This establishment does not respect people’s time. Cancellations are very common with the next available time in 3 to 4 weeks, after you have waited 3 weeks for the appointment.

I showed up without an appt but they were nice enough to accommodate us, which I appreciated. I thought $22 was a tad pricey but the place is clean and everything is provided. They were also able to clip my dog's nails. They also gave me an appointment before they open for my other dog who doesn't play well with others. That's also a plus. Park in the shaded garage across the street so your dogs paws don't burn on the pavement.

Cant ever get someone on the phone or get a call back. I've left my number with my messages when I called. Called again and still can't get anyone to answer. 7/22/21

This was our pups first visit here and we were a bit nervous because we don't like when dogs are put in a kennel. They listen to our request and didn't kennel our pup. He was so happy when we picked him up and they even sent is pics during his time at the dogspaw..! Highly recommend this groomer!

Took my labradoodle here for a summer cut and the visit was so pleasant for both my fur kid and myself. The place was super clean, smelled fresh and we were both greeted with friendly smiles. We will be back!!

As a former groomer I dig the environment. I only self wash my dog now, but I'm picky about any places I take him to. I can only speak on the self service, but it has everything you need and you can't ask for anything better! Bets having to wash my dog in my bath tub and towel dry him.????????‍♂️

Grooming a Bernese Mtn Dog is no easy task! I couldn't be happier with the service The Dog Spaw provided to our sweet pup, Maize. He looks and smells great. Highly recommend taking your dogs here, especially if they have double coats that need to be brushed regularly.

Took great care of my 11 year old pitbull! Very nice and friendly. My girl looked so bright and happy when they were finished with her. Cleaned her teeth and made her smell good! I will definitely take her back in the future.

We recently came across the Dog Spa while having lunch at OHSO and decided to check it out and make an appointment for our Golden Retriever. I am so glad we did. Carter did an amazing job on our girl! We had just come from the dog park so she was a mess. Carter took the time to get all of the grass and burrs out of her fur and she came out looking beautiful and smelling great! I could not be happier with the job he did and the awesome customer service. The prices are extremely reasonable as well. We have definitely found our new go to groomer! Highly recommend!

The prices alone make it worth coming here. We paid about half of what we normally pay, and still got our dog back looking and smelling clean. They handle the animals well, and they have some funny shirts that, while I wouldn't buy them, I went home and told my wife about.

We have a mini goldendoodle that gets matted a lot (our fault) but The Dog Spaw did awesome at still making Nala look beautiful! They did a great job and it was a fair price. They were very accommodating and personal and took the time to ask about Nala before accepting to groom her which we appreciated. We found our new regular groomer in town!

Great job they do with our dog. We have food and adult beverage next door. After that we pick up our happy/clean pup!
