Very friendly, professional service. My dog had an ear infection, well, not anymore!

We live in Wyoming and were visiting in the area. My husband’s service dog injured her leg while playing with friend’s dog. It was a cut to the bone and bleeding quite profusely. Of course this happened on a Sunday. Of all the vets we called this one was the only one that called back. They came in right away, was very helpful and Snafu liked the vet and tech that came in. She is a very good judgment of character lol. If we lived there they would definitely be our vet.

My dog Martha had emergency surgery here in 2020. The vet team was incredible and saved her life during an after hours call. They kept me updated during the process and were so kind. I still deeply appreciate their skills and knowledge. My dog is incredibly healthy and happy.

Top notch emergency care for out town patient! Blue Ridge handles after hours calls and time sensitive care better than others in the area. Thank you Dr Burke and wonderful staff! The staff at Blue Ridge Pet Clinic are amazing. They take the time to get to know the pets, so the pet is comfortable with them. Doctor Kelly Burke and Doctor Jordan Linahan are amazing veterinarian’s. They are so good with our pets. Can’t imagine taking them anywhere else.

They have always been great! Kelly is always a pleasure to see when we take our dogs in.

We bought a place in Lakeside this summer and had an older dog that reached the end of his road our first month here. No other clinic was able to get us in, and most wouldn't help us because we were not existing clients. They got us in the next day after we called and were great on such a tough day. The rest of our time here on the mountain was plagued with more vet visits and they were great with our cats and other dog as well. Compared to our primary vet in the valley, Blue Ridge is far better pricing, reliability, and professional. Given the choice, they are now our go to vet if our animals can wait to see them.

My pug was crying and just not acting right. My regular vet wasn't available, neither were a few others I tried. I was looking at a trip to either Flagstaff or Phoenix. I called Blue Ridge and after a few questions and talking to their staff they were able to work me in an hour later. The tech was amazing! Even sitting on the floor with my pug so she would feel comfortable. The dr. was just as amazing, putting both my pug and myself at ease. I may have found a new animal clinic

I have been searching for a vet who cares, and have found them! Polite, caring, prompt and fair prices.

We love the vets here, but impossible to actually get our pets in during an urgent issue. When we called with an urgent issue their response was well there is an appointment in 6 weeks. They did not offer to put us on a waiting list or any other options. Their one solution was call us at 730 every morning, which first off is very hard with kids and work to call at 730 (usually in the middle of school drop off). If you call at 8 their response is well you should have called at 730. The one day we were actually able to call at 730 we just kept getting a busy signal for 15 minutes... What a horrible system to try and get pets in urgently. Have a few slots every day for urgent/emergent complaints. Have a call list if you have cancelations. If someone cancels an appointment same day you will never fill it in because people are only allowed to call at 730. Not patient/pet oriented at all. We called another vet and guess what they were able to figure out a way to get our pet in a timely manner without calling every morning and having to deal with inconsiderate front office staff...

Literally everyone here is amazingly kind and take great care of our pets! Edited because this is only true for scheduled out routine visits. If you try to get your pet in urgently you have to call at 7:30am daily like some weird game to see if you can get your pet in. Gambling with the health of my fur baby like that is so not my jam. Called White Mountain Animal hospital and was able to get my pet in the next day.

Although it's not "perfect", but then .. who is? Their prices are reasonable, excellent care for the animals, very knowledgeable, very kind staff.

When looking for a new vet clinic several people recommended Blue Ridge and they did not disappoint! The staff was very friendly and the vet's and vet techs were friendly and knowledgeable. We are happy to have transferred our pets care to Blue Ridge!

Being new to the White Mountains, we had yet to establish the usual contacts, doctors, dentist, etc,etc,,, our elderly Shih-Tzu ran into a fence pole and appeared to have injure his tooth and possibly jaw? We’ve asked a couple of pet parents and been told a few places, but the ones who have been most satisfied are those who have been to Blue Ridge, So I had contacted Blue Ridge Pet Clinic and spoke to Poline, she was working the front desk and just so very kind and compassionate to the situation, they were pretty booked with no notice but I was given the option to call around 7-7:30 to see if any cancellations came up, Well, one did come up and by 2:30pm we were checked in and escorted to the examination room where a wonderful tech named Sandra took Newman’s vitals and medical history etc…. By 3:00pm Dr. Clark was looking him over telling us our options, I felt an immediate connection and understanding with Dr Clark as I’ve had many rescues and pets of our own taken to our previous vet and finding a new vet is as important as Mom and Dad finding a new doctor! I can’t tell you the importance of knowing my little family member was going to be in knowledgeable trustworthy and loving hands, That right there you CAN’T put a price on! I was confident we made the right choice????❤️ So, to make this long story short, we walked in on a Tuesday 2:30 3:00pm and 48 hours later, Matt lovingly took our boy into surgery that morning and was picked up later that afternoon, a little groggy but healthy once again❤️ While the hubby took Newmans support system (His rescue brother❤️) back to the car, I slowly walked Newman to the front desk where The final SHOCK would come! We were quoted all cost/possible cost 48 hours prior to surgery, we ended up paying almost $400 less than that quote….. Thank you ❤️????❤️ Now all we have to do is find a doctor and dentist were that comfortable with. ???? "Folks will know how large your soul is, By the way you treat a dog!"????❤️ Charles F. Doran

Our cats always receive the best care. Dr. Rowe and all of the staff are very friendly and caring, even with our extremely temperamental cat. We have been going here for years. Blue Ridge Pet Clinic is the best!

I just moved to Lakeside and had to put my cat down. They got us in the next day and the staff was very nice. They are very caring and understanding. I will be using them for all my vet needs.

Dr Burke and her staff are very professional, friendly and helpful. This clinic has cared for my beloved pets for many years and have done a excellent job. I would highly recommend this clinic to anyone searching for high quality pet care.

The office staff and doctors are all very nice and seemed to really care about the health of my dog. I only wish that they had the capacity to handle emergencies. A few days after our visit my dog was suddenly in pain and refusing food. After a small sample of urine was passed, I suspected an UTI. I called this clinic to ask to see a vet, but was turned away because they were fully booked. All clinics within 30 miles hadcthe same story, so Blue Ridge is not unique. The only help was a 2+ hour drive to Flagstaff. Seems that if these clinics claim to have 24 hour support, time should be set aside for emergency visits to be accomodated. For that reason I cannot give a 5 star rating.

We've used Blue Ridge Pet Clinic for a little over 12 years. They are always kind and compassionate. Recently, my father passed away from COVID19 and we inherited his little dog, Tiny. She had an open sore that would not heal. We took her to my father's vet twice where she was prescribed antibiotics. Finally, we took her to Blue Ridge where they immediately knew what must be wrong. They opened up the sore and found a foxtail. They cleaned it out, gave her pain meds and more antibiotics. They called to check on Tiny on Saturday after the procedure! Four days later, Tiny feels so much better and her wound is already almost completely closed. I can't recommend Blue Ridge enough!
