The counter girl with all the pink make up was very snotty to me. Place wants the most expensive everything. Think it’s about time to contact the IRS cause it shouldn’t cost 800 dollars to put down an old cat......over billing and not reporting taxes........hope your books are in order, have appointment at the IRS next week to compare billing practices. DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE, they over charge for EVERYTHING. Spent over 20 gran here in the last five years. No more never again. IRS is comming, I’ll see to that.

I did always think the office personnel and the assistants were nice and professional, but I am disappointed with my most recent interaction with them. I wanted to get my pets heart worm prescription refilled since they sent me an email reminder. They won’t refill it because they said he needed an exam first. I explained that he just had an exam at another vet in Phoenix in September and sent them the verification. It is sad that they are only interested in money and not my bed getting his medicine, so now I have to go back to Phoenix to get a new prescription. I have explained to them that I live in two places and so I have to Animal hospitals . I have been doing this for 3 years so I don’t know why all of a sudden they have changed their policy. In the past they had always refilled the prescription without any questions.

Very disappointed that they are still not letting owners in with their pets. They are obviously not following the science when it comes to COVID-19. I have decided to find another clinic that is not scared of the public. They have every right to continue with their policy. I have every right to move on. Last year did a number on some people. Very sad

It was okay but they were still doing curbside service. Missed meeting Doctor and interaction regarding my puppy. Great organization.

I am very happy with the care my dog receives at VCA Thumb Butte. They are very organized, responsive, and give quality care. The front office staff is always friendly and kind, too.

We have used a few different clinics and VCA is our choice, we did not have issues with the other clinics but this one works for us.

The doctors and staff here are wonderful and caring, and follow COVID-19 protocol.

My dog got quality vet care AND was not traumatized I count this as a win

Exceptional service, responsiveness, compassion and and genuine concern for our dog. I was very pleasantly surprised when our dog's doctor called back to check on her condition. We were with the VCA in Tempe before moving here and almost instinctively knew this is hands down the best veterinary care in Prescott.

Good vet. Confident in care. Didn't try to upsell me as has been my experience elsewhere.

Dr was great, but I thought part of VCA was being a little more affordable. But not the case, even the meds were more than our last vet by $40 dollars!! Wow

Certainly a sad day. VCA staff helped me to put Delmar down. Very caring and kind. Not sure that there was a dry eye.

Client-centered care! This Veterinarian service pays attention to detail. From separate entrances for cats and dogs to follow-up call after a visit we felt that our animals were cared for and attended to, and so were we!!

By far the worst VCA hospital I ever had been to. The staff has been short, unprofessional, and down right rude. Edit: I called to have my CareClub membership and VetSource delivery canceled, and to have me removed from the roster, the "manager" there said I had an account balance due, which was false, my last vet visit, bordotello shot, and blood work was all covered by CareClub, yet, this company was trying to scam me for more money. Find a local veterinary, there are better places that this sham of a pet care place.

I love the caring folks at VCA! They take great care of Molly Mayhem. They are patient and kind too.

They were very rude to me on the phone. They told me blatant lies about other nearby hospitals/clinics not accepting new patients and how they couldn't make time for me there. Thankfully I did my research and found several other places that gladly wanted to help me in my situation. The woman on the phone was incredibly dismissive as though I was an annoyance or was wasting her time. I wouldn't recommend purely on that alone and I'm glad I took my dog elsewhere.

I feel so blessed to have found this place. Dr. Z spent so much time with me explaining everything I needed to know to keep my dog healthy. Everyone is super nice and professional.

Very friendly and professional. Not much over-selling which is a relief for vets in this town. We have three dogs and they all are happy to go visit the vet. Hopefully this will last a long time.

Decided to change to a veterinarian hospital. This is our new choice. Super friendly staff, a caring veterinarian who gives a quality exam and who made good recommendations for our dogs.

This animal clinic is a wonderful place. They put so much effort and care into the health of your pet. They are loving and professional. My experience with the staff at the front, the technicians, and the doctors has been fantastic they take the time to really help me be a better dog owner and are always willing to see my dog and I when he has a health need.

Friendly staff, knowledgeable and reasonable doctors - they were very helpful and genuinely cared.

I just want to thank everyone at the clinic! Your staff is ALWAYS pleasant, friendly and caring. I especially want to thank Laura, Lindy, Dr Z and Dr Coston (not sure if I remember the Dr's name correctly) No matter what we have needed, they have always been there for us, even after hours calling us back and never fail to call and follow up after a visit. Thank you all again for the wonderful service...
