My dog got really dirty at the dog park and I was looking for a place to take her because it's too cold to wash her outside as I usually do. I looked up this location since it was close to my home. They have self wash bays where you can do it yourself and they give you the soap, conditioner, and brushes, etc. They also have dryers. People were very nice and the location is very clean. They also do grooming and nail clipping if you want them to take care of it.

My experience was mixed. The negative started when I walked in the door. 2 windows with people behind them and nobody greeted or told me how to use the place. I had to walk up and request help. After I paid my $15, I started to walk away thinking maybe the supplies are with the tub. She let me get a bit far then asked if I wanted shampoo. I said yes. It feels watered down but I think thats how it's supposed to be. It worked well. I did have to pick my dog up. She didn't like the steps. I used the blow dryer and another dogs white fluff came off the floor and went all over, stuck to out clothes and all. My dog is a brindle short hair so it wasn't her fur. In conclusion, my needs were met at a fair cost and no true damage was done to anyone so I would return. They do need customer service skills though. ????

The employees are always kind and helpful with any questions or concerns I have. My dogs get so excited when we pull in so I know they are treated with love and enjoy the visit.

This place is amazing! It’s everything I was looking for and more for a self-servicing dog grooming facility. For a great low price, they include everything you need friendly staff, nail trimming, shampoo, conditioner, cotton balls with witch hazel, brushes, blow dryers and more! You won’t regret visiting here with your pup!! They definitely have my business moving forward. Thank you again for such a cool place!

I loved the shampoo and conditioner. My dog is clean and soft and smells great! Both ladies there were friendly and helpful. Her nails were clipped for $5 and I'm happy!

Love this place! I have been going here for years and my pup always comes back perfect and no knicks in sight. The staff is very friendly and I honestly wouldn't go anywhere else.

They are okay. Not the best cut not the worst. I kept going to them since they are better priced than most places. They did cut my dogs nail too much during one of the visits and she was bleeding and in pain for like 3 days. I called to see what happened but they said it wasn’t them even though I noticed she was bleeding right after I picked her up. Didn’t offer refund or explanation or anything. I was pretty upset and wasn’t planning on going back then thought fine things happen. I made the mistake of going back today. My puppy gets shaggy quick plus we have all dirt at the house so she gets tangled and dirty quick so I went back since everywhere around me was booked for months. Right when I arrived there was 4 people at the desk not one greeted. I kinda just stood there all awkward until one acknowledged me. She asked if I want the same cut. I said that’s fine whatever you have to do is okay since my dog was pretty tangled. She just continued to stare all rude along with the other people in the office. I said you don’t have to cut her hair, I can go it’s okay. I didn’t understand why they were being rude and just staring. For just okay cuts, nails cut too short and annoying cust service, I won’t be going back. I rather start scheduling my dogs appointments month in advance somewhere else. Hopefully my pup is getting good when I pick her up tonight and that’s the last time I’ll be giving this business my money.

Place was clean and organized. Staff friendly and knowledgeable. They did a really nice job on my dog. I will go back.

This was our first visit and I will definitely be returning. The groomer called me when she knew she wasn't going to be able to give the cut that I had hoped for because our dog would be uneven. I appreciated the call. Everyone was so nice!

Water all over the floor makes it slippery and difficult to dry the dog especially with the inadequate tiny dryer provided. A raised table for drying your pet off the wet floor is greatly needed! The shampoo there is 90% water! Very expensive for what you get!

They cut my pups nails and were good with her. Nice new location.

Very dissappointed. Was My first time using the self dog wash and for $15.00 I got watered down shampoo that didn't even lather, and watered down conditioner. The blow dryer blew cold air. Too cold for the dog so just let the AZ air dry him. Will not go back

Amazing place, great customer service. Not exactly what I expected though, but overall a good place to take your dog to self groom.

I've been going to them for almost 2 years and they're great with my dog who has always been apprehensive around strangers. He always looks and smells great and the fact that they moved locations and are only a mile away from me is an added bonus.

They cut my dog hair entirely too low, and my wife and I specifically discussed how we wanted her hair to be... They need to do better smh.

I visited today with my golden retriever "Stella". It was clean big wash stalls the staff wash helpfu! l I will come back when we're in town visiting our daughter. ????‍????????❤

I texted them on March 18th to set up a grooming appointment for my dog, and they said the soonest they had available was April 12th at 8am. I responded a day later after I checked my schedule, and someone had taken the 8am, so they offered a 2pm. They asked for my dogs name and breed and that was it. NO confirmation or anything, but I assumed I was good to go. On Thursday, April 1st, I texted them to confirm my appointment, and I did not receive a response. Today, Monday, April 5th, I texted them again, when they FINALLY decided to respond said I wasn’t on the schedule, so I sent them a screenshot to show them our text history. Their response was “I’m not sure who you were texting, but let me see what I can do” While I do appreciate them “offering” to see what they could do, why would I even take my dog here? They never bothered to text me back when I first followed up, and their excuse for the miscommunication was that they’re not sure who I was even talking to. Hmm... who’s handling your appointments then? They’re unprofessional, unreliable, and unresponsive. My dog wasn’t even seen, and I’m glad because if this is how they treat their customers, then I can’t even imagine how they would’ve treated my dog.
