This location is super clean! The fishies are so well taken cared of and Savanah is the absolute best ever! She loves the animals..it shows in her knowledge & work! She is the kindest most professional person ever!

I like Petco for one simple reason. The people are so nice. Petsmart is also close by and it’s nothing against them but I am more comfortable with the people at Petco and I appreciate the good service and I also appreciate the level of knowledge and their willingness to share it.

Went and purchased 2 ferrets today. SUPER knowledgeable and friendly staff. Covered every detail of what you need, what to expect, and how to do everything. I am so appreciative to see people who are still involved in their job and like what they do. And the fact that they all love animals is awesome! Both times I went in to look at the ferrets I was helped way more then expected. I am so happy with my new furry friends!!

The worst communication I have had customer service wise. Didn’t tell me what I needed or what was required for the appt to happen. Allowed a stressful environment for my animals to deny us once we arrived. Didn’t help after turning me away as to where I could get what I needed done done so that they could take my animals. They suck.

Great employees. More knowledgeable and dedicated than average. They let me exchange a harness and leash (wrong size oops) even though I had no packaging for them. I'm glad this is close by.

I’m writing this review to shine a light on petco’s TERRIBLE delivery service. I signed up to have my dogs food delivered once every 4 weeks to my home. This month, it was supposed to be delivered on the 17th. I get an email on the 17th saying it has been shipped. Now, it is currently the 20th and it hasn’t arrived. And my dog is out of food... so not only does this inconvenience me to have to go to the store and spend extra money on a small bag of food, but my dog is hungry. Thanks petco, I will be cancelling my reoccurring order and start getting my dog food from a small local business.

Petco is probably the most complete store to shop at for pet owners and it's always pleasant to stop in to shop.

Good first visit! Didn't purchase but when I needed my question answered found a very helpful employee that walked me over to the items I wanted to view. Will be back!

Petco in SW-Green Valley store has always been helpful. On that day learned that my favorite go to person Ms. Reggie at that Petco store moved back to Colorado. She will be missed!
