Pulled up. They came out, got the dog. Got the full round of shots, heartworm test with 12 months of meds and a nail trim. $190.00 and done. No muss, no fuss, no stress.

This clinic was always my go to with my cats but not anymore. Caitlin would always make sure to take good care of my boys and actually cared about them. She was very responsive and reliable for all of my needs and questions and now I can barely get a returned call from that new receptionist. Now that the tech is gone pay a little more to go to someone who will care

Rude worker answered phone and rushed me off the phone. She didn't answer my question and kept insisting I make an appointment.

Constant issues with computers keeps them closed most of the time. Ended up not going here but the Dr assistant was the only redeeming quality about this place. She answered all our concerns about getting overseas, even after hours or on weekends by email. She made sure we were prepared, even when we decided to use another installation instead. Unsure about the rest of staff.

Was charged a re-examination fee for just a nail trim for my two dogs and they could do nothing about it to take away the fee that was never told to me so if you bring your dogs here they charge an examination fee every time you bring your animal here for something A simple nail trim fee of $12 each turned into nearly $50 NEVER AGAIN WILL I COME HERE

The drive is a bit out of my way, but my dog was made welcome and his stress was kept low.

If their system goes down, you should just wait indefinitely until they change their answering system to a normal greeting. I guess working the old school way with pen and paper is out of the question.

The doctors are awesome with the babies and the prices are reasonable.

They called and cancelled appointment (appointment was September 10th). And then called us back for new appointment (for September 14th). Went there and knocked on door. Nobody answered. Waited for few minutes and knocked again. I saw someone inside and I know she saw me too but didn't come to door. Called office but phone is straight to voicemail. Worst service!!

Excellent services from the receptionist, Dr Assistant and Dr. Nicole! Great and clean clinic. It is a pleasure to see all the services dogs and soldiers at the printed photos around the clinic. Facility to get an emergency appointment the same day! Excellent knowledge and treatment plan! Reasonable service prices! The location, is a bit tricky to find the clinic because is hidden and the GPS won’t lead you there! Thank you so much for your service and care!

My experience...I had an urgent issue with my dog. After being up all night I ran in as soon as they opened. They gave me dirty looks because I came Without an appointment and they turned me away as fast as possible without even asking me what was wrong with my dog. They couldn’t get rid of me fast enough.

I was very pleased with the service rendered here. We were actually able to get seen right away and when we did get seen they knew exactly what was needed for our dog and even helped get him situated for future travel. This was a big change from the first time we had gotten our dog seen there. Big thanks to the service members working there.

The receptionist has a genuine love for every patient that arrives. I'm forced to use this vet under contract, but I'm extremely thankful for the service they provide. Clean, fast, and extremely helpful!

No real issues with the services provided by the actual veterinarian but their receptionist is horribly rude and unprofessional.

The vet is amazing but my god that receptionist needs to go. She’s rude and can’t be bothered to help anyone.
