PetSmart Goodyear, Arizona

Sold me a Bearded dragon, lady was very informative and probed me to see if I could care for it which was surprising and welcomed to see she cared about our dragon. Her name is ender I've kept many reptiles and get the care so I was ready. She's spoiled. Happy, growing, and eating well. Son is obsessed with her. For those of you that ask We have a fish tank in every room so my son insisted she have a fish tank too. Its fake but gets the job done.

Very disappointed with the service at this location. The grooming salon is unorganized and always asked to reschedule. They usually can never find my dog or mixed something up. This location needs help with finding groomers and organized staff

Dana from Grooming is amazing with our French Bulldog Gustavo! We also enjoy shopping at this PetSmart for both Gustavo and Pablo’s (Our cat) needs!

Good experience, great customer service. I was surprised they had what I went to the store for was in stock. Many other locations don't have Super Worms, or they are they have an extremely limited supply. The store was clean and we'll maintained. They had masks as well as hand sanitizer upon entry. The only complaint I had was the checkout process took around 15 minutes because the line was so long. Although it's understandable, almost every business right now is under staffed. Thanks, M. They groomed out cat James Spader and did a fantastic job. You get a report card on what they did. The young lady who groomed him is very sweet and I didn't catch her name. I Think she is the only one who does it there. It only costs 36.00. Highly recommend them!

They are always really awesome here when I come for my dog and cats food.

Well first one to attend you for the time I was there ,and the fish tanks were filthy and dead fish and skeleton were in tanks . They were more occupied with personal conversation amongst self s hope, management know what going on poor animals. Will not shop or visit again .

Very nice employees. Definitely wish they had better cat towers. They really only have the fragile cardboard you can just buy online.

The fish were eating eachother while alive, and there tanks had alot of dead fish. Kind of depressing when your looking to buy a fish and they are just dead. Asked an employee if it was normal for them to try to eachother while alive and they said no, then when we let the manger know as she was standing there. She was extremely rude about the fact that we brought up that there was a lot of dead fish. She didn't have to be rude because we mentioned there was dead fish. She definitely deserves the title of "RUDEST STANK WHITE BlTCH" of the year.

No service available so we left. All the workers were grooming dogs and there was a cashier who was too concerned about the pets in the line rather than getting customers taken care of.

Worst grooming customer service! They told me on the phone if I’m more than 30 minutes late that they can’t keep our appointment. Totally understandable, but I got there 25 min late and they wouldn’t keep our appointment right after they told their policy was 30 min.

Three hours to bathe a short haired chihuahua? Ridiculous. The store was nice though.

Night manager too involved with talking to the cashier. Made eye contact but had no involvement with the customer. Didn't say hello, didn't offer to help and didn't say thank you after our purchase.
