Love the ShotVet in their store to save $$ on expensive vet visits elsewhere. Can't wait to start utilizing their grooming services.

Would go back to this store again. went for cat food and kitty toys. They had exactly what we were looking for.

The dog loves this place. Don’t hand the cashiers your phone. They will drop them.

Long lines and they always bug you for your phone number.

Great location. I love the selection on dog treats and chews. The service is fantastic. I do wish that they were better about their supply on crickets. I'd always seems like every PetSmart is out of crickets.

I came in with a long list of items I needed to purchase for my mom, who couldn’t come in herself because she is in an age group that’s very high risk for Covid. A blonde gentleman asked if I needed help and literally helped me find every item on the list which saved me loads of time as I am not at all familiar with cat products. Great customer service!!!

Very Friendly staff and very informative

The staff is always friendly and we like to take our 3 dogs there when it is their birthday so they can pick their own bone and toy. At checkout they have treats for your dog which I think is great!

Grooming Place is A Joke!!! 9 months later and they still suck. Everytime I make an appointment with them they cancel day before. What's a joke.

Not happy, took advantage of their newer "ShotVet" in store routine shot clinic, made appointment, showed up 10 min early as stated, stood in line 20 minutes with a bunch of anxious barking fur babies and Vet was NO-SHOW at 4:10, STILL not there for a clinic that was to begin at 4pm, NOT acceptible! I appreciate going back to Petco Vetco, they have this process down pat! So glad I didnt PREPAY for a package, I am disabled and made appt because I cannot stand for long periods, and because I have a dog with anxiety issues needed just a Rabies shot, but after 20 min and NO show, its HOME to make the appt with Vetco

Very clean but had to wait in line for a bit they only had one cashier and the was about 10 of us in line.

Unfortunately I have to leave one star. This place doesn't even deserve that! Took my elderly girl in to get groomed, explained what I wanted (what she gets from another PetSmart). After picking her up here her nails were cut to short (bleeding) her face hair is cut short on one side, fluffy on the other. Missed spots of hair all over her body. About 3 inches of her tail shaved but left the sides long. Paid $67 and literally looks like I cut her hair. This place is a joke. DON'T USE THESE GROOMERS! Management needs to be reading these reviews and correct the issues. Definitely will never return to this PetSmart

Greater immediately as I walked in was asked if I needed help throughout the store and very knowledgeable on the different types of animals.

7 days ago I bought a baby bearded dragon here for my daughter. When my daughter realized she has to feed it roaches and crickets she freaked out. She’s terrified of crickets!! I talked to Thomas who is the manager of small animals and reptiles and he was so understanding. He was professional and I was able to receive a full refund for everything I bought. I love this store. Everyone is so friendly but I just had to express how awesome Thomas was! Thank you Petsmart on Val Vista! My next animal will definitely be bought from you guys! Please take great care of sunset so she gets a great home!!!!

Took a small Bichon puppy 8 months in. Explained in detail that I liked her curls and did not want them cut off. And no short cutting of her head. I came back and found my dog shaved from head to toe. The girl said she just had to shave her because she was uneven. News flash curly hair is not even like straight hair. This girl gave my dog the haircut that she preferred. She ignored my wishes completely.
