Helpful receptionist, professional Dr Williams, we are new customers and they were so accommodating. They got us in right away to look at our Mimi schnauzer pup.

My dog started shaking as soon as we drove up to the office. Did she have a bad experience the last time? They would not let me go to the room where they do the exam. What are they hiding and don't want you to see?. The vet was in the room with us, why couldn't she do the exam in the room with us there? We won't be going back.

Wonderful experience for both my dog and myself.

Stay far away!!! Had my puppy spade at an overpriced cost. The incision looked horrible but thought that it would be alright. After a few days the incision was weeping/bleeding. I took her back and the vet said that it was some sort of fluid pocket underneath and gave antibiotics. After another few days her incision as herniated. I take her back, $550+ for the spay and now $622 for them to fix the mistake. How is this my fault and why do I have to bear the cost? No apology!!!

Sadly I returned home from a trip only to be told by my cat sitter that Cat had gotten much worse. Cat has feline diabetes and was winding down and it was time to send her to the big litter box in the sky. The staff and doctor were wonderful getting me into their schedule and compassionate and professional during the sad process. Thank you. A donation is going to Paws Patrol. Mike

This place is the best! They really care about the animals here. They truly go out of their way to help them. During the pandemic, people who had to put their pet to sleep were allowed to come in and be with their baby unlike most other vets. It's unthinkable to me that a vet would not behave like Valley Verde Vets. I'm so grateful for Valley Verde Vets. They are compassionate people, but I'm terribly disappointed by the other vets in the area.

The office staff and Vet were very kind. Even though the appt was short notice they took us in right away. And took care of Carlos quickly. He is now much better.

They're terribly expensive, and one thing I really did not like is, they take your dog out of the room to do the tests and give them their shots... I've NEVER been to a vet that did that! Made me wonder what they really did. I'm currently looking for another bet. I guess Valley Verde is for the wintering snowbirds that have a lot of money.

I enjoy the welcoming atmosphere to me and my dachshund, Monica Hermonica. Of course, like all of us women, Monica did not want to step on to the scale to be weighed, but the technician gently coaxed on to the scale. They even helped me get my insurance processed ... My cat was very ill (diahrrea; not eating) when I brought her in to be evaluated. She was a new patient; Dr. Williams and the staff were all caring and attentive, both to Patches and to me. Once a plan of treatment was decided upon they followed up almost daily to ask how she was responding. I can't speak highly enough about their office.

Great place, but $19 for a kitty nail trim is pretty outrageous.

Dr. Williams is very thorough in her evaluations of Zoe. We value her assessment and review of labs, etc. Also the staff is always helpful and courteous. Enjoy going to Valley Vets.

During this unusual time with COVID 19 our only complaint was we couldn’t meet the doctor or be with our kitty during the exam. Otherwise Dr. Williams was very nice when she called us as we waited outside, explained everything thoroughly, gave us options for testing, etc. The staff and technicians were efficient and friendly. It’s just a new reality right now. We feel our cat has landed with a great doctor in a great facility.

The staff is friendly and acknowledges the pet as well as the client. I like that. Dr. Nolasco diligently guided me through my cat's bout with diabetes with patience and lots of advice. She performed oral surgery on another cat with great success. I would recommend this practice to anyone looking for great veterinary care.

The doctors and staff at Valley Verde provide excellent care for kitty. The clinic provides a very professional and up-to-date environment for treatments as well as much compassion for the patients, whether canine or feline. We have always been very careful concerning medical care for our pets, and Valley Verde Veterinarians have our complete trust.

Everyone at Valley Verde Veterinarians was so professional when we took our little old pup there for the first time. From the front desk to the nurse, followed by Dr. Williams, were all caring and so professional. The nurse took her time taking all the notes regarding our pup to make sure Dr. Williams would understand what’s happening. Everyone took their time and we didn’t feel rushed. Dr. Williams examined our little Schatzi and recommended blood work and prescription food. She even called the next day with results and checked in on her. What I appreciated most is the no pain pills etc. we’re loosely prescribed. We left with solid instructions on do’s and don’ts which made us feel comfortable taking Schatzi home to continue caring for her. I highly recommend this clinic and will take all of our 4 dogs there from now on. Thank you all!

I don’t normally rate services but I feel this office receives huge Kudos. I absolutely love this veterinarian office. They quickly diagnosed my puppy with a rare illness that they had never seen before and saved his life. They consulted with an expert and did research to ensure he received the right care. This was all in the midst of our first COVID breakout. They have been amazing with my other dog also. Most importantly, they do only what they feel is needed. The prices are so reasonable and they don’t try to suggest services that are not necessary. The front desk staff and vet techs are amazing. I am so happy I have them to care for my pets. We are grateful for people willing to come to work and cheerfully care for our pets during this incredibly difficult and stressful time.

These guys are great! Super, caring vets, vet techs, and office staff. I'm so glad they are here in Green Valley.

Choosing a Vet when new in town can be hard. I got very lucky when I picked Valley Verde. My animals are calm with the staff. The Vet Techs are smart, careful, and gentle. Dr. Nolasco is very smart, gentle and caring, explains things clearly, and prompt with test results. I am extremely pleased with my interactions with every staff person in the practice.

The vet Stacy was very concerned. Took time to ask lots of questions. Also explained things so you knew what was going to be done. Plus,Annie my dog loved being there wasn’t afraid at all. Will recommend and the staff was great also

I've been taking my pets to Valley Verde for 6 years and I am completely satisfied with their service and prices. They are very caring. The new veterinarians who took over for Dr. Nichol are excellent - very up on new information and techniques. I feel like my pets are in very good hands at Valley Verde.
