We had a death in the family and had to make sure our dog was vaccinated in.case we needed to board her. Even though we had never been there they worked us in. Techs and vet were friendly, helpful and sweet to our dog.They have GREAT info on how to keep our fuzzy friend healthy. Great option A LIFETIME VACCINE PLAN really great value.

I had tried other vets in the area and was not impressed with the staff or care received. I stayed aware from Sarival due to it being a hospital and felt it would not fit our needs until our GS with behavioral issues was in desperate need of a nail trim. Amber is AWESOME!! Followed by 2 dogs getting sick in 2020. They were both cared for at Sarival unfortunately we lost 2 dogs a few months apart and there was alot of communication that took place in what seemed like the longest, hardest year. Everyone from the MD, clinical team, front desk & administrative staff were great. I trust the team and would not go anywhere else!

If your fur baby has Diabetes or any other Disease that calls for an experienced Vet do not take them here! After spending over $1,300 dollars and hospitalization, we trusted that he would be taken care of. Blood work indicated our dog was in keto acidosis and that he needed a specific treatment. Dr. Reed had no idea how to treat this and instead was set on putting him to sleep. In addition, Dr. Reed did not treat the diabetes, nor the electrolytes. All he did was give him an saline drip and told us to put our Fur baby to sleep. Luckily, we have a rescue behind our fur family member and had to drive him back to San Diego to receive the treatment he needed to save him. Our fur baby is back to normal and living a good life. If we would have listened to Dr. Reed we would have put him to sleep. We are at the mercy of these vets, they over charge for having inexperienced vets who provide reckless treatment that could cost the life of your pet.

Everyone was extremely kind and helpful!! We normally go to another location closer to us, but this may be our new regular. Was trying to get in right away to help my dog with her hematoma, called so many places around the west valley and everyone was so booked. Sarival AH checked all their sister locations for me and had me call back Friday (after thanksgiving) to check for cancellations. They were the only location that looked ahead instead of just telling me no and bye. Once we got to appointment Dr Arnold gave me all price options and explained everything. Definitely recommend!

I scheduled an appointment and when I arrived they said I wasn’t on the list and had to reschedule. Triple check before you waste your time with these people.

The scheduling is a mess. First time I went my appointment was all of sudden the following week... When I went in everything was just fine. The staff were nice and the doctors were very professional. But the second time I go for my next appointment they don’t have me down and now I don’t have an appointment at all. Vets are very busy at the moment and trying to schedule something in isn’t easy. So for me to call weeks in advance and still not get my appointment is very disappointing.

The professionalism and friendly atmosphere made me feel comfortable as soon as I walked in the door. Dr Reed was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I’ve ahead recommended your facility to someone else as well.

I really appreciate how Bella was treated and more importantly, how your facility made room for her to be seen when there were no available appointments. We were here visiting family from out of town so it means a lot to us that you were able to attend to Bella and provide immediate care to her. Thank you Sarival Hospital!

I scheduled an appointment for my mom‘s dog and they turned her away stating that they had called to confirm even though I did not have a voicemail or any missed calls from their clinic. They canceled her appointment and they turned her away without any warning whatsoever and refused to see her even though it was the clinic’s mistake. The woman I spoke to on the phone was very incompetent and did not understand the situation. She kept stating the other patients would be seen first even though my mother’s dog should’ve been seen due to THEIR mistake. We have never experienced such unprofessionalism. They’re scheduling method is a disgrace and I hope that nobody ever experiences the same kind of treatment that we received today. Disgusting.

I wish I could give 0 stars. This is the worst animal hospital I have ever been to. They always try to sell you tests etc for more money. I took my dog there for kennel cough and they prescribed her steroids. She was worse than when I took her to sarival 3 days after (lethargic,potty accidents). I tried calling them since my dog was just there and not doing good and they couldn’t even get a vet to answer my questions over phone. I spent $200 and took my dog to urgent care. While I was there 3 vets told me that they did not agree with the medicine sarival vet prescribed my dog. They also looked and the drug manufacturers website and the dose they gave her was too strong for her weight. I would never recommend this animal hospital to anyone

I have been taking my dogs here for almost 2 years now and they are amazing. My dogs are comfortable around the workers and they have done so much to ensure my dogs are healthy and they make sure they don't miss anything. They listen to my concerns and run the tests I ask for to make sure my dogs are okay. I have recently this past year gotten more dogs and I plan to take them to this vet as well. They always make time if it's an emergency and my dog wouldn't be alive today without them being so flexible when it is needed. I would recommend taking your animals here because they are very professional and they listen, unlike some other vets I've been to.

