my cat from here about two years ago. He was wonderfully taken care of and clearly the staff loved him. I LOVE the environment, you know these people care about the animals. Makes the adoptions all the more meaningful. Thank you for my cat :)

They have treated pur pets like they were there own. Good bed side mannor. One woman opon calling us for the reminder was not, but going there and seeing the care the other workers gave our dog was really great. Thank You. Michael & Bernice Johnson.

I wanted to share my experience with your organization today to help future folks trying to adopt a kitten. I believe it's important to state that as someone that has contributed and admires your non for profit I respect your decision not to allow my family to adopt two kittens. You have every right to protect your animals. What I call into question is the reason you gave us for not being suitable kitten parents. Based on the feedback I received, the primary reason I was denied was the fact that I have four boys and one of them may let a kitten out. Like Debbie Torbet (the one that denied our adoption), I also have a 4-year-old and of course, letting one of our animals out is always a possibility. However, I would leave parenting decisions to the actual parent. No reason to muddy the waters and assume someone can't parent well. We have managed to keep two dogs, two horses, six chickens, four bunnies, three turkeys and four humans alive for a while now.

Today my Dad and I had an emergency with our fur baby. The staff went above and beyond to help us. They were so kind with our dog, and we wanted to say thank you so much for all of your help today.

Got a wonderful family dog at dog catchers suggestion. Couldn't ask for a nicer pet!

I did really get here. I was across the street at the trailhead. It looks like a clean facility with friendly staff.

Love the new facility and the staff there are great and very helpful the pound is very clean and kept up well my hates off to the staff. If you are looking to and to your family please check out the humane society there are so many great dogs and cats that need a good loving home

It's sad to see an the animals, but they are all taken care of in clean pens. I would adopt them all if I could!!

It was very clean we came and spent some time with the kitty's they have their own room where you can sit in and pet them we loved it ❤

Gina is very caring and very kind. She worked with Peggy and me for several weeks then said we could bring in our 3 kittens. She tried her best to assure us they would be placed. I had the runt kitten who was and has been scared since captured but if you can get past her scary hiss she loves to be petted but not picked up. Thank you Gina, for your kindness

Staff needs training on how to bring dogs to meet each other . Some are good but not all know how to read dog behavior to find good home. But facilities are nice , clean and open tue-sat.

Amazing people that truly love these critters we found a perfect dog that got along with our dog but unfortunately Boomer didn't pass the kitten test they try and make sure ever pet has a good home they will fit with we will find our dog eventually ????thank you white mountains hs
