I've been taking my dog to ACC for ~6 years. I now travel full time and try to get in once a year if I can and use other vets when need be. 6 months ago my dog had an emergency with a fox tail in her foot so I took her to a vet where I was. Since coming up on the time for full check up and shots I did it there. When back in GV I called up to get her heartworm medicine refilled. The front desk refused to refill the medicine without a full check up. I explained she just had one a few months ago they told me it was state law she has to be checked by THEM before doing a simple HW check and prescription refill. Not just a HW check but a FULL exam! I explained I'm not in town long enough and doubt that that is a LAW since she was just checked and 100% up to date on shots. I tried to explain the situation and they just got more rude and unresponsive not once seeing what could be done. I was happy to pay for another check up but appts were 2 weeks out and I was back on the road. I called back and tried to explain further my circumstance and make clear she had an exam recently and I can get the records sent. More rude stone walling followed by a hang up! Now the "owner" claims I was cursing and said I'd find a new vet which is when they hung up. I was NOT cursing! I was frustrated and the agent had zero interest in helping me. What choice did I have but to find a new vet when they refused to help me? Way to throw previously loyal customers under the bus! I spent $1000's here over the years and never once refused treatment no matter the cost. The ONE TIME I needed help they stonewall me and since I can find no evidence of it being a state law they have to exam the dog before doing a HW check and prescription I think lying fits the bill too!

As usual they are top notch! Dr. Huang is wonderful with our Abby! She has the midas touch! HIGHLY recommend the entire clinic! Her vet techs are amazing!

Vet Tech, Everett, was friendly, kind and responsive to my questions. Dr. Huang was stellar in approaching my pup and understanding his anxiety. The follow up in checking in to see how he was doing was appreciated. Very happy with the service and kindness.

As we all need a "primary" for our healthcare needs ~ these vets are my pet's primary care provider.

Animal Care Center of Green Valley is the best veterinary clinic. I currently have one dog named Sugar Puff. However I have been a customer since 2008 with my older dogs that have since crossed the Rainbow Bridge. All of my interactions with the staff have been awesome. All the veterinarians are compassionate and knowledgeable as well as the front desk and the technicians. Just fabulous! During my dog's visit I am given all the options available and if a procedure is required I am given an estimate. I even get a phone call the next day from the staff checking up on Sugar Puff after her procedure. My own doctor doesn't even do that! My dogs are part of the family and I want the best care for them and I feel Animal Care Center provides that. I live in Green Valley and prefer to 'shop local'. Animal Care Center not only cares for our pets but also participates in community events. As far as I'm concerned Animal Care Center is the best vet.

Little doggie had an infection in a private place. Very nice vet fixed him up good. Expensive, but worth it to us. They still are using Covid precautions...yes!

They take great care of my dog. They explain everything and take time to answer questions. Prices are reasonable.

We love Dr. Huang! And so does Molly, our Cocker Spaniel! We are new to this area and our very happy with our new Veterinarian!

Went to animal care center of green valley today. Took my cat in and met with Dr. Timothy Krone. He was fabulous with my cat and took so much time to check him out. The staff are wonderful as well. My cat will always go to this place as they really know how to treat animals and their owners. I give them 10 stars!!!!!!!!!!!

We used to have a different vet but this last summer they were having to many problems so we decided to start going here. We are extremely happy with the veterinarians and the staff here. They are very helpful.

In a hurry, I left a 5 star review- which they deserve, but I really should say why so others looking for a vet can see. The service of the staff, the compassion of everyone from reception to doctor is the best we have experienced. These people call to follow up after your visit- that's how much they care. I was admittedly a little put-off with the mask restrictions on our very first visit, and having to wait in the car while they took our family member inside was really bothering me, but I will tell you, despite those restrictions we got a one on one consult with Dr Krone. It was unhurried, and thorough. He answered all of our questions, and told us honestly what he thought- not just what the diagnosis was, but what he thought personally. You don't find that much anymore. Our second visit was relaxed- still with mask restrictions- but I was at ease with the process, our lab loved the attention, and I have no doubt she was treated with love and respect. I met and chatted with a volunteer in the parking lot, and she gives her time there because she believes in what they're doing. You won't be disappointed in the level of care and attention both you and your pet will receive.

Being new to area and with a very I'll pet, we reached out to utilize the service for Rainbow Bridge Traveling. Being an emotional time, staff was rude and condescending, as well as Dr Ash giving impression that she knew our pet better than we. Not a problem of attempting to get more $$$ from us and the service in which we went in for did not happen. What we ended up with was a few more days of concern and worry over our beloved pet. Compassion and professionalism lacking to say the least. Can understand why $$$ is top priority, for your building is top of the line, and employee overhead one would expect to be large as well. Not impressed with staff, but nice building! BTW, our wonderful pet suffered until we could get him in to another Vet. Rainbow Bridge was final destination. Hope the $$ outway the goal of quality care comforts you; for it is very disappointing to learn that your practice lacks Pt. care, quality and most of all support.

Friendly staff and top notch Veterinarians. As far as the vet bill is concerned it's fair.

We're new in the area as of about a year ago and have four dogs and four cats and have taken several of them there for major procedures and have heard that they're the most expensive veterinarian in green valley. We have spent probably around $7,000 there already and you would think would get good service and a fair price but not so today. The personnel seem nice but today upon a visit there for a routine check up for an ear infection and prescription for some ear drops turn into an hour and a half wait in a parking lot at 105 degrees and being charged double what I was told I would. I had taken time off of work to go there and was very disappointed that a half hour procedure at the most turned into an hour and a half and twice the cost. The technician helping me got an attitude when she came out with my dog when I questioned her and turn around and walked away . Won't be going back conversation .We have other schedule visits for other pets of ours there but we will be canceling those and finding a new veterinarian that's less expensive allows their lobby to be open to their clients so they don't have to sit in a parking lot for an hour and a half and wear Masks because they're afraid of dog is going to give covid to some person??? Very disappointed in their service.

Excellent care and complete education on diagnosis and treatment. I personally found them less expensive than in Sahuarita.

They were amazing! They got my dog right in because we believed he had some blockage. Dr. Krone actually came out to my vehicle to talk to me about what was going on. We'll definitely be back!

I would love to say I recall the Doctor that helped me...but I was a crying, emotional train wreck. Everett (I think) was the tech that also helped. They were both so compassionate, caring, gentle & supportive. I’ve never lost a pet before, so to have to say goodbye to one I babied, loved & cared for, for 15 years....I was not ready and just sobbed! As hard as that was, I’m grateful for their support. Thank you so very much! Anna is at peace because you helped me, help her. ????❤️

We've been taking our dog to Dr Hilden @ Animal Care Center of GV for several years. Dr Hilden's personable care for our pup has always been exceptional. We gladly make the 45+ minute drive from our home just for a visit with Dr Hilden.

Inquired about a blue tick hound pup. The adoption coordinator asked me about my living arrangements. I told her my fiance and I are both retired, have one small dog, a huge yard and plenty of time Based on that Lone she said we weren't a good fit. Was she.discriminating because were not married.or because she ASSUMED we couldnt handle the dog? We hunt, fish. Hike. My fiance grew up with condoms. We were disappointed and insulted. So much for supporting the local a final shelter.
