We picked up our puppy Luna from here a short while ago and the experience was nothing short of amazing. The staff will work with you to find the dog that you want and will even help you after you take your new pup home

Pets are very expensive about 5 times as much as open market.

Phenomenal store and staff! We adopted our 8 week old Shar Pei on Saturday 1/8/2022, and everyone was amazing. I worked with Heidi, and she was absolutely amazing. From the prior day talking me through financing options, and fees, till the day of, she made everything so painless. The paperwork took awhile, but she made us and our 4 year old son comfortable while everything was completed. I will definitely be singing praises about this store, the staff, and Heidi. And FYI, when you see the other reviews about Heidi, believe them cause she is truly that great! We will definitely be back in the future whenever we get another pup!

Wonderful experience at Puppies 'N Love - SanTan Village. We had been looking for over 6 months to expand our household. We made many visit to Puppies "N Love due to my allergies to find the perfect puppy. All of the staff were wonderful letting us try different puppies while waiting to see if I had any reactions. I wish I could name all those that helped along the way. But, we finally found the right puppy for us. Heidi was wonderful to work with and helped to get us all set up with the extra equipment for our little Annie. After a week, we could not be happier with the calm demeanor of our puppy and expect many years of joy!

The puppies are cute. I wish they were taken care of a little more. I bought a puppy from here in October of 2021. It wasn’t a full breed puppy and she had just recovered from kennel cough during her time at puppies n love. The price was high but she’s brought a lot of joy. What concerns me is the puppy was just recovering from kennel cough. You can feel the phlegm in her chest supposedly she was under care, however, within 48hrs of bringing her home she was diagnosed by the vet with giardia. Thankfully, I don’t have any other dogs at home since unfortunately giardia is contagious. She’s been on three rounds of antibiotic’s and it’s been expensive and disappointing to have to see the puppy go through this. They say they’re checked by vets, often. I’m surprised they wouldn’t check for this and still allow all these puppies share an area together. Per the vet they’ve had so many people take their puppies from this place that have been diagnosed with giardia as well. If you decided to purchase a puppy from here I would recommend to have your pup checked immediately for this. Chances are the pup will be tested positive. Be ready for the extra time, care, money spent and responsibility of getting this resolved for your new pup. Although they offer some type of warranty you’ll still have to pay all the visits, testing and antibiotics out of pocket before getting any type of reimbursement.

I had a wonderful experience with my pet specialists at San Tan Village. I contacted the store about a Corgipoo listed on their website, Heidi provided some information about him during the call. She went above and beyond to send me some information and a video of my Zeke taking a walk. I was sold then and there! I scheduled a time to meet my little guy, and during the time in between Heidi kept in contact with small updates. The day I went to meet Zeke, Heidi was not there, but she went out of her way to inform me about that and reassured me that her coworker Dylan would be able to assist me. Dylan was also wonderful and extremely helpful. He answered my questions and helped me fill out the necessary paperwork. On November 15, Zeke found his forever home with us! He's is the perfect fit for our chaotic family, and he's such a sweet boy! In the days following Heidi continued to stay in contact to check up on Zeke. I could tell she genuinely wanted Zeke to be happy in his new home. Again, we are over the moon with our new family member, and we are grateful for such a lovely experience. Thank you Heidi and Dylan, you two are awesome!

We got our precious puppy from the Gilbert puppies n love store from a sales person named Dawn she was so helpful and knowledgeable made our choice in purchasing our sweet little girl Trinket! We love her!

I want to take a moment to recognize this store and advisor Heidi Wilson for an outstanding experience. We knew only roughly which kind of puppy we wanted when we first visited and met Heidi. She helped us narrow our choices and remain focused on our criteria. The process took us a few weeks and Heidi was with us every step of the way. When we took our new puppy home, Heidi continued to follow-up with us which shows her deep care for puppies, her customers and the relationships and bonds that are made through the experience. Now, even several weeks later, Heidi continues following up with us to ensure our questions are answered and she has provided advice and referrals which have been immensely valuable. Look no further, go in and ask for Heidi!

Paid almost 5 thousand dollars and ended up with a sick puppy who is not only super sick but has to be on 5 different medications…..not cool. I was going to purchase 2 more puppies but will most definitely not be purchasing from here ever again. Save your money.

My sister and I were interested in a miniature schnauzer they had. Heidi responded quickly to our inquiry and invited us to visit. Upon arrival Heidi was incredibly warm and welcoming! Bought my little lavender shih tzu princess from here. She’s such a good puppy! Bri was amazing she sent photos and videos of her until I could bring her home. Extremely thorough process provided me with so much info regarding the breeders and her family tree. The only thing that sucks is I had 15 days to get her into a vet for the warranty to be valid was not able to do that, I understand why they do that, it is what it is she will be just fine other than that exceptional customer service and personable staff!!! We walked in just to look and we saw this girl. I had to get her for my dad's birthday. Heidi made it all possible to get this baby home. There's a very emotional story behind this puppy dog and because of her, my dad's heart is completely full again. Heidi's patience, help and dedication were beyond expectation and she helped our family a little bit bigger!

My neighbors asked me to help find them a puppy to love. I found Puppies n Love and their adorable babies. I had the pleasure of working with Heidi and the rest is history. Heidi is a people and puppy person and definitely loves what she does. She went over and beyond our expectations in all areas. My neighbor brought home two adorable babies. My family had to euthanize our mini Ausie and I inquired to Puppies in love about another puppy. I was so lucky to get a girl by the name of Heidi when I made an internet inquiry . Heidi was a rock star. Explained my situation and she was caring, kind, and patient with me. She asked me clarifying questions to find the right fit. She gave me all different options and even suggested people she knew who was selling a puppy. She did this all over the phone and sent me pictures!! She went above and beyond what she needed to do. She was not one ounce pushy. She was compassionate! Very rare to find someone like this. She provided a service and you can tell she loves her job!