Waited 2 weeks for an appointment, arrived early because they said they were busy, waited an hour in the waiting room while 5 other customers went exam room. Obviously they don't need my money. Go somewhere e.

Wonderful Place. Baby Kitty Luna is very special to our family. New to Arizona. Chose Sarival based on reviews. Love them. Every single person is kind, patient, professional. Brought Luna to her appt for her Spay surgery yesterday. Everything explained from beginning to end. Never had any doubts she was in good hands. Dr Reed that did her surgery didn't sound like he was reading from a script. (and he's from Overland Park!! Lived in Kansas City, MO - North of the River my whole life until 2019 moving to AZ) The technicians (Paige and Karen) were wonderful. Everything was explained. The ladies that answer the calls are always kind and pleasant. I just called to get everyones name to give them credit and she was sweet about that. I'm sure that seemed strange. Most want to share negative. I alway want to shout out when I have had an experience above and beyond. Thank you so very much! Our precious Luna is doing great. Sleeping most of the day. Dr Reed even called today to check on her.

I’ve been going here for about a year. We signed up for their shots for life program. But last week our dog was diagnosed with diabetes. The lab work was $450. Fine I’m ok with that even if it a lot of money. I was told to come back in a week to take a blood test. So today I got their and saw a different doctor. She said a blood test was to early but recommended a urine test. I said no and would bring him back in a month which is what this doctor wants to see him. So I have one doctor saying blood the other says urine. Who do you trust. The vet took my dogs temperature and had the nerve to charge $55.00. It’s gotten to the point I can’t trust any vet. North Star vet had the nerve to charge me $100 for an ER visit which I had to wait for an hour. And only telling me about the charge after the appointment.

Had to put my baby to rest. The staff was nothing but professional and respectful during this hard time. Thank you for that????

I have an injured dog that has been a regular at this clinic. I couldn't get in to see a vet here or at any of the 20 sister clinics in a timely manner to improve his outcome. There is no reason to use a clinic that can't or refuses to work in animals in need of care. BOO!

Love this office! Everyone is super kind and helpful. Didn't make me feel stupid about any questions. Answered the phone right away. Didn't leave me on hold for more than a minute. I didn't have to wait long in the exam room. Every thing explained really well, procedures, pricing, payment. It was great. Will definitely be returning!

You’ll be lucky if you can even get an appointment within the same month. They can’t handle emergency or services unless it’s 4-6 weeks out. During that time your pet can go from small infection requiring pills to needing full blown surgery. They don’t care about your pets health only getting pets in and out as fast as possible. Would not recommend.

Been taking my Scottish terrier for her allergy shot for 3 years now. They do have a friendly staff, but the wait time of the time of the appointment until we actually got helped has always been 30 min or more…ridiculous!!!! Now her regular check up was do and the soonest appointment was in 20 days, I accepted and ask for my dog to get schedule for the injection sooner. Couldn’t do so until she got checked, I told the dog was presenting her symptoms…scratching and I didn’t want her to be uncomfortable, it was still a NO from them, we had to wait until then, no other solutions were given. I did take my business elsewhere.

Our little dog took a fall. Sarival treated Daphne without an appointment fitting her in-between scheduled appointments. The staff from the front office to the physician were amazing. Since Daphne had kisses for everyone we knew that she was very relaxed and felt safe. As she is our Number 1 priority this was very reassuring. We can't say enough about the care, kindness, and attention we received at Sarival and we look forward to many years with them as our partner with Daphne.

Our rescue Labrador loves it there! He feels comfortable and is not agitated at all. When we pick him up he’s so calm and happy. We’re very happy with the service he gets there. Thanks! See you next month

The best of the best care for your animals. You won't want to take your animals anywhere else. I trust the docs implicitly with my furbabies. They truly care about the well being of your pets. Genuinely kind and incredibly knowledgeable human beings.

As is probably true in a lot of cases, (I) the human was more uneasy about having to have things done for the dogs than they were...everyone was very understanding, patient and efficient. Very pawsitive experience, thank you!

I really don't enjoy negative reviews and I believe this place has lost its best people. These receptionist are no longer friendly, helpful and ironically they don't have appointments for months ???? so chose for yourself. I've chosen other groomers and will have a new vet soon.

absolutely the best Drs & Staff!! each time i’ve brought my Gizmo here they are absolutely so sweet,loving,and patient with him! even though they were super busy they were able to squeeze my baby in for an emergency,as soon as Dr walked into the room he dropped down to the floor with Gizmo and gave him all the love and pets…all while giving thorough exam and keeping me informed with everything going on! not to mention everything was super quick! i will always return to this office.
