PetSmart Henderson, Arizona

I had my five month old puppy groomed on 1/23 at this store. This was her second grooming here, and we had a great experience the first time with Billie. I dropped her off at 9 for her appointment, and picked her up around 11:30. The woman who had her suggested I next time use the “express” service, because she gets so stressed out barking/crying in the kennel. I know she does, and I would understand if it came from a place of concern, but seemed more of irritation. And I honestly didn’t even know that was an option, I looked after on the website and it doesn’t show this on the scheduling as an option. When I picked her up she didn’t have the bow in her hair, that is included with the service. But I let it go. Then at 6pm while laying in bed and petting her she smells so good, but I noticed near her ear didn’t smell very well. I looked in her ear and found a cotton ball stuffed in there from grooming. So it had been in there all day. Checked the other side and same thing. Who knows how long they would’ve been there, or had they have been pushed in to cause damaged had I not noticed. Her ears clearly weren’t cleaned, which also should have been part of the service. And I looked at my receipt while trying to figure out how to send an email and noticed that it says her grooming was completed by Cassandra, which is also confusing to me because our appointment was with Billie and the sheet they gave me telling me how the grooming went also shows Billie. I received no e-mail response from PetsMart. Feeling very disappointed in PetsMart grooming services after that visit.

Place was clean. The cashier was nice. But the staff that was near the fishes couldn't try ignoring us more if they tried

Worst customer service! They literally stand around the 1 open register talking to each other. Impossible to get service. Walked in and immediately asked if I could get someone to the fish department for help,, cashier said yes.. I stood at the fish area for 20 minutes, making repeated eye contact with several employees and not 1 single employee acknowledged nor helped. Mind you there was only 1 other customer walking around at the time and not a soul in line.. Every time I come here the service gets worse.

This place is just unbelievable. I have had numerous bad experiences with the manager at this location. They always think the worst of their customers.

I bring my little chihuahua here to get groomed by brittny M. She does such an amazing job! The customer service here is always great and the groomers are always so friendly.

I bring my husky here to get a furminator done and they've always done a great job????????

Very clean. And staff was courteous and respectful.

Day Care Parties are the best.

I picked up a Bone for my dog, it was expensive, I took it back and they exchanged it without a problem. I love this place.

Like any other PetSmart, except this one had better selection of fish, and the tanks were alot cleaner.

One of my go to pet stores. Will be going there more often again since I recently acquired a cat.

They have all the cutest Halloween costumes for your furry friend! Get them on sale like little puppy vests or rabbit costumes. Try a treat and see what your pet likes before you buy it. They also sometimes do adoptions on weekends.

They've got everything you'd need for pets but they're somewhat expensive.

Went for my monthly 200lbs of dog food, an they always help me, and put it my truck! Since neck surgery, I don't lift them, just to heavy! Great Employees!
