Wonderful place to take your animals

We have been going here for 15 plus years. Today we haad to pout our beloved Sandy down. They respected our girl as well as us during our difficult time.

I've been going to this vet for over 10 years and I live in Surprise so it's a half hour drive for me. The vets are awesome and they don't rip you off. That being said it was already difficult to get an appointment before they expanded and now it's crazy but that's not my issue. Everytime I call the employee that answers the phone just treats me like another pain in the rear client. Her tone of voice and attitude when I try to get my pet seen is awful. I will probably be looking for a new vet. I can't take my pets somewhere that I dread calling for an appointment. It's sad because I have a full house of pets and I spend the money to take care of them. Too bad, I'll be on the lookout for a new vet. At least maybe I'll be closer to home now.

Dr's are great and they have a great staff.

Had to have my son's 15yr old dog put to sleep. They were very caring and compassionate.

Dr. Porter is really kind and I'm glad I have her to talk care of my fur baby.

I love the team of vets, vet techs, and other staff. I was so happy when I could get my dogs into their practice since they are so busy. They take great care of my dogs and while super busy, try to make things work with scheduling. Dr. Stevens has a heart of gold.

Caring and professional. They are not the "corporate veterinary " Experience that I encountered with Banfield. They truly care about your pet and aren't interested in selling you a health plan. Very reasonably priced as well.

Best animal care in Phoenix! We currently have four dogs, two cats, and they have seen all of our past animals as well for years. Never had a bad experience here! Very affordable for the quality of service! Thank you for all you do!

Dr. Stevens, was absolutely amazing! He is one of the kindest veterinarians I have ever met. He takes the time it takes and comes with a world of knowledge. He is Kind, knowledgeable, and thorough. I ask for more!!!

Always so pleasant to talk to and they all provide us with excellent care for all of our dachshunds! I highly, HIGHLY recommend Sunburst to all the fur-mamas and fur-dads out there!

I absolutely love how they handled my situation with my animal. not only were they professional but they showed love and compassion for my animal. they were fair in their pricing and did not burn a hole in my wallet. but most important, just how fast they were able to react and to get my animal in and taken care of. idk, I have had many bad experiences with vet offices and how I have felt they were for my pocket and not my animal. I did not feel that at any point with sunburst.

We have been going to Sunburst for 18 years. This is the best animal hospital. We travel from north surprise, but it is worth the trip. They return phone messages and give the very best care to our pets. We lost our bulldog today and we feel that they went way beyond to fit us in and take care of our girl.
